Nuestra hermosa y espaciosa villa es ideal para familias y grupos de amigos, con un jardín privado soleado orientado al sur, la sombra del sol está disponible en la terraza o debajo de nuestro roble, gran piscina, impresionantes vistas al mar y la montaña.
Recientemente hemos instalado WIFI de fibra óptica rápida y gratuita para nuestros huéspedes.

Cuenta con una sala húmeda de estilo boutique y un balcón bañado por el sol: el lugar perfecto para tomar un café por la mañana mientras disfruta de las vistas hasta Gibraltar y las montañas del Atlas en Marruecos.
La villa es ideal para los niños, sin importar la edad de sus hijos, desde un jardín grande y seguro hasta la piscina, que tiene un área poco profunda y seccionada para los más pequeños. Siéntase libre de usar nuestros juguetes para la piscina, cubos y palas, cuna (no incluye ropa de cama) y trona.
Si bien la piscina se comparte con otras dos villas, verán en las reseñas que la mayoría de las veces tendrán la piscina para ustedes. Se accede a la piscina a través de una puerta cerrada al final del jardín, lo que brinda a los padres tranquilidad adicional.
Con una ubicación ideal en una zona residencial tranquila y apacible, también estamos a solo 5 minutos en coche de la playa oa 20 minutos a pie. Tiendas, bares y restaurantes están a solo unos minutos. Marbella está a 15 minutos, Puerta Banús a 20 minutos y el aeropuerto de Málaga a 25 minutos. La estación de esquí de Sierra Nevada también está a solo 2 horas.
Tenemos una cocina totalmente equipada con horno, lavavajillas, lavadora, frigorífico / congelador americano, cafetera y todos los utensilios que necesitará para 6 personas, además de elementos básicos gratuitos como café, té y azúcar ... nuestra agua del grifo está completamente potable..
Desayune, almuerce y cene en el interior, en el patio o en el jardín con juegos de mesa y sillas contemporáneos interiores y exteriores. Si tiene ganas de cocinar al aire libre, hay una barbacoa de acero inoxidable de 4 quemadores para su uso en el patio. También hay 6 tumbonas para el jardín.
Banda ancha gratuita de alta velocidad disponible en toda la propiedad, incluida la zona del jardín.
Invitamos a los huéspedes a recoger sus propios limones, limas, ciruelas y mangos de nuestro jardín (según la temporada).

Phil was a great host and responsive to our questions. Great location, comfortable beds, and wonderful location.
The only problems we encountered impacting our enjoyment were the lack of hot showers and an invasion of ants which Phil promised to correct.

We had a wonderful 2-week-vacation at Casa Batty. The place has everything you*ll need and more, the garden is inviting you to relax and it is super safe for kids to play there. The pool is separated from the garden by a locked door, which was something we were looking for. The pool is great! As mentioned, it is a shared pool but we have encountered no one during our stay using the pool.
The amazing beach (Playa de Cabopino) is close enough to walk (depending on the heat, I guess) there, though with small kids you might prefer to use a car (or call a taxi).
In the town you will find everything you need and if not it will be in the next town.
Marbella, Malaga, Ojén and Mijas are fairly close and worth a visit.
Communication with the owners was really great.
In short: We had a great time there!

Have just enjoyed a very relaxing and tranquil holiday in Casa Batty. What a fabulous home from home. The house is beautiful, lovely decor, comfy beds, lovely bathrooms/wet room, all is fresh and new looking. It has absolutely everything you could need or want.
The garden is a gorgeous place to chill and the heart trees are beautiful to look at when your lying on the comfy sun loungers, or sitting on the veranda. Also, great views of Cabopino from the garden & balcony. Swimming pool is very quiet, only one or two visitors while we were there, so again we were visitors who had the pool mostly to ourselves. This is the only house to have direct access to pool through a locked gate, which is great for families with small children.
The hosts Phil & Karen were so welcoming and couldn’t do enough to ensure we enjoyed our stay. We joined them for drinks on their gorgeous boat docked in Cabopino Bay, which was a very enjoyable evening.
Everything is within easy reach, the beach, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, you may be in the hills, but you’re not far from anything, though I would advise a car!
A very enjoyable stay & will definitely be returning, have found a true gem!!

Had the pleasure of staying in this lovely family villa. An amazing pool with lots of toys provided so great for families.
The villa has all the essentials you need to make your stay home from home.
It is a lot further from the beach and supermarket than we had realised and with small children it wasn’t walkable so hiring a car was a must have for us.

Phil is an outstanding host. House is in a beautiful place. Garden in pristine condition. Great pool. All you need is 5 mins away by car. Cabopino is a great beach. Need I say more? :)

We had a Nice stay at Sitio de Calahonda. The house was clean and cousy, also we got a warm welkom from Phil himself. Our kids loved to play in the garden and spend afternoon at the pool. We enjoy the view in the morning and evenings. The beach was in the walking distance, so it was easy to get there... the neighborhood is very quite! we recommend it for family vacation or for the travel with the friends.

My husband and I booked Casa Batty for the holidays with our family. The villa was wonderful, the location perfect, the views spectacular. Phil and Angie were incredibly welcoming and helpful with recommendations, directions and local activities. We highly recommend this property and owners!

We stayed in the villa with our daughter and 2 grandchildren. It’s absolutely perfect for the little ones (and us!). A safe lawned garden with no steps and a secure gate to the swimming pool just yards away. All the time we were staying we were the sole users. Huge grassy area around the pool as well for them to run around and all immaculately kept.
The villa itself is lovely. The upstairs bedroom is huge with a big balcony overlooking the sea and Cabopino marina. Lovely en-suite as well. All bedrooms have lots of wardrobe space and the rooms are spacious. The overriding sense of this villa is that is a home first and foremost. It has everything you need and doesn’t have that clinical feel a lot of rental places have. And this is all down to Phil and Angie, the owners. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They are always at the end of the phone if you need anything. Even when we panicked cos the supermarkets were shut! They knew where we could go to get supplies. Also, the villa is in a very quiet area away from roads which was brilliant. We even heard an owl one night! All in all this is a lovely place to stay, and we are sure we will go back one day soon.

We stayed at Phil and Angie’s Home for nine days and thoroughly enjoyed our time. Phil is an excellent Homeaway host - great communication, concerned and wanting to make sure we had the best time.
House was clean and tidy, well equipped, pool warm and although shared was quiet - we usually had it to ourselves. Five minutes drive to the beach and supermarket. We all left very relaxed - we will be back!!

Just returned from a fabulous week at Casa Batty! We took our family there, with 2 grandchildren , high chair, cot all immaculate and included in the price!!
The owners Phil and Angie have made their house into a home, with attention to detail. The furnishings and very comfortable decor made it a great home from home
Great location, with lots to explore, easy access to the A7 to beaches and shops
Phil was very helpful with supplying maps and good directions
Definitely a house to revisit, without hesitation, so glad we found this little treasure!

We had an amazing week at Casa Batty, the property is immaculate and the hosts were fantastic to deal with, really friendly and super helpful.
We had our 3 year old with us and the house layout and huge enclosed garden was awesome for him, we were actually able to properly relax safe in the knowledge he couldn't access the pool directly.
The location is very convenient to both Cabapino and La Cala, and I really enjoyed the tranquil setting, especially in the evenings where the garden gets the last of the light and the views out to the sea with Africa in the background are stunning.
Can't recommend it highly enough, totally loved it!

My wife and I were very pleased with the property, which is just as it says on the website. With a two year old we were particularly delighted with the excellent swimming pool separated from the garden by the hedge and a secure gate - no worries about our daughter falling in if we didn't keep our eyes on her for every second. And though the pool is shared, we ever saw anyone else using it, and it is bigger than most villas' pools and in a very pleasant setting.
We loved the views out to sea, and the whole area is very quiet and well kept with local shops a short drive away - you can walk, but it is a bit of a climb back up the hill!
There are plenty of places to go and things to do, though just being there is almost enough... we especially liked nearby Capobino beach; the area of sand dunes makes it apparently the only stretch of beach on the Costa Del Sol that isn't "urbanised", and it is only a short drive away. The restaurants at the little port there are good, too.
Our daughter is still talking about how she enjoyed the Biopark zoo in Fuengirola, and the Aquarium in Benaldamena, both small enough to be easily manageable with a two year old and good enough to impress her parents!
We were there in late September and the weather was always dry and warm with occasional morning mist - mostly high 20s and very pleasant.
The house has everything needed for a good stay, with good sized rooms, and is smart and well maintained. The beds were comfortable.
We recommend it - our only regret is that we went for only a week - we'd have loved a few more days there and know there are several more things to see and do next time!
