Great location!! 15 min walk to jagalchi, BIFF square and Gamcheon cultural village is near too. Only 20 mins away from the airport by public transport.

There is a strong smell in the room (I think it is the cleaning detergent they used). It looks and feels a bit old, the wallpapers were tearing. My mother’s room had mould (or heavy black watermarks - not sure) on the ceiling.

Location is 5-7mins walk away from the metro station. Facilities are excellent and we had an amazing stay in Busan

The location was good but we have no comments for breakfast because this booking did not include it. The room was clean and comfortable.

Location is very near to Jagalchi station and Biff walking distance to biff square. Good space for 3 pax. Pretty washroom with marble detailing :)

Asked front desk for iron and was told I have to return it quickly as they do not have alot of irons.. I thought I want to take sometime to iron my wrinkled clothes but in the end I had to rush

Really enjoyed this hotel. Our room was very spacious and the bed was so comfortable. The bathroom was big and well kept and the bathtub was huge! We were really grateful for the central heating that was always on and meant coming back from freezing cold outdoors to a nice warm room. Staff were also very accommodating and friendly. The location of the hotel was also great. Near quite a few touristy areas, bus stop, train stations etc.

Unfortunately, the rooftop bar (part of the reason we booked this hotel) was closed. I feel this type of information should be displayed on the hotel information page so guests are informed beforehand.

Perfect location, near all bus stop, surrounded by shopping area, huge bathroom, comfortable bed, very convenience for sightseeing Busan , very recommended.

very conveniently located near BIFF (just around the corner) and jagalchi station. Fashion street was only a few minutes walk away too.

Got quite warm in the property. Cooling system in aircon are turned off during winter and only heating system is on. They helped us by switching off the auto heating system for us and advised to open the window which did cool the room down to a room temperature degree. May be noisy towards the night time since it’s close to lots of gentlemen clubs but I managed to sleep it through easily. Would stay here again, staffs are super friendly.

The hotel location is quite close to key tourist destinations and markets. Check-in and out process is quick and smooth.

The room floor is quite dusty and full of unknown marks. The most frustrating part is the bathroom. The shower room would easily cause a mess as the door is not properly sealed off once closed - i.e. the bathroom floor is always wet after a shower. The bathroom water is not hot enough especially for winter, not to mention that if you are using the bathtub, just by turning on the hot water (since it's not hot enough) - the water could not even reach the bathtub because of its weak water pressure. The room-keeping cutoff time is at/before 12pm which is quite inflexible.

- windows can be opened for air ventilation especially when heaters are on during winter. - huge bath room and bath tub - excellent location - good economical hotel breakfast - complimentary upgraded room - friendly staff

- carpet very stained, hence looked unclean. - no water cooler to top up single used bottles - corners are not well cleaned. clothes from the previous occupants are still left in the room.

less than 5mins walking distance of the nampo shopping street.. hotel is relatively new and rooms are upkept in very good conditions. staffs are friendly and helpful! can speak english 👍 keep up the great work!

the pillow is too soft and flat for both pillows

It's close to food market and a lot of shops. Great view from the roof top. The stuff was really helpful.
