Luxury holiday apartment 150 m from the palais des festivals
El apartamento se encuentra en la segunda planta de un encantador edificio burgués en Carre d'Or, Cannes, detrás del hotel Majestic y cerca del Palais de Festivals, capacidad para 6 personas en 3 habitaciones.
El hermoso y bien proporcionado salón de techos altos recibe buena luz y aire gracias a los grandes ventanales que llenan de luz la habitación. Hay espacio para sentarse en el salón y un comedor para 6.
Las tres habitaciones son de muy buen tamaño. La habitación principal es grande y cuenta con una cama estilo emperador o como alternativa se puede acondicionar con dos camas individuales. Las otras dos habitaciones cuentan con acceso al balcón trasero con vista al norte. La segunda habitación dispone de un cuarto de baño adjunto.
En todas las habitaciones los colchones son Hypnos, los más cómodos del mundo. Cada huésped tendrá una almohada de plumas de ganso y otra de plumas de pato. Las habitaciones tienen un docking para iPod con radio reloj despertador o parlantes Sonos.
El salón, las habitaciones y el pasillo fueron todos redecorados en otoño del 2012, pintados con pinturas Farrow and Ball y los pisos fueron reemplazados por hermosos pisos de roble.
Un nuevo sistema de sonido con equipo de marca Sonos ha sido instalado en el salón, la habitación 1 y en la cocina; además hay un televisor LED Samsung de 46' con canales vía satélite de Sky.

Our stay was everything we wanted and more! The location was a short walk to beach and restaurants (even with a 3 yr old in tow!) The apartment was the perfect combination of beautiful details and modern luxury. We hope to visit again soon. Thank you for your hospitality, Michael!

Palais des Festivals - Old Port
We had a wonderful holiday, the apartment was truly excellent and among the very best that we have stayed in over the last 15-20 years. The location in terms of accessibility for public transport (train station is about 4-5 minute walk) proximity to restaurants and the promenade/beach and other key locations in Cannes etc is fantastic. Would very happily return and recommend. Thank you.

beautiful apartment - spacious, fabulous location, very well equipped. AC was a great bonus, very comfortable beds- I loved all the info supplied, this is how I found the best bakery and the market. Will definitely return. Host was great with communication and easily reached.

Fantastic Cannes Flat
This flat and the property owner are fantastic. Michael was on the spot with any and all information you could ever need about Cannes and the apartment. Our communication with him could not have been better.
The apartment is in a great location, just minutes from the beach and great restaurants. It was well appointed as well as absolutely spotless on our arrival.

Lovely apartment in the perfect location
Our experience renting this property was great. The communication with the owner was flawless from the beginning of our search until our return home. The place itself is lovely:
• Very clean
• Comfortable
• Tastefully decorated
• Although the street is close to many sites, it is peaceful and charming all day long
• Well located – two (2) minutes walk to the beach and rue d’Antibes for shopping.
• Parking is also two minutes away
• Food (marchés Forville et Gambetta), bakeries (yes fresh baguette and croissants every morning), pharmacies, restaurants, etc. - all accessible by walk
We were in France for over two weeks and for our last week we wanted to enjoy the local lifestyle in a comfortable setting without it being in a hotel. This place was perfect, felt like home away from home. Actually felt like we knew the owners… We really enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to returning. Thanks again Michael!

Beautiful Apartment in the Heart of Cannes!
My wife and I stayed with our two sons and we all loved stay in Michael and Karen's apartment! Beautifully appointed, spotless, and perfectly located apartment in Cannes, within a 10 minute walk of everything - shopping, the beach, restaurants and train station. This was our first experience in renting an apartment as we typically stay in hotels and I'm glad to say because of the very positive experience it won't be our last. The apartment is beautifully decorated, very spacious and every detail has been thought of. The look is modern yet includes an eclectic mix of furniture selections which makes one feel very at home.
Michael and Karen leave no stone unturned with this rental, Michael was our main point of contact, he was very courteous and replied to an email with hours of our inquiry. Without a doubt we would not hesitate to rent this apartment again.

Super delux apartement
Very nice apt with everything you wish for, comfy beds, modern stylish decoration, kitchen with lots of machines and dryer washmachine, tv/sound system with a lot of channels, long balcony in the back, perfect for your luggage, nice location close to the Croisette, warm and well insulated from cold and noice. Warmly recomended.

Great apartment in the centre of Cannes
The apartment is spacious, comfortable, very clean and well maintained. Situated on the 2nd floor it is full of light, and at the back overlooks gardens so pretty quiet. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom and shower room modern. The position in the centre of Cannes, makes it a great place to stay: a few minutes walk to La Croisette, beaches, restaurants and shops (great for the baguette in the morning). The old harbour, cobbled streets of Le Suquet and ferry to the islands of Lerins are also within easy reach. The owner was very friendly and easy to contact. We won't hesitate to come back

Best Apartment in Cannes
This was my second time staying at this apartment, and it was fantastic. Very quick walk to my job at the Palais, clean, comfortable, stylish. Love the Sonos system and Apple TV too!
I have stayed at over 10 different rental apartments all over Cannes, and this is by far my favorite. Highly recommend.

Perfect location, clean, well ventilated, great kitchen with all the stuff, beautiful
My husband, son and I spent a week at the apartment and it was fantastic. The location was unbelievable! At any time day or night we could walk out the front door and be in the heart of Cannes. Markets were close by so food shopping was a breeze and the kitchen was well stocked with everything that I needed to make family dinners. The owners were exceptionally well organized and professional. Each bedroom was clean and stylish with plenty of room to unpack and move around. The beds were very comfortable and there were curtains to block the morning light so we slept late every day.To sum it up........ Beach with paddle boarding and great cocktails, stellar people watching, world class shopping, beautiful apartment and lots of rest. All good!

Modern, quiet and central
The apartment appears as nice as it look on pictures. Very close to the beach, restaurants and the main shopping street Rue du Antibes. The communication with the landlord was very swift and efficient.

Excellent location, fantastic apartment
Had an amazing two week stay for our first experience of Cannes. The apartment was lovely, fully modernised with much needed air conditioning and couldn't be in a better central location for the restaurants or shops, both of which are literally around the corner. We loved breakfast at Lenotre and fully recommend Le Mantel for dinner. Loved the apartment, location, food and especially the weather.

Luxurious apartment in the heart of Cannes
The apartment exceeded all our expectations on several fronts. Phenomenally appointed between La Croissette and rue d'Antibes, you feel like a local staying at your home-from-home, rather than a tourist. The layout and configuration of the apartment is optimal, giving you a sense of ample space and light. It's also been decorated and furnished very tastefully and luxuriously, adding to the feeling that you've transported your creature comforts with you. Michael, the owner, is very responsive and communicative, checking in during our stay to make sure we were satisfied and comfortable: very rare these days to have the courtesy of such a personal service. Above all, the cleanliness of the flat met our exacting standards. Very happy we found this apartment: abit like stumbling across a valuable piece of insider, local knowledge!

The apartment was fantastic. I have been staying in Cannes rental apartments for the last 5 years and this is by far my favorite one. The location was perfect for a market at the Palais and the quality of the apartment was top notch.

Superb contemporary appartment
We have just returned from a wonderful 12 night stay over Christmas. The apartment is stylish and beautifully furnished in a contemporary design with great attention to detail – like staying in a suite at a modern boutique hotel. The kitchen was very well equipped and it was very convenient having 2 bathrooms with a separate bath and shower. It was all very clean and had been maintained to a high standard.
The location is perfect – the shops, markets, restaurants and bars all within short walking distance. The Croisette and beach are also extremely close, and we had many a lunch on the beach in the December sunshine. Rue Notre Dame itself is a very quiet street, an added bonus!
Michael, the owner was extremely helpful and very prompt in responding to any email communication.
I would most definitely recommend this property without hesitation.
It will be a pleasure to return here, and something we hope to do in the future.

Amazing Apartment in Fantastic Location!
Renting this apartment was a wonderful experience! The apartment has a lovely decor and is well maintained. Appliances are all high quality, has a great air conditioning unit, and many upscale touches throughout. Every aspect of our stay was facilitated by the owner's attention to detail, responsiveness to questions, and professionalism. Fantastic location! Close to everything we wanted to do in Cannes (beach, shopping, great restaurants, train station). We will definitely be back!
