the property owner does not inform their client ahead of time that there are problems on their unit until you arrived at the property ( reason: they are not checking for damage appliances after guest leaves the property as witnessed by my mother) the owner himself was arrogant, he even suggested to us to cancel the booking on the same day when we are already at the property due to their malfunction appliances (ref, aircon, bidet) (my mother is a pwd coming from a provincial flight). And when we told him about the problems we encountered, he told us why not just book for a 5 star or 7 star hotel so that we will not encounter any problem next time. another thing was we waited for 2 hrs for the cohost to arrive in the location so that we can check in and on check out the cohost was upset because she needs to come by 4am and it was raining at that time.
