Staff were pleasant and accommodating. The restaurant manager at breakfast each day was a wealth of local knowledge and really assisted with planning. The room was spotless each day. The view from the balcony was great.

The bathroom was small and without counter space. Not the fault of the hotel but the town was pretty well closed down at this time of year.

This hotel well exceeded our expectations , perfect in every way and the staff were all amazing! Thank you 🤩

אהבנו כמעט הכל! צוות נעים וחייכני שקיבל אותנו עם משקה ברוכים הבאים וקינוח שחיכה לנו בחדר, סוויטה מרווחת עם נוף עוצר נשימה, חימום נעים ואיכותי, זרם מים חזק ומים חמים תמיד. הרבה מאוד מתנות קטנות כגון: קפה, תה מים מינרלים והמון אביזרי נוחות, חלוקי מגבות ומכמות רבה של מגבות. ארוחת בוקר מעולה מגוונת וטעימה. מיטות נוחות ומפנקות.

שלושה דברים קטנים שכולם בנוגע לחדר האמבטיה והשירותים: התאורה חלשה. האוורור לא מספיק. יהיה מעולה אם יחדשו את איטום הסילקון הלבן שהפך קצת לשחור ובנוסף יחדשו/ינקו את הגומיות של הזכוכית שצברו מעט עובש. חוץ מזה היה מושלם.

Very Friendly staff, good location, big television in the room, spa and sauna included in the price.

Temperature was too high within the rooms even with the heating off. The humidity inside the toilet made the room smell a bit (although the staff helped instantly). Dinner was nice however for the prices that guests pay there shouldn’t be kids playing around the tables.

Ο καφές κατά τη διάρκεια του πρωινού θα μπορούσε να μην ήταν της μηχανής και το πρωινό θα μπορούσε να ήταν πιο ποιοτικό με τα λεφτά που πληρώνεις!

Уютный и очень милый отель. Просторный и удобный номер. Ежедневная и качественная уборка номера. Очень вкусные ужины в ресторане и хорошее обслуживание. Приветливый персонал на ресепшен.

В целом все очень понравилось, но были 2 момента, которыми хочется поделиться, в надежде, что на это обратят внимание и изменят ситуацию в будущем к лучшему. Заезд в номер был задержан на час по причине не убранного номера, хотя мы приехали к времени check in ( 14.30). Девушка, готовившая блюда из яиц на завтраках, рассеянна, работает очень медленно, постоянно забывает о принятых заказах и добиться своего омлета от нее можно только, если не отходить ни на шаг.

Super clean, tidy, modern rooms which is rare on the mountains and great location! Refurbishment was a success! I will visit it again in the future.

There is no parking for hotel guests. The only options for parking are to leave your car in the sides of the roads (if you find any) or park in the small car park near the hotel where you have to pay. It was €20 for 24 hours (smaller charges if you leave it there for a shorter period of time but if you leave it there overnight, it is very expensive). Shower in room 107 was super small, shower in room 104 was a good normal size. Ventilation in bathroom was very bad.

Непонятно, почему отель обозначен как 2 звезды. Как минимум честные 4 звезды! Все чисто, качественно, интеллигентно.

Номера тесноватые, но это вполне объяснимо расположением. В горной местности дорог каждый сантиметр площади!

The hotel is recently renovated

The room is very small both the bedroom and bathroom, the staff is not professional except for the restaurant service staff which was good. Our room did't get cleaned as they claimed they were too busy that day and one of the 2 nights we stayed we had no water supply in the room for shower or bathroom, nobody called to explain or to apologise. We checked out and paid our bill then at 21:00 the same day when we returned home we received a phone call to say that they we owed them another 16 euros, even though it was their mistake they didnt hesitate to call during the night and disturb us instead of just settling the small amount which was a result of their mistake at the reception.

The hotel was great. Great rooms with comfortable bed and clean bathrooms. Every night there was a surprise waiting for us in the room which it was a nice touch. Great breakfast.

We had dinner at the hotel and I think it was a bit pricey.

מלון מתוק להפליא. ממוקם במרכז העיירה המקסימה פאנו-פלטרו. לחדרים יש חלונות עצומים הצופים על העמק היפהפה. זהו בסיס מצוין לטרקים בהרים. נהננו מאד מהסאונה אחרי יום טיולים. אכלנו ארוחת בוקר נהדרת במרפסת חדר האוכל הצופה אל הנוף הנהדר. בטוחים שנחזור .

Super cozy, nice and friendly people, stunning views and fresh air! Very good restaurant. We felt very welcome. Liked the lavender water in the bar.

A bit noisy around: works early in the morning, loud music Saturday night. We had to ask to clean our room and not to disturb in the evenings.

Very comfy beds, very very very helpful and friendly staff (especially the lady from Poland that served us at breakfast and the female cook in charge of the egg station).
