The room was spacious, the shower was hot and the room was clean. Great location close to the main square.

It was quite loud, you could hear people walking around and talking in communal areas.

The hotel is very clean, the room was big with mountain view.

In Saturday since 4 p.m. till midnight, there was a very loud music from one of the nearest houses.

Location and staff

Very clean, very friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, location near the town center, free parking one block away, hot shower, good wifi.

Excellent location - right next to the main square and pretty decent breakfast and room size!

Staff did not speak English at all forcing me to utilize my broken Spanish. I know this is Peru but it is the hospitality industry afterall.

The staff were friendly, the location was perfect, near the square and five min walk to our favourite veggie friendly hang out, café fusions. The bed was clean and comfortable, and the shower powerful.

The room smelt bad when we arrived. Maybe the guests before had been smoking in there? Not sure what it was ...it got better after a couple of days of airing it as much as we could. The carpet was badly stained. We were woken up between 4 and 5 am each morning, loud voices echoing down the corridors, furniture being moved..all sorts. The breakfast was limited for vegetarians, esp if you don't eat egg.

being unable to get cash with my debit and visa card in all the bank in town lucky I had a master card or we would have been without cash (nothing to do the the hotel) be warn to travel with differents type of card all my card worked well in all other places in Peru.
