Se trata de un apartamento de elevada calidad recientemente amueblado y equipado al más mínimo detalle. Se compone de 3 habitaciones dobles, 2 baños completos, uno de ellos con bañera hidromasaje, un luminoso y exterior salón con terraza privada y una cocina independiente y equipada con todo lo necesario para su estancia.
Desde el salón puede acceder a la terraza privada con pérgola de madera y equipada para pasar una estancia inolvidable y disfrutar de unas vistas inigualables de la ciudad.
La Plaza Nueva se ubica a pocos minutos a pie de los lugares más emblemáticos de Granada como La Catedral, la Capilla de los Reyes Católicos, Gran Vía de Colón, El Albaicín....una ubicación estratégica inmejorable para conocer la ciudad a pie.
**Para estancias mensuales, los suministros de agua y luz estarán incluidos hasta un máximo de 100€ mensuales. A partir de esta cantidad será el huésped el que se haga cargo de la diferencia, siendo entregada por parte del alojamiento la factura correspondiente para verificar el gasto**
Durante la estancia no podrán acceder al inmueble más personas que las que hayan indicado en la reserva, por tanto queda prohibido el acceso al inmueble a personas que no estén registrados como huéspedes. El incumplimiento de este precepto supondrá el cargo extra del 50% del importe de la estancia completa como penalización, o en su defecto la expulsión inmediata del alojamiento.

We were completely bowled over by the view from this property. Perfect location for us to visit Granada and the hosts couldn’t have been more helpful. Really lovely apartment.

The photos don't really do it justice - views of the Alhambra are spectacular from the balcony. This alone is worth the stay here! Nothing beats a glass of wine on the patio on a balmy evening staring at the scenery -- so lovely! Everything was as pictured and offers quite a bit of space. The elevator is great so you don't need to lug heavy bags upstairs. The hall shower does not have good drainage. The floors were a bit dusty too -- could use a "swiffer" throughout. These are small complaints, though as we were only in the apt. early and late in the day. We loved Granada and this was the perfect spot to see it all. The Plaza Nueva has good spots for churros and breakfast to get started. Note the pomegranates everywhere throughout the city. Prepare to hike up hills -- lots of uphill walks and unbelievable views. Hope to be back someday!

The apartment was lovely, very comfortable and well appointed. But the stand out feature of this VRBO is the huge veranda with sweeping views of the Alhambra. The photographs do not capture how close you are. We loved having coffee outside in the morning and dinner in the evening. It was a great spot for four old friends to catch up.

The property was exaxtly as describes with breathtaking view of the Alhambra. The location was also ideal, we were able to walk pretty much everywhere we wanted to go.

I stayed here recently with my husband and some friends. The apartment is absolutely amazing. The view and terrace alone are worth the rental. The living area inside was incredibly comfortable and easily accommodated four people. The kitchen was well equipped, and the bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. The check-in was very easy, and Fernando, who showed us around, was very friendly and enthusiastic about both the apartment and Granada, which is a beautiful and enchanting city. I highly recommend staying here, and would absolutely come back if I come back to Granada again.

The view is magical and set the standard for our entire trip. We loved the quiet setting on the outdoor living area - with charming church bells and neighbourhood building with clay roof tiles everywhere. you are in the city centre with shopping, dining and more and more sights to see. We adored this apartment and the beauty of Grenada.

This was a great apartment in a wonderful location. The deck is fantastic. We spent most of our stay on the deck. It is on the top floor (with elevator) so the view is open below as well as to the Alhambra. It is less than 100 yards from the main tourist street and square but is quiet. Going up the hill a few feet puts you into the trinket street with interesting shops on the way to the Cathedral
and supermarkets.
To get to the Alhambra you go to the main street and jog right and go up the hill for 15 minutes. Google maps gave a very circuitous suggestion that had lots of twists and turns. The straight street up the hill was a better choice.
Bedrooms and kitchen were good. The only downside was the fume hood for the stove. It is about a foot too low so we were always hitting our heads and faces on it.
Almost want to go back to Granada just to stay in this apartment.

Location and views are amazing at this place! The AC units had trouble keeping up with the 108 degree temperatures, but overall everything worked out well. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay again.

Fabulous location
We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment despite being there at the start of the Covid 19 sweep through Spain. The location can not be beat. Plaza Nuevo is a lively square and everything is central. The view of the Alhambra is so wonderful. Our only suggestions for the property manager would be to get some more coffee mugs since multiple people would likely stay in the apartment. Over all a top notch experience with a a wonderful apartment. Would for sure come back here.

Wonderful view and great location
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Emilia (property manager) was helpful and easy to reach when needed, which was greatly appreciated. The apartment is beautiful, was very clean and the view from the terrace is spectacular and as advertised and it is very nicely located just a few steps from Plaza Nueva and within easy walking distance to the main sights in Granada. However, we felt that the apartment needs a bit of attention at this point to justify a 5 star rating. Some of the kitchen appliances are outdated (e.g. the kettle should be replaced as it leaks, the towel holder in the master restroom is loose, the toilet paper holder in the main restroom is loose, the shower's drain is clogged, the coffee machine is past its expiry date, and some of the pots and pans should be replaced as well). Still a superb apartment though with a lovely and spacious living room and that amazing unforgettable view, but time to give it a little maintenance and love!

Exceptional location to enjoy Granada
Beside being perfectly located at the foot of the Albaycin, this luxurious penthouse offers an exceptional view of the Alhambra. It is very clean and has everything needed to spend several days. A large and modern kitchen, a large, luminous and confortable living-room with adjacent dining room. The master bedroom is large with a huge bathroom and walking closet. The two other bedrooms are small, with single beds that can't be put together. The second bathroom is fine. The terrace is huge and offers a stunning view. We were welcomed by Carlos who was extremely nice and helpful.

Nous avons grandement apprécié notre séjour dans cet appartement : grand appartement bien aménagé, confortable et bien situé dans la ville, terrasse magnifique, bon accueil. Toutefois, l'équipement de la cuisine, particulièrement la vaisselle et les verres, aurait avantage à être rafraîchi et complété. Malgré cet élément, nous recommandons sans hésitation cet appartement.

Stunning location and views and very central location.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in a beautiful apartment and location. I would agree with other previous comments that everything is well thought out and beautifully presented but the kitchen doesn't have quite the same attention to detail re. crockery, glasses, cutlery etc. We would happily return for another vacation. Watching the sunset from the terrace while looking at the Alhambra cannot really be beaten.

Fabulous apartment in perfect location
This is a truly fabulous apartment in every sense.
Firstly the location - it is just off one is the main squares which sits at the intersection the city. The area is full of excellent bars and restaurants - you are totally spoiled for choice. The historic Moorish Albaicin area is on your doorstep, and the Alhambra is a 20 minute walk through a lovely park.
The apartment itself is stunning - large and beautifully furnished with everything you could possibly need.
The balcony is of course the highlight. We got up early to watch the sunrise over the mountains and the Alhambra, and enjoyed drinks late at night watching the Alhambra all lit up. It was magical.
Genteel Home provided an excellent service. They recommended a local car park to us, and met us at the car park and took us the 10 minute walk to,the apartment.
We would highly recommend the apartment to anyone visiting Granada.

Beautiful place and incredible location.
Very clean and excellent accommodations with a view that rivals plaza st nichols. We ordered take out and enjoyed our view.
Would love to see a few more essential kitchen items like more wine and casual glasses, sharp knives, coffee glasses etc. an easy fix. We had 5 adults and we had to re clean many of these items.
All in all I would highly recommend this place

Stunning view.
The view of this apartment is as advertised. Simply stunning. And it was so nice to be able to go out on the large, sunny patio in the mild weather. There is a comfortable couch and ample table in the living room, also with the great view. Bedrooms are comfortable, with very firm beds. Kitchen had very basic equipment, allowing for limited cooking, although only one burner of the stove worked. Location was very convenient to the Alhambra and other nice walks. Apartment was clean, though the building entry and hallways were less so.
