We very much enjoyed our stay at Regency Towers. The condo was just as described and had everything we needed. The activities at the condo was great fun for our 3 teens who loved meeting new friends at daily volleyball matches. The tiki bar was great for snacks or dinner when we didn’t feel like cooking.

Everything was amazing room was clean beds was comfortable and it was stocked well with towels and dishes. The owner was very nice and let us know that the toilet was raking and that if we didn’t care to use the other bathroom because they had to order the part. But even with that the condo was still nice and close to the beach and the pools was clean. Definitely will book again! 5 star in my opinion

We had an amazing time staying at this condo. It is in a great location in Panama City Beach. The two pools make it not feel too crowded during peak vacation times. We will 100% stay here again

The room was great but they need to fix the elevators. One was down the first day and another one was down our second day. When we were leaving, the elevators were so slow and had so many people that after waiting for it to go up and down 5 times, we took the stairs. We actually had to use the stairs the whole time we were there.

We loved the location of the condo, everything we needed was at arms reach! This is the second year at Regency Towers, last year we stayed on the 7th floor which was ok, but the 3rd floor was great!!!! The owner was very easy and it was clean and roomy! Can’t wait to come back!! Tammy , Donna , Ashley, Shannon and our teenagers!!

So many features about this property make this a “would definitely stay again” in our book. Super comfy beds, well insulated (couldn’t hear the poolside karaoke when inside the condo), quick beach/pool access, amazing view (the photos don’t do it justice), and a fully-stocked kitchen. Family friendly property, lovely room.
Only two minor drawbacks- needs new pillows in master and the west end (closest) elevator was out of order, so we had to carry everything up/down stairs (other elevators had long waits. Luckily, it’s only the third floor, so it was manageable.
All around a great stay for our family of 4.

Every year we book a friend trip to the beach. The host was very helpful & communicative prior to our stay-we didn’t need anything during our stay as everything was provided. The beds were very comfortable & kitchen was well provisioned. We had a wonderful visit & enjoyed our stay here very much!

Perfect beach get away!
This condo is in the perfect location to everything. Loved being on the third floor and it is a very short walk to the beach. As soon as we walked in the condo, the curtains were open, we instantly fell in love with the view! We had a beautiful view of the ocean and beach and were eager to pick out our perfect spot. The patio also overlooks one of the two pools the property has to offer. The condo was very clean and there were plenty of towels. There is memory foam you can put on the pullout in the living room and it made it comfortable for the ones who slept there. There was a crockpot for you to use and I made good use of it 3 of the days we were there as we did mot want to go anywhere but the beach or pool If we come back to PCB we will rent this condo again! There were six of us this trip but can easily fit 8. Tim is very easy to work with and a wonderful host. Thanks for everything! The Spaunhorst’s

Great place for a quick get away!
Very clean. Great for our girls get away weekend! Had everything we needed and more. Worst part was the elevator. Press the up button if you're desperate and just ride it back down.

Being on the east side of PCB was very nice, clean and quiet away from all the high rise hotels and condos. Nice restaurants and watering holes near by. Great temps in the mid to upper 70's all week. We had a great week.

Wonderful Condo
This condo was everything we could have asked for and more. Not only is the location PERFECT, but the condo had plenty of room for the 5 of us. Check in was easy and so was check out. Kitchen was so awesome and fully stocked. Will stay again!!

Adventure to white sand and sunshine 🌞
We absolutely enjoyed every minute of our adventure! The Biltmore staff was very attentive and the host was awesome at communicating!! The condo was very clean, stocked with supplies as described and the towels were truly very nice!! I usually have a hard time sleeping when away, but the king size bed was super comfortable! We had 8 people aging from 11 to 81 and not one single complaint from anyone... Unless we count having to leave. LOL. We visited St. Andrews park which is less than 2 miles away. We went to Shell Island one day... that was fun!! My husband spent one entire day with the younger folks at one of the amusement parks while the rest of us chilled at the pool. One day they even para sailed for the first time ever!! Everything is soooo close and reasonably priced!! We will be back!!

Amazing, Beautiful
We absolutely loved our stay. The condo was beautiful and clean. It was a very family oriented place to stay. I liked best the bands they gave out to show you were staying there and security checked at the pool to ensure those only who were staying there was the only ones in the resort. Tim was very kind and it didnt take long at all for him to respond back to any questions. We are definitely planning to go back again.

Perfection
We loved our time at Tim’s condo. It had everything we could possibly need. It was immaculately clean, and oh my goodness, the beds are soooo comfortable. I never sleep good away from home, but slept like a baby every night. Everything about the condo and resort was sheer perfection!

Beautiful condo with a great location
My family and I truly enjoyed our stay here. The condo was located right on the beach with restaurants and shops very close by. The new kitchen was adorable and came with everything you needed. The entire condo was clean, furnished beautifully and the beds were super comfy.

I booked a last-minute stay at this RT condo, and Tim was wonderful, flexible, and responsive. I haven't been to PCB in 30 years, but choose it for quick fall break trip for my daughter and me with only about 48 hours before departure. I feel fortunate to have found such a nice place on short notice. Condo is very clean, nicely decorated, with comfortable master bed! Kitchen is beautifully updated and had everything we needed. Bathrooms are a little less up to date, so but clean and well-maintained. (The light up shower nozzle was a fun surprise!) Also appreciated having plenty of towels. Location overlooking one pool and the ocean (3rd floor) was perfect. One thing I loved about the building was how short the walkway to the beach is. You are very close to the sand, which made access quick and easy. And, speaking of location, I liked that the Regency Towers was about 8 miles up the road from Pier Park. We went down there one night for dinner, road the sky wheel, etc. and it was fun, but I liked staying at the other end of the strip... much quieter and less crowded. We only turned the TV on once, but when I did, I appreciated that Netflix was already logged in, which made it easy for my daughter and I to watch a movie. On the way into town, we went grocery shopping for breakfast and lunches, but if I was doing it again, I'd only get breakfast foods and snacks because the pool side bar Bikini Bob's was great for lunch and inexpensive. It's all bar food... but hey, you're on vacation, right? All that to say, great condo, great owner communication, and great stay -- we look forward to returning!
