It was our second time in this hotel. The location is excellent, the view from the spacious balcony is outstanding, the receptionists were all very welcoming and helpful to us, the food in the restaurant was nice. The room was clean and comfortable. Tyulenovo hotel becomes our favourite place on the Nord coast.
Everything was more than expected.

The location is amazing with view over the cliffs. Clean room and comfortable.
I did not like the coffee at the breakfast and the quality of breakfast. The staff didn't seem to have a true, real care of customers.

They didn't give me the room I had reserved, a double one, which looked newer and I liked better than the triple one that was given instead

The view was amazing! The food was delicious, the staff was very friendly and the robots serving the food very funny!
The balcony separator is transparent (window) and my neighbours can see in my room.

I can not say enough good things about my stay. The location is breathtaking. The building is clean and well maintained. The staff are extraordinarily kind!!

The location is original, exquisite and the hotel haș a cosy feeling. The staff both in the hotel and restaurant are OPEN-hearted, kind and overall you have a comfortable feeling, homey. Definety come back soon.

This is an excellent hotel with the most perfect location. Our stay was short, but very pleasant thanks to the wonderful staff. The view is magnificent. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I would want to go back there for a longer stay. I highly recommend this place, it is absolutely amazing.
The hotel is locked at night and the door opens after 8. My colleague could not exit it when they decided to go for a morning run.

The surrounding area is wonderful - the Tyulenovo cliffs, the Yaylata national park. Also, lots of dolphins :-)
