We were a group of five women travelling for a week away to celebrate our 50th Birthdays. The accommodation was spotless, perfectly situated and just everything you could possibly need. The sea front was easily accessible along with several restaurants and bars. It was probably the best holiday accommodation we have ever stayed in. Ana & Peter greeted us with warmth and great hospitality. We hope to return to Villa Marina one day in the future A wonderful stay and we wouldn't hesitate to give the property and its hosts 5 stars!!

Stayed here with a group of 10, house is well equiped for that size group. Hosts Peter and Ana have thought of everything, even had a welcome olate of cheeses, meat and bread which was much appreciated after our late arrival. House is beautiful, views amazing. Very relaxing time, good facilities in the town of Marine for everything you need.

Stayed 4 days in Marina with our daughter and her family. The house was excellent and an easy walk to the market and restaurants. Marina is quiet in late October but we had great weather for swimming in the pool and also at the beach in Trogir. House is exactly as advertised and Petar was an excellent host. A great place to begin our week in Croatia.

Beautiful place overlooking the sea. Very well appointed with 4 lovely bedrooms,a big lounge and a great pool. Ana was extremely friendly and helpful. An easy walk into the centre of Marina (5 minutes). Plenty of places to eat. Recommend totally.

Restaurants, beach, supermarkets & fish market all within 10 mins walking distance. Perfect place for sightseeing other popular locations. Hope to return.

Fantastic villa in a lovely location owners we're very helpfull and friendly

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful and spacious villa with great outdoor opportunities for spending time with family and friends. The pool is the heart of the house and the view is perfect even while swimming. The villa offers other nice facilities too, such as a big barbecue and paddles for the beach. The hosts are very friendly and nice ! The village is quite recent, rather small and relaxed, which garantees the calm during the stay.

Wow! This was pretty much the perfect holiday. First and foremost Petar and Ana are amazing hosts. Their communication is pretty much instant. Their recommendations and suggestions were all spot on and they were able to help and advise when needed. The villa is beautiful. The location amazing, with views over Marina, that by night are breathtaking. Yes, the coastal road runs along the bottom of the property but this is a small price to pay for the convenience and setting. We spent days by the pool, made use of the paddle boards and kayak provided and ventured into Trogir (which is stunning) and Split. Petar recommended a local taxi driver, Darian, who was reliable, informative and punctual. The area of Marina itself provides opportunity for lovely meals, drinks and walks. There are two good sized supermarkets within walking distance. We had a blast and would highly recommend the villa and hosts if you are considering a holiday in this lovely country.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 8 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern (7 Jahre und 2 Jahre). Der Empfang von Ana war sehr herzlich und freundlich. Das Haus ist wunderschön, sauber und gepflegt. Alle Räume sind klimatisiert. Unsere Kaffeemaschine und eine Klimaanlage waren defekt und Ana kümmerte sich umgehend um Ersatz bzw. um die Reparatur. Ana und ihr Mann sind immer erreichbar und kümmern sich sehr gut um ihre Gäste. Von ihnen kann man sich auch Empfehlungen und Tipps für Freizeitaktivitäten holen. Die Umgebung ist ganz wundervoll und das Restaurant „La Barca“ zu empfehlen. Von den anderen Restaurants am Hafen raten wir ab, wir haben „Tabu“ und „grill Fish“ getestet, beides war ein absoluter Reinfall. Von der Straße an der Unterkunft bekommt man nachts nicht viel mit, beim überqueren der Straße sollte man jedoch aufpassen, denn an das Limit von 40 hält sich so gut wie niemand. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse, sowie den Balkonen geht direkt aufs Meer und man kann sich hier wunderbar entspannen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt und würden die Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen und auch selbst nochmal buchen.

Villa Marina is lovely, we were a party of 6 adults and one teenager and it suited us down to a tee, it’s well equipped with everything you could need for a relaxing week away. We arrived very late and Petar was waiting for us with homemade wine (which was very nice) cold meats and cheeses, which was greatly appreciated as we were all tired and hungry. The villa is set just a short walk from Marina which has several good tavernas, a couple of bars and a supermarket. There’s a nice beach just in front of the house, which was lovely and quiet. We found that if we wanted to go down into the village on a night we used the road at the back of the house as there is an underpass just after the school. We would definitely stay again, overall a great holiday with friendly helpful hosts thank you

Highly recommend this outstanding accommodation! Absolutely brilliant host who responded to correspondence extremely promptly and was so helpful and welcoming. The location of the villa is wonderful, walking distance to amenities such as shops, bars and restaurants and the beach. The villa is extremely well equiped, with excellent air conditioning, comfortable large bedrooms and even a sauna! Definitely hope to return to this magical beautiful place.

Wir (8 Personen) waren im September 2021 in Ana's Villa. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, das Haus entspricht in allem den Beschreibungen und bietet genug Platz. Der Strand und das Meer direkt über die Strasse ist sehr schön und sauber, ca. 5 Minuten Fussweg am Strand entlang liegt eine schöne Bucht die flach ins Meer führt und (vermutlich) künstlich mit feinem Kies aufgefüllt wurde, daneben eine Bar für die eine oder andere Erfrischung. Mehrere wirklich sehr gute Restaurants befinden sind in einem Umkreis von ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuss, ebenso zwei Supermärkte, Bäckerei und direkt neben dem Studenacmarkt ein Cafe für den morgendlichen Muntermacher der auch von vielen Kroat(inn)en frequetiert ist (Top Espresso). Waren auch zwei mal in Trogir, haben das von Ana empohlene Taxiunternehmen gewählt, einfach online buchbar und zuverlässig und mit 30 Euro für 8 Personen nach Trogir je Fahrt auch preislich ok. Noch ein Wort zu Ana: wir hatten eigentlich für 2020 gebucht. Aufgrund der Covidsituation und den Vorgaben unserer Arbeitgeber war es uns jedoch nicht möglich anzureisen. Wir konnten die Buchung OHNE PROBLEME UND KOSTEN einfach auf heuer verschieben, ohne ein Anrecht dazu gehabt zu haben (keine behördliche Reisewarnung). Auch sonst war die gesamte Kommunikation mit Ana perfekt, vom Checkin bis zum Checkout. Perfekte Gastgeberin, unaufdringlich aber immer erreichbar. Zum Schluss auch noch ein Wort zur Lage des Hauses: wie auch in anderen Kommentaren ge/beschrieben, liegt das Haus an einer Strasse. Anfangs merkt/hört man natürlich die vorbeifahrenden Autos, aber das war schnell vorbei. Die Villa liegt ca. 5 Meter etwas rückversetzt über der Strasse und somit ist der unmittelbare Verkehrslärm nicht sehr störend. Wir haben auch mit offenen Fenstern problemlos geschlafen, da sich in der Nacht der Verkehr sehr beruhigt (sind aber auch Frühaufsteher. Wir jedenfalls würden/werden mit Freude wiederkommen

Ein sehr schönes und gemütliches Haus mit einem großen Infinity Pool und schöner Aussicht, sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeber, kleiner Makel ist die Straße, man gewöhnt sich aber dran.

Maison trés bien équipée, trés propre et avec une belle vue sur la mer de la maison mais surtout de la piscine à débordement. Peter et Ana nous avez préparés de gentilles attentions à votre arivée (plateau de fromages et de charcuterie, du pain, du vin, ...). Peter nous à même amené de son vin durant le séjour (trés bon). Ils sont trés à l'écoute et trés réactif. De bon conseil aussi pour les restaurants. Bref un merveilleux séjour au rythme de la mer. Je conseille vivement

Die Villa ist super sauber und die Aufteilung ist mega. Da können bis zu 4 Familien locker unterkommen ohne das jemand benachteiligt wird. Die Gastgeber sind aufmerksam und versuchen es den Gästen alles recht zu machen. Es gibt wirklich fast nix zu bemängeln. Das einzige was man vielleicht aktualisieren müsste wären die Fitnessgeräte. Unsere Erwartungen hat es sogar übertroffen. Die Lage ist für Kunden die unter sich bleiben möchten auch super jedoch wenn man bisschen mehr erleben möchte fährt man ca 20 min nach Trogir mit dem Auto. Das Meer ist direkt über die Straße und wenn man ein Stück geht ist der stranabschnitt der beste in der Umgebung!!! Diese Villa kann man bedenkenlos buchen wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal!

I stayed with eight other people in this beautiful house. It was a holiday in complete relax and privacy. Great location near the sea, restaurants, coffee and markets. In a few minutes by car you can reach other beaches and villages. The house is very comfortable, four double bedrooms have their own private bathroom, there is a small gym and sauna , a barbecue and outdoor dining table. Infinity pool on the sea. The owner Ana is very kind and helpful for our requests and advices. I hope I can come back!

We are a family of five adults and the villa was perfect for our needs especially as four of the bedrooms are identical, so no arguments over the best room! The villa is in a beautiful setting overlooking the bay. Across the road is a small pebble beach with lovely clear water for swimming also use the of the paddle board and canoe gave us a lot of fun. One slight niggle is the road as it’s on a bend and the cars approach quite fast so we needed to be extra careful when crossing, however this isn’t an issue, but anyone with small children may need to be aware. Marina is small with a nice choice of restaurants. It’s very accessible for the airport (15 mins drive away) and easy to use as a base to explore the wider area. Ana and Petar are excellent hosts leaving us a nice welcome meal of cheese, meats, drinks and fruit on arrival. They enquired to our well-being through out the stay and we felt very comfortable in the villa which was well equipped. Petar and Ana thank you for your hospitality which made our stay the more enjoyable.

We've just returned from a stay at Villa Marina and it was absolutely amazing! The villa is well situated not too far from Split airport (25 min by car) and has a great pool with stunning views of the sea and Marina. A food welcome in the form of fresh bread, meats cheese and some sweets was a charming touch and much appreciated by our group.  Lovely restaurants are within a short walking distance. The villa was well stocked with equipment and our kids loved the use of kayak and paddleboard, and we loved that you only had to cross the road to get down to the beautiful sea. We visited the close by town of Trogir which is well worth a visit and had a nice atmosphere in evening. The villa was spotless upon our arrival and the bedding and our towels were changed mid way through our stay. Ana and her husband were extremely helpful answering any of our queries quickly and helped to arrange a boat trip too.  We would highly recommend this villa and would definitely love to return one day. Very comfortable, clean and spacious property. The use of a paddle board and canoe went down well with the 7 teenagers. Restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance too. The owners were very helpful and were on hand to advise us on all matters especially when one of our party required an English speaking Dr. We would highly recommend to anyone this property

We had a lovely week in Peta and Ana's villa. It is situated a short 20 minute drive from Split airport. There are various beaches and restaurants within easy walking distance.Seafood is a local speciality! We. had rental cars and so could visit the Nearby town of Trogir and also visited the stunning Krka Natioal park (just over an hours drive) Ana and Peta were excellent hosts from supplying us with a welcoming plate of local cheeses and meats on arrival to offering to organise boat trips. Our party of 10 were really comfortable in this well appointed,solidly built villa.

We were 2 families who had an excellent week of holiday in Petar and Ana's villa in Marina. The house is beautiful, well equipped and we were not missing anythng. The location is good, near the ssea, and the villa has a very nice pool which was frequently used by everyone. Beaches are nearby, and both supermarkets and Nice restaurants are well withn walking distance. We did not need a car for Our stay. Petar and Ana are the best hosts; friendly and helpful, and we would recomment this house to anyone.
