Amazing location and easy to access

Beds weren’t made and had sheets missing, and could have another mirror somewhere rather than just the bathroom

1.issue with cold/hot water: in shower only hot, in washbasin only cold 2. cleaning can be better 3. one set of keys: uncomfortable for a big company or family

The hot water tap in the bathroom washbasin did not function and the bath was completely out of order. The agency knew about this but did not mention it to me in advance. When I alerted them they offered a derisory amount of compensation.

The location is awesome and the apartment is spacious, and the check in/chek out process was smooth.

We noticed early on that there was some ants in the kitchen. This problem got worse during our stay. Also, there was a smell from the bathroom, particularly from the shower. The furniture in the living room and the hall was also very worn out, with one sofa basically broken. When we contacted the hosts about this on the final night of our stay, they only stated that it was too bad we didn't contact them before and that "the apartment is located in an old building and we often have no influence on such things".

It was really good apartment, excellent location and all facilities. Our family enjoyed the staying here.
