Ein hervorragend gepflegtes Objekt mit sehr, sehr netten Gastgebern, die persönlich vor Ort waren und uns mit Blumen und einem Sekt begrüßt haben. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in jeder Beziehung genossen und kommen sicher wieder.

Les lieux et la villa sont sensationnels. Accès directe à la plage depuis le jardin. Intérieur propre et soigné. Agencement parfait. Accueil de Sergio et Mario remarquable. Nous ne pouvons que recommander ce petit coin de paradis.

Top Haus, top Lage!

Wir waren für zwei Wochen in dieser wunderschönen Villa. Wir haben jeden Tag genossen. Die Gastgeber Sergio & Marco waren sehr nett und haben alles perfekt arrangiert! Ganz herzlichen Dank dafür! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Haus und Lage hervorragend und der Vermieter ist sehr nett

Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen und kommen hoffentlich bald wieder. Die Kids waren begeistert von dem Pool und die Grosseltern schwärmen immernoch von dem tollen Blick auf den See. Neue Matratzen wären schön. Ansonsten top gepflegt! Die Pizzeria nebenan ist gut und empfehlenswert. Der öffentliche Strand stört überhaupt nicht. Die Bucht ist super zum SUPen. Bei schönem Wetter kommen allerdings viele Motorboote.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in dem Haus verbracht. Die Lage ist einmalig. Toller Pool und direkter Seezugang. Korrespondenz mit Sergio war unkompliziert und freundlich. Wir haben das Haus schon weiter empfohlen.

We hebben een geweldige vakantie gehad. Het huis heeft een super mooi uitzicht en het zwembad was helemaal top. Het huis was heel schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. We werden erg vriendelijk ontvangen door Sergio en Marco. Het restaurant naast het huis is ook zeker aan te bevelen. Van het strandje, waar voornamelijk Italianen zijn, heb je totaal geen last. Wij zullen zeker nog een keer terug gaan naar deze woning. Echt een aanrader!

Wir verbrachten zu fünft eine wundervolle Woche in der Villa Baia der Vento. Die Villa hat unsere Erwartungen sogar übertroffen - alles ist hell und freundlich eingerichtet und super modern ausgestattet. Der Strand und die Pizzeria nebenan geben einem eine wunderbares Urlaubs-Flair, und trotzdem hat man ein kleines Paradies für sich. Das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt, der Pool ein absolutes Highlight und immer sehr sauber. Auch der Kontakt zu Sergio und Marco war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir wurden mit Blumen, Wein und Früchten empfangen - mille grazie noch einmal dafür! Es ist so schön dort, dass man abends kaum schlafen gehen möchte und schon gar nicht abreisen… Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Wir waren 14 Nächte in dem schönen Ferienhaus und haben jeden Tag genossen. Die Lage ist einfach genial!! Der Strand vor dem Haus ist spitze und wir haben es nie als störend empfunden das dort ein wenig Action ist. Die Pizzeria neben dem Haus ist genial und auch die Preise sind fair. Der Pool im Grundstück ist spitze!!! Wir kommen wieder!! Marco und Sergio nicht zu vergessen der Service war grandios!!! Danke für den tollen Wein.

Wir fahren seit 10 Jahren zum Gardasee. Dieses Haus war bis jetzt das Beste. Man hat einen Superpool und 10 m weiter ist der See. Leckere Pizzeria zu normalen Preisen 30 m entfernt. Am Wochenende ist etwas mehr Bewegung am Strand,ist aber nicht schlimm,die dicke Hecke erhält genug Privatsphäre. Sehr schönes Haus mit Liebe zum Detail. Qualität hat eben Ihren Preis. Sergio und Marco , die Vermieter , sind super nett und helfen bei allem weiter. Wir waren nicht das letzte mal hier. Gruß an Marco und Sergio. Jan

Wir trafen ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit atemberaubendem Blick auf den Gardasee an und fühlten uns 2 Wochen lang äußerst wohl. Schon der Empfang durch Sergio und Marco war herzlich und immer freundlich. Mit dem Auto erreicht man Einkauf- und ganz viele Sightseeingziele in kurzer Zeit. Zum Glück hat uns die lebhafte Umgebung mit Pizzeria und öffentlichem Strand nicht sonderlich gestört. Für Familien mit Kindern ist der naheliegende Spielplatz eine willkommene Abwechslung.

In all beautiful and a good place and I wouldn't hasten to recommend this, and we definitely want to come again.

Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal in dieser herrlichen Villa direkt am Gardasee. Leider hat das Wetter nicht so mitgespielt, wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben, aber drei Tage haben wir das Schwimmbad bei Sonnenschein genossen, und die restlichen Tage waren dank des schönen Hauses auch kein Problem. Sergio und Marco haben alles perfekt hergerichtet und sind die besten Gastgeber. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Lage des Hauses und das Haus selbst, inkl. Garten- und Poolanlage wunderschön. Die Aussicht auf den See einfach traumhaft. Das ganze wird abgerundet durch die Freundlichkeit des Hausbesitzers/-vermitters. Das ganze Paket nur zu empfehlen.

Wir haben mit 5 Personen in dem sehr schön gelegenen Haus unseren Urlaub verbracht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr sehr nett und bei allen Fragen hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hauses ist mehr als gut. Ein spektakulärer Ausblick und in unmittelbarer Nähe eine authentisches italienisches Restaurant.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay at this wonderful villa - the location, the pool, the fabulous views across Lake Garda. You simply could not ask for anything better. The villa itself is well-equipped and cleverly laid out on two levels. The garden is beautiful and very secure with a gated entrance. The outdoor furniture was great for al fresco entertaining and lounging and the sunbeds were very comfortable. It was also great to be able to barbecue which we managed to do twice. The villa is located a stone's throw from a really good restaurant with a great menu which we used on several occasions. The villa is only an 8 minute drive from Salo where there are lots of nice bars and restaurants along a beautiful lakeside promenade. It's also easy to get to the ferryport and visit Bardolino, Sirmione, Riva del Garda, etc. We also hired a speedboat for the day at Salo and that was great fun. Sergio and his nephew Marco were absolutely lovely and extremely helpful. All in all, a truly wonderful holiday which we would love to repeat in the future

We've just returned from two weeks at this villa at the end of August / beginning of September. We were very impressed by the photos when we booked it - the reality is way better than the photos. It is an immaculate property, beautifully decorated, spacious and luxurious. The owner, Sergio, is an absolute gentleman and a pleasure to deal with. He met us to show us around the villa when we arrived and it is obvious he is very proud of it, and he has every right to be. There were four adults when we stayed, the villa would easily and comfortably accommodate six adults. We were lucky to have fantastic weather all the time we were there and so spent a lot of time outside. You are right next to a public beach with good facilities and your own access to the beach but in the grounds of the villa you are totally private. There is a wonderful restaurant / bar literally steps away from the villa. We ate there a few times and also had a number of takeaways from there too. There are also numerous restaurants within a few minutes drive. The villa is well located for exploring the area, there a number of ferry ports close by and we also drove into the mountains, around the lake (despite what we had heard about traffic congestion we had no problems driving around the lake) and to Verona which is an easy hours drive away. If you are considering this villa book it, you won't be disappointed.

We were two families with three children and had a beautifull holliday. Enough Space for everybody and the children loved the big pool. The view across the lake was marvelous and we would love to come again. The restaurant next door was friendly and tasty.

Absoloutely one of the most beautiful places we´ve visited. I celebrated my birthday here, with my daughters and grand children. They completely loved it, close to many lovely villages and the sea.

The stay was magnificent! A fantastic place to rest for a week or two. We really enjoyed the hospitalets of Mr Bellini. He helhed us to get a fantastic meal for my 70 years birthday. Everything worked with the house, and we enjoyed the pool and the beautiful view from the house of Lake Garda. We cN recommend the stay to everybody, WHO with for a relaxing vacation! We stayed a week in Baia del Vento and it was fantastic! The house had all modern amenities you could ask for and the pool and view was amazing. We were there with our two kids and two sets of grandparents. In the evening we could sit and relax at the dinning table outside while the kids were having fun in the pool. Just returned from a week here with 5 other adults. I can't recommend this place enough and Sergio was a fantastic host when we arrived early. Overall the villa is finished to a really high standard, especially the ground floor/upstairs. There are huge sliding glass doors leading to the pool and the garden so even when you're not outside you still get a great view of the lake. There's plenty of space for 6 adults, I guess 8 wouldn't be a problem either, assuming you spent most of your time outside. Around the property there are lots of little places to sit in the garden and some really comfy outdoor sitting and dining furniture by the pool, over-looking the lake.The villa has a private gate to the small beach on the lake, the beach can get very busy so it's far more enjoyable to stay in the garden of the villa and enjoy the view from there. If you have a car there's plenty of space to park it behind the electric gates. If you don't, the nearest grocery store is about a 30 minute walk in San Felice and it's a really nice walk to and from it. For ferries, you can walk to Portese which is about 40 minutes away. The bar/restaurant opposite the villa is brilliant, think we ate there 4 times in 1 week! A taxi to Salo is about €15-20 and between €35-50 for Desenzano, if you wish to take a train to Verona for example.You should get this booked immediately - it really is every bit as good as it looks in the pictures!
