Best place to stay in Bruges. The hotel is in prime location to the postcard photo spot and less than 2mins walk from the main square. It’s so close that you can pop back to the hotel after shopping and for a pit stop instead of searching for public loos.
The hotel room was exceptional. Super comfortable chairs to sit by the window and enjoy watching the boats go by, spacious, has a great bath to warm up in after a cold winter walk.
At Christmas the hotel was so well decorated, it felt like a cosy Manor House.

I loved the well friendly service from the staff and the very romantic atmosphere the hotel provided us in our wedding anniversary. It was really great and we will be back for sure. Congratulations to all staff.
The mattress was not comfortable because they combine 2 single beds and have a depression in the middle but after we talked with the staff they provided a topper that make it better. And they told us the owner will replace the mattress for all rooms . That’s really nice !!!

Superb loction, quiet but close to everything Bruges has to offer (and that's lots). Our room was excellent and the hotel had a really nice feel to it. The staff were friendly and helpful, overall exceptional.
I suffer from sleep apnea and have to use a CPAP machine, a socket adjacent to the bedhead would have been useful. Otherwise, very difficult to think of ways it could have been better!

We loved the quaint character of the inn, as well as the location. Set away from one of the main streets, right on the canal. Beautifully appointed rooms, quiet and charming. At breakfast, they offered cappuccinos, as well as coffee served in individual silver coffee pitchers. The marbled bathroom had a lovely bathtub.
The staff made sure my husband had some delicious gluten free bread.

The building was beautiful, the view was spectacular, it was in a great location, and the staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful.
It’s such a small thing, but the pillows were a little uncomfortable.
