Great apartment with stunning views. The kids loved the pool, which is shaded and kept them safe from the midday sun. Lovely plunge pool spa next to it. Catsye beach a 2 minute walk across the road. Door to door service from the airport and so so useful having the buggy. Joe was fantastic! Great communicator. Thanks for a wonderful holiday

Clean modern apartment with beautiful views of cats eye beach, very quiet and convenient location, the main beach is only a 5 minute stroll.
Airport transfers were organized for us as well as a very luxe Alfa Romeo buggy that we all loved!
The apartment is perfect for families, sleeps up to
5 people, with 2 bathrooms, aircon, everything you could want including beach towels.
There is a great little resort pool with shade sails and pool noodles provided.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others.
(Also the property manager is easily contactable when we asked for wifi password he responded straightaway).

We spent 5 days on Hamilton Island. From the moment we opened the door of the apartment we were very happy. The view from the apartment was amazing & it was very comfortable.
We had a little problem with the buggy although after calling Dean (the manager) who arrived within half an hour of our call the problem was resolved.
We also had a quick response from Joe the owner regarding the wifi code.
We would certainly stay there again.

We highly recommend this property. We were collected at the airport and provided with a buggy (you might need to fiddle with the start switch sometimes to get it going). Joe arranged to fix some initial problems caused by new cleaners.

The property itself and location were fantastic. Place was clean, spacious and well appointed. Beds were quite hard (for me anyway). View is exceptional, felt like we were right on Catseye Beach. Would stay again for sure.

Great and Convenient Place
Thank you so much for letting us stay! This property was lovely to stay at and very convenient for what we wanted. Joe was easy to get in touch with when needed and we loved the included buggy! We will definitely be back again and will be booking here again if we can.

Hamilton Getaway
Upon arrival at the Airport we were greated by a lovely gentleman who showed us the way to our buggy and luggage transfer bus. We arrived at our room and it was wonderful, the room looked neat and tidy and the views were spectacular. Plenty of room for my wife and I as well as our 3 kids all under the age of 7. Would definitely recommend the room to our friends and family.
However there are a few things that we did notice that we would like to bring to your attention:
1. Instructions on how to operate the stove and air con. The air con would turn off buy itself during the night and not switch back on until we did it manually.
2. Include Wifi Password
3. The couch needs a deep clean as there were stains on it
4. Rug near the couches under the coffee table will also need to be deep cleaned as stained in heavy traffic areas
5. Sliding door tracks need to be cleaned
6. Vinyl skirting tile near corner cupboard and stove needs to be glued as kept pealing off.
In the grand scheme of things, these are relatively minor things. However as a rental property owner myself I would encourage constructive feedback.
We have taken photos and I am more than happy to share.

Loved every minute, the unit was neat and tidy and we would stay there again.
Joe made our stay super easy, with transfers and buggy included. The unit was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. Beds were comfy. It was a great place to relax and enjoy family time. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Fantastic location
This apartment was in a brilliant location at the quiet end of Catseye beach with a beautiful pool that we had to ourselves most of the time during our 9 night stay (and according to the locals it’s the best pool on the island).
The top floor apartment had incredible views and it was great to have our own buggy to explore the island.
Close to the walking tracks for those who want to explore the island on foot and the Passage Peak track was a must do (although it was a hard walk it was worth it to see the views).
Highly recommended stay for relaxation.

Great Property, Great Location, Great Host
As a family of 4 adults we found Frangipani 206 had ample room and facilities for our one week stay. The location was fantastic at the quiet end of Catseye Beach, but still close enough to everything you need - especially with the use of the provided golf buggy. The view from the top floor was delightful to wake to every morning. Joe is a great host who ensures you have a great stay. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect location
This is a great property, well located for us near the start of hikes and at the quiet end of Catseye beach.
The master bedroom and ensuite layout is lovely. You can see water from the bed and the bathroom too.
Lounge room furniture is very comfortable which made for some peaceful evenings watching movies with the family.
I understand the owners are about to replace the BBQ, which is a good idea. You’ll also need to bring your own Bluetooth speakers.
Looking forward to our next visit!

Stress-free stay
Perfectly located near the walking tracks and away from the busy area of the main hotel at Catseye Beach. This meant we had the ultimate relaxing week away with the beach a few steps away. It had everything needed for the stay and was very roomy for our family of four. There was also great communication from the valet service to make things super easy. Minor maintenance required but nothing that affected our stay - and totally understandable with the number of properties. A great bonus to have the cart too to see absolutely everything on the island. A wonderful getaway. Would definitely stay here again.

The airconditioner was on a timer and although when on was nice and cool would turn off every 6 or so hours so you'd wake up in the night hot. This was not able to be turned off apparently. The balcony needed a really good scrub and had bird droppings all over it, understandably as there are cockatoos around all day however it appeared that it hadnt been cleaned in some time.The price overall was high for the quality of the apartment given that we stayed not in the high season.

Beautiful views and location. Golf buggy inclusion was great. TV in bedrooms had poor reception however it didnt bother us as we were outside most of the stay. My only suggestion would be better communication about the arrival and departures to the airport process. Overall fantastic stay and would stay in this unit again.

Amazing Property with excellent owner..
We absolutely loved staying at Joe’s apartment. The location, balcony size, apartment finishes and overall experience were all amazing. Our friends also stayed in another similar apartment and were jealous of how well finished ours was compared to theirs. They have already asked me for Joe’s number so that they could recommend it to another friend. We will be back for sure!!! Thanks Joe

The apartment is on the top floor of Frangipani block at the far end of Catseye Beach, which was very quiet with limited thru traffic and Everything is only a short drive away in the buggy. The owner was very helpful and responded to any questions we had very promptly. Only drawback at the moment is that as Hamilton island has only just come back to host visitors that about half of the restaurants/tour companies/shops are either still closed or operating with reduced trading hours. We did a sunset cruise on Ricochet yacht and a half day trip to Whitehaven beach and would recommend these highly. The golf course is also superb but book ahead as it is very popular (closed Mon Tues at the moment). All in all a wonderful place to visit and Joe's Frangipani 206 apartment is a great base to explore the island.

Close to everything you want
This accommodation has been the best overall so far with our 4th trip to the island.
Plenty of space, fantastic view, great aircon, a buggy and easy transit.
Just a short skip to the beach and access to pools and bars with the main town over the hill.
