c’est la deuxième fois que nous sommes venu dans ce magnifique hotel tout a été parfait, la reception, le service, la propreté, tout le staff a pris soin de nous, nous reviendrons comme d’habitude

Es gab immer etwas zu sehen und zu machen. Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag geputzt.
Es wurde zu viel nach Feedback gefragt und darauf gedrängt eine Bewertung abzugeben vor den Augen des Personal

Die Karte hat öfters nicht funktioniert und Getränke musste man sich meist beim Essen selber holen

The beach is amazing. The Dj and beach festivals were so amusing. Reception guys and staff were so friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Baher for generous compliments and also to chief Mahmoud , chief Yousri and chief Hamam for delecious food and the ice cream guy Ahmed :))))

The staff are absolutely amazing. Loved the option of space at the beaches. Our room was lovely… Hall of fame room.
For an all inclusive, I would rather you charge me more upfront than try to upsell me during my holiday, that’s the whole point of an inclusive. If you want more variety in the restaurants like wine or the burger options you must pay for it… I think that and the adequate food quality( bearing in mind it’s difficult to transport fresh produce there via Cairo)was the only disappointment of part of our holiday. However, the staff team were very responsive with feedback and trying hard to understand our concerns.

I was at the Meraki Resort for the second time. The best hotel in Hurghada. In all respects. The food is plentiful and delicious. The staff is small and attentive. We chose the hotel for the party, we heard a lot from resident Dj Moose. It makes very good music, be it Techno, RnB or HipHop. She is direct, kind and always smiles with her guests. But I could highlight a lot more names, be it the animator or the cleaner or the receptionist. Everyone did their best to make us feel as good as possible. We will definitely be back

They shocked me with the way they handled my request to cancel and charged me fees without my consent. Absolutely shocked after being such a loyal customer to the hotel for almost 4 years now and coming from two to three times a year. They used to have a lovely team running everything but not anymore

Sehr schönes Resort mit mehren Stränden und Pools. Es gibt ein großes Buffet-Restaurant wo 4 Mahlzeiten am Tag serviert werden von früh Morgens bis spät in die Nacht. Außerdem 5 À-la-carte-Restaurants die im all-inclusive kostenlos sind. Aber für 3 muss man vorher eine Reservierung machen. Jeden Nachmittag und jeden Abend gibt es eine Party.
Das große Problem ist das ich nach wenigen Tage eine üble Magenverstimmung bekommen habe und immer wenn es gerade besser wurde wieder von vorne angefangen hat. So konnte ich meinen Aufenthalt nicht genießen. Außerdem hat das all-inclusive Angebot viele Lücken und Ausnahmen. Wenn man schlafen möchte kann der laute Bass der Partys stören.

Stedet er stort, rent og byr på forskjellige aktiviteter og fasiliteter. Det er rent og rolig. Stort utvalg av mat og drikke slik at man ikke blir lei maten. Personalet er serviceinnstilte, behjelpelige og hyggelige!
Ikke mye vi mislikte men små ting som foreksempel adgangskortene er veldig sensitive og slutter å virke flere ganger til dagen.

Wir können dieses Hotel ausnahmslos weiterempfehlen! Alles war top! Wir haben uns äußerst wohl gefühlt.
Die Beschreibung des Hotels trifft voll und ganz zu:
schicker Boho-Style mit vielen verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten (inkl. Bänke, Hängematten und Schaukeln) und wechselnden Abendveranstaltungen (zum Feiern bzw. Musik hören inkl. Bar) verschiedenen Außenplätzen (open Air) auf der Anlage - wen es stört ggf. an Ohropax denken, dann kann man trotzdem gut schlummern.
Großer Privatstrand, so verläuft es sich gut und man kann entspannt an der Bucht etwas spazieren gehen. Alles sehr sauber.
Wlan: Wir hatten überall Empfang
Essen: Sehr lecker
Personal: Sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, zuverlässig - bei Wünschen, versuchen sie diese zu erfüllen; Anruf nach zwei Tagen, ob alles in Ordnung wäre; Kundenumfrage "alles in Ordnung" vom Management am Strand - mit solchen kleinen Maßnahmen gibt man den Kunden das Gefühl, dass man wirklich am Wohl des Kunden interessiert ist, hatte ich bisher in keinem Land und Hotel in diesem Umfang
Fitnessstudio: Klein aber fein - mit Ausblick auf den Strand und Meer. Mohammed, der immer vor Ort ist, war sehr nett und hat auf Wunsch auch Musik angemacht; es gibt sogar ein paar Outdoor Hanteln
Wünscht man etwas Ruhe am Strand? Klappt mit der vor Ort angebotenen "roten Fahne" - Animateure etc. sind dann höflich und wünschen nur einen "Guten Morgen".
Wir haben uns super entspannt. Aus unserer Sicht hat das Hotel 5,5 Sterne statt 4 Sterne verdient. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt!

It was amazing vacation i will write the most important things from my own experiences
1-First i will start with the food it was perfect with different meals everyday and it was international dishes first of all the best chef was
mr Mahmoud shehata
And the second chef was mr Shalash
They was even offering special dishes if you asked and they even when we checked out they make for us take away food for our trip so they was amazing I would give them 10 of 10
2-the main restaurant waiter there was two amazing i will start with Mohamed Kamal he was even bring our order with out waiting us to ask and also Abdullah was very helpful and don’t make you wait at all
3-and also one of the manger of restaurant mr Aomar was to helpful you can ask him about anything and if you have any comments or problem he will fix it directly
4-also i suggest from the manager mr khaled he was super professional any thing happened in hotel or bar he will mange it perfectly
5- from cleaning staff i want to thank mr alaa he was too good even making some animals or food things from the towels in your bed everyday and managing your stuff
6- and from room service management i would suggest mr adly he is the best and looking for your happiness only We got upset from the sun on our balcony and he directly offer for us umbrella and fix the issue immediately
7- from the aqua I would recommend mr Nasser Taya he is to professional and friendly and even you can ask him for photos or videos he is too good
8- from beach guards i would recommend mr Ahmed Badawi he was ready always and you can ask him for any help
9- for the hotel reception I would thank all of the people they was too helpful I recommend all of them
10- for the general hotel management I would recommend mr Rafeeq he was too helpful and polite and hearing all comments with pleasure and he even extend the check out for us till 4 pm with out paying any extra charge
11- the animation team was good and make enjoy your time and not making...
1-First of all the party bar was not that good all stuff and the party bar manager not professional at all but it’s not that big deal because you gonna deal with them for 2-3 hours maximum they are not bad but not professional i would rate them 6/10
2-the internet was not that good and disconnected always you need to reconnect always but it’s a problem in all Egypt so this hotel is better than 95% of hotel over here so i would rate it as 7.5/10
3- the bar stuff was good but not perfect I would rate them 8/10

the staff is so friendly and doing their best to make the guest comfortable and enjoy their stay at the hotel , Front office manager( Mr ayman) & F& B director ( Mr khaled) are so professional , now we are good friends which is a huge bonus to spend your vacation time among good friends .
keep it up guys , you are doing a good job with all your staff .
the animation team are trying to do business and not as the rest staff of the hotel ,i didnt like their way and they push you to do things which may be you dont want to do .
in my opinion they are the weak point at the hotel and need to be changed as they don't fit with the rest of the staff .

Beware of NATOLI at reception who ruined the amazing experience I had at the meraki hotel. A very passive aggressive, condescending person who is delusional and creates false narratives, does not care about what you are saying - will talk AT you and not listen to a word you actually have to say. I was not given back towel cards by the staff due to there being none left and explained this to her - instead of trying to investigate what happened she keep repeating the same thing: you need to pay 200 per card and smiling in a very ignorant rude manner, 10 minutes of talking and despite me explaining the situation that I had not received them back, she then said that I have lost them myself and therefore have to pay, i said please check your cctv and I pointed out to her the staff member I spoke to the day before, she then said I am putting my hands in her face and being aggressive???DISGUSTING behaviour! I have never had someone fabricate such a terrible thing. And then proceeds to call security. When security came they went with me to the towel counter and the staff member explained the situation and gave me two towel cards - something she could have done from the start . I then went back in and she did not even apologise and then went to hide in the back office , Another member of staff then came and apologised on her behalf however the damage was already done. I am sure she is a racist and one of the worst people I have ever come across in any hotel establishment. If you happen to be Russian/Ukrainian her approach will be much different as confirmed by other guests at the hotel - if you happen to be of any other ethnicity (not white) you will be spoken down to ,accused and your experience ruined if you get the bad luck of having to deal with her.
On a better note, the entertainment available, 3 nice pools, massive beautiful grounds and private beaches are fantastic. The food is delicious with a vide variety. The animation team are great a big thank you to...

Everything, the customer service was 10/10. The activities were amazing and the food was great, lots of varieties. There is a buffet and many restaurants to pick from. It was also sooo relaxing and peaceful during the day. I was really happy about my stay at Meraki, it definitely won’t be my last time.
If you like having an early night. The music and noise is really loud from the hotel or facility next door next to the pool. Other than that everything was perfect!

I like the place and this was my second time to book there. But, i booked a room for me and my wife and i was expecting one king size bed, but unfortunately i found two small sized bed and there was not availability to change that with the reception. Otherwise, i liked the place as usual and i will come again for sure.
