El lugar es muy cercano al centro de Pasto.
La habitación es suficiente y muy poco para el precio que cobran. En realidad, lo mejor simplemente es la ubicación. La recepcionista fue amable y las comodidades son las mínimas. La ducha estaba dañada. Alguien (creo que personal del hotel) empezó a poner vallenato y a silbar a las 4am. Luego, se escuchaba música a las 6am. No dejaban dormir.

The attention from the staff was truly excellent: we arrived very early, but they let us leave our bags in a nice, safe place, which allowed us to take a day trip outside of the city and not be restricted by check-in/out times. On top of this, they were super friendly and helpful with information, directions, arranging taxis, and generally making us feel welcome in the city.
The hotel is located in a great part of the city.....but, unfortunately, surrounded by bars, so it was pretty noisy at night. If you're a light sleeper, 100% bring earplugs.

The staff were very professional and welcoming. The breakfast was very good. We parked in the secure underground garage. The hotel is near a park and shops. We had 2 dogs with us and it worked out well. Nice hot shower. Our room was quiet.
The shower head was not working well so we removed it. No elevator but we were on the second floor so worked out fine.

I liked the breackfast, The kindest staff, service, The cleanest room ever.
That the bathroom's Door locks let me inside without celphone for 20 min, after a figth with the Door I finally could get out. Hotel administration told that they will fix it room 207, The quite room.
They clean up the room before my check out.

Friendly and helpful staff. Fast wifi, secure underground parking for motorbikes and low cars (low clearance). I was given a room where the cupboard door was broken and immediately I was changed to a nice big room with plenty of space. Cupboard and many shelves to put my stuff. Towels were changed the 2nd day. Location just 4-5 blocks from the main square.
The room had a window facing an internal space. Plenty of natural light though. There are many bars and clubs in the area and as I was there Friday and Saturday nights there was a lot of noise. That didn't prevent me from sleeping though. The breakfast is basic with eggs, butter, jam, bread, fresh juice and coffee/tea/chocolate. I would like to have some fresh fruit.
