I stayed at Hotel 2000 with my 10 year old granddaughter who is from Texas and spending the summer with me in Italy. We came to the Naples area as she wanted to see Pompeii and Mt. Vesuvius because she studied it in school this past year. The staff were wonderful and always willing to assist with any question. My italian is not very good so Stefano called in a food delivery order for us and he delivered it to our cottage. I was able to park right next to the door to our cabin. The flowers and trees on the grounds were beautiful and well maintained. Each cottage has it's own small balcony. Grazie mille to all at Hotel2000

Observations, not dislikes. If your destination is the tourist spots, Pompeii, Salerno, Amalfi Coast etc. it is at least an hour drive from the hotel. A comfortable chair in the room would have been nice to sit on, there is only a small desk chair. A small bistro table on the balcony would be nice to have. The bathroom floor and the shower floor are VERY slippery when wet. I slipped on both, but did not fall. I warned my granddaughter ahead of time, but she still slipped and fell. I have noticed this is a common issue at many hotels that I have stayed at in Italy. None of these things has deterred me from staying again at Hotel2000.

Location, free parking.

The biggest drawback was the shower, the water would not drain at all.

There were cute apartments with everything u needed and beyond. they provide Even roomservice and the hotel reception is just a phone call away from your room. when we we asked for something they went beyond and above to meet our needs. not to forget the lovely family that runs this hotel. very kind people, we miss them! definitely coming back 😄 nice beaches and food place around, I am coming back!!

I would recommend to have a car living there, so you can get around.
