Alojarse en este maravilloso apartamento es todo un privilegio ya que, además de calidad y una ubicación magnífica, cuenta con terraza privada donde disfrutar unas maravillosas vistas. Por todo ello, es una opción perfecta para disfrutar de unos días inolvidables en la hermosa ciudad de Granada.
Con capacidad para cuatro personas, el apartamento se encuentra en un inmueble catalogado del siglo XVI-XVII e intervenido en su fachada en siglos posteriores. Actualmente rehabilitado, con materiales constructivos tradicionales ofrece una calidad magnífica.
El apartamento cuenta con dos habitaciones dobles. La habitación principal dispone de cama de matrimonio y, la habitación secundaria cuenta con dos camas individuales. Dispone de un cómodo y luminoso salón que cuenta con zona de comedor desde donde podrá acceder a la terraza privada para disfrutar de unas maravillosas vistas de La Alhambra. La cocina se encuentra totalmente equipada con todo lo necesario para su estancia. El cuarto de baño se encuentra totalmente equipado. Dicho apartamento se sitúa a pocos minutos a pie de los lugares más emblemáticos de la ciudad como Plaza Nueva, La Catedral, La Alhambra...

**Para estancias mensuales, los suministros de agua y luz estarán incluidos hasta un máximo de 100€ mensuales. A partir de esta cantidad será el huésped el que se haga cargo de la diferencia, siendo entregada por parte del alojamiento la factura correspondiente para verificar el gasto.**

Great apartment to stay and feel part of the community. Close to all the great attractions including the incredible Alhambra. The mountains, cobblestone streets, gravity defying walks and the architecture of the house made our spanish summer memorable. Communication with the host was excellent.

The owners clearly take pride in the level of cleanliness of the apartment. There was ample room with two bedrooms, and pull out sofa bed.
It is quite dated in furnishings and accessories. But that is the only negative as it was completely adequate for our needs. Ideally located!

The view and location could not be more ideal. The view of Al Alambra was amazing. Accommodations were comfortable for a family of 4.

Charming apartment with a great view.
The property was exactly as expected, clean, thoughtfully furnished, fabulous views and a lovely terrace.
Our stay however was destroyed by the renovations taking place next door. They started at 8.00 in the morning and went on for 10 hours each day: jackhammering, shouting and banging. The only day free of it was Sunday. It looks like it could take months to complete. A damage deposit was taken and upon closer inspection of the apartment we found pre existing damage which we were not informed about. Also, three evenings of the week in which we stayed, we were subjected to loud conversation from the apartment below up until after 2.00 am and our apartment was filled with second hand cigarette smoke from the gathering below. No compensation was offered for the imposition of the renovation.
After a month of having great places to stay in Andalusia this was definitely our worst experience. I hope future tourists staying at this apartment have better luck.
We were certainly glad to leave!

Amazing View
Worth the walk. Excellent location clean and the view was fantastic. No issues with checkin and provided a discount for parking at the san Augustin lot. The apartment is large clean and well appointed. Note it is a two story if you have mobility issues. The view from the terrace is well worth it.

Stunning Views of the Alhambra
The views of the Alhambra made it all worth while! And the LOCATION is fantastic. The views reminded us each day we were somewhere special. Were there some essentials like extra bath towels, paper towels or napkins to name a few have been include? Absolutely! Did the water splash out of the shower and leave a puddle? Yes. And yes, we found teenagers smoking pot down the walkway, and there was some street noise. But that added to the charm in feeling like we were living in a “typical” neighborhood. Despite those minor annoyances, we had a great time staying here. We were sold on the views and central location to the BEST that Granada has to offer. We’re eager to return and stay in this lovely apartment again.

Fabulous apartment with grand views and terrace!
Wow! What a great place to stay with the views and gorgeous terrace for breakfasts and dinners and wine under the stars - with full Alhambra view! Among 5 great places we stayed at during our tour of Spain, this one stands out no question. Great space for the four people family (teenage kids). Very strong AC. The furnishings are really good. Charming neighborhood with narrow streets and lots of flowers. In front of Alhambra, and shortest walk to everything in Granada. Easy booking and checking in, assistance with car parking - we appreciate! Will definitely come back to this apartment!

Perfect location
My family and I enjoyed our stay There. It was clean and convenient. Sitting in the balcony overlooking Alhambra is unforgettable. Alba (property manager) was very professional, responsible and very helpful.
I will definitely go to Granada again and stay at this place . It’s magnificent.

Great location in the Albaicin
Great spot overlooking the Alhambra Palace. Good location for restaurants and nice and quiet in the evenings. Lovely apartment. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Not as peaceful as expected
The apartment is lovely and the terrace gives you a great view. But keep in mind that your bedroom is over the neighbor's living and dining area and their terrace is just below your bedroom window. I enjoyed a 12 person party that my neighbor was having on their terrace until... yes... 4:00 AM and I wasn't even invited. Sleep didn't happen that night. Also be aware that your bedroom wall is very close to the street and the motorcycles and cars will seem as if they are in the bed with you. If you don't plan on staying in much, this place is for you. Of course the location is good for access to Alhambra and the center is a 10 minute walk. The apartment is well equipped, but no paper towels or napkins (I left some for you) oil but no vinegar, you know the story. The bathroom soaps and shampoo are just a little bigger than a two euro coin, so you might want to splurge on your own bar or soap. One light was out in the bathroom, but I bought a bulb so I could shave. Great place if you know what you want.

The view is magnificent! Location is perfect if you want to walk around Albaicín. The apartment is clean and very comfortable. I would stay there again anytime.

Beautiful apartment with an amazing terrace
A modern, beautifully renovated apartment on two levels on a tiny winding street in the San Pedro area, with fewer tourists and more locals than Albacyn. We had to park at San Agustin and walked with our luggage, but since the apartment is close to Arco de San Juan de los Reyes, we were able to avoid stairs by walking along Paseo del Padre Manjon. After some initial issues trying to get a response from the owner, we were put in touch with Alba, who was very helpful and communicated proactively with us. The apartment had everything we needed- comfortable beds and pillows, good water pressure, working hair dryer, blankets, etc. The terrace was the highlight of our 3-day stay - we spent afternoons there, sharing a bottle of wine and watching pygmy bats come out to hunt in the early evening along the hill of the Alhambra. Highly recommend!

Stunning view of the Alhambra. Lovely place.
We were tempted to spend our entire vacation just sitting on the verandah drinking in the amazing view of the Alhambra. The flat is lovely, with bedrooms and bath on the (cooler) lower level, and the kitchen, living area and verandah on the upper level. The verandah, as well as the living area and one bedroom have the stunning view. The owner's representative was friendly and greeted us right on time. The kitchen is compact, but has everything needed to prepare a nice meal (if you can tear yourself away from several great restaurants just a few minutes stroll away). About the only small hassle is the narrow cobblestone streets kept the taxi from getting to the door; but it was only a 50 meter walk.

Fabulous, could not be better
Having coffee and wine on the patio of this apartment was literally the highlight of our month-long trip to Spain. Bathroom, bedrooms, fabulous, well stocked kitchen. Everything was perfect.

Amazing location - park in town and take a cab!
Loved our three night stay - all amenities available and we were easy walking distance to the Alhambra ( the walk up - river is beautiful and quick), the Jewish Quarter, etc.

A great location and view!
I wasn't sure about it before we booked, but once we got into the apartment we were definitely not disappointed! You literally have the majority of the house to yourselves. There are tenants on the ground floor but the rest are yours. The first floor above has 2 bedrooms and the bathroom and the top floor has the dining, living, kitchen and outdoor terrace patio. The view of the Alhambra is right there and at night its simply breathtaking with the lights on. Roberta was a huge help in getting us settled and comfortable. She made everything very easy. From this spot we were only a block or 2 off the main tourist strip, could easily walk down the hill to the Alhambra bus stop, or could head the other way to the gypsy cuevos. Other than the steep hills and cobblestones (which are unavoidable), this place is a great spot to experience Granada from. Highly recommended!

This apartment was very charming and very well situated close to all the main points of interest. The lovely terrace with a clear view of the Alhambra was the cherry on top.

The terrace makes it!
With a fabulous view of the Alhambra from the terrace, this property is very special. Nice location partway up the Albacain from the center; convenient to go up into the neighborhood or down into the center of the city, or up the “back way” to the Alhambra. The rooms were not spacious, but it all worked well for two people and was comfortable. Granada was cool while we were there, or we would have been on that terrace all the time!
