Very modern, efficient, and clean. Breakfast was included, very attractive area near the pool with beautiful mango trees and others. Some outdoor exercise equipment as well, and the pool was just long enough for swimming laps. Excellent security. Many rooms have a semi-private view of plants out their window. I was allowed to stay 30 to 60 minutes longer than regular checkout, which helped a lot. The hotel was only partially occupied.

When I entered my room, the pillows were on a chair rather than on the bed, without pillow covers. Housekeeping arrived quickly with pillow covers when I called. I think technically "each room" has a patio (my room description said so) although mine did not, and people walked by my window at times so for privacy I lowered the shades. My room description said "seating area" and "deluxe room" but fotos of the deluxe rooms had a loveseat couch and my room only had a single chair with no coffee table which is odd because where does the 2nd person sit? (although there WAS a small desk with office chair). Breakfast was cooked well but was only rice and beans with eggs and a piece of toast. This would be fine normally, except the hotel had a foto of breakfast with something that looked like fried plantains, bacon, and yogurt in addition to the "desayuno tipico". There was also an option for a fruit plate breakfast. But there was nothing similar to the hotel's photo. Also, there was no milk nor creamer for the coffee, only sugar and sweeteners. They were very generous with juice to drink, just ask for an extra glass.

The hotel is in a great safe location. You can get to all the mayor attractions in a reasonable time. Such as Volcan Masaya, Catarina, Laguna Apoyo, Granada.

For the price and vale how can you complain. Breakfast is included. The place is very private too. Nothing could be better. For the money you get a lot. Please keep the price the way they are by doing your revenue management and allowing people like myself get a break

Breakfast was very good. Cannot say enough good things about breakfast server Javier…actually he was great! Location was a bit hard to find initially.

No hair dryer. Also grab bars in the shower would be helpful to prevent an unnecessary fall.

The location is very good, since you are close to all the important places in Managua, you can get anywhere in 15 minutes.

I think that at breakfast you should have more options, the same thing bores you, I think the same for lunch and dinner, they only have one option,
