The location, good wifi
The quality in general. The room was noisy, located between the entrance and the reception and ground floor facing the road.

Ich hatte eine tolle Zeit hier. Mein Zimmer war sehr schön und modern eingerichtet, ich hatte einen kleinen Balkon, alles war sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation lief super, sowohl persönlich als auch über Whatsapp. Die Gastgeberin und ihre Kinder sind super lieb und aufgeschlossen, man kann sie nur gern haben. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super, man kann von der Dachterrasse aus aufs Meer gucken und ist sehr schnell zu Fuß im belebten Nordteil der Insel.

La terrazza in comune da cui abbiamo potuto ammirare l’alba. Buona posizione a 15 minuti a piedi da Playa Norte. Letto comodo.
Stanza molto semplice. L’unica finestra ridava su una strada un po’ rumorosa

I would like if they didn’t get in the room while I was not there after I specifically tell them that I was uncomfortable about staff getting in the room. I would have like if some of my belongings didn’t disappear from the room
I didn’t feel safe there. We told the cleaning person that would not be necessary to clean our room once we saw some suspicious activity in other guests rooms. (they all have the keys of the safe, just so you know, I won’t trust putting anything of value there). I immediately report to the reception, who wasn’t there but we have their number. I told them I was uncomfortable with the room situation, specifically ask them that we didn’t want anybody enter the room while we were not there. But they still enter. According to them they need to change the lights on the bathroom, which could be done before or after our stay, or at least let us know in advance that somebody would be going in the room. We never request the light change or was ever warn that they would be doing maintenance during our stay. When we get back to the room we notice that our things were touched/moved and STOLEN. They didn’t care about the situation.

Staff on site was really helpful. Clara replied to all our inquiries within minutes via whatsapp. Really clean and comfortable. We had a great time at Villa Elena ! Kudos to staff on site!!!!

Location of the villa is perfect, just 6-7 minutes by walk from the ferry station, and all the main streets. Our second room was see oriented, so romantic and beautiful. Both rooms were nice and clean. Our host was awesome, she allowed us to stay one day more that we planned and even upgraded our room for the same price.

Big and clean room with ocean view. Hotel is good located and not far from the beach and the restaurant and shop streets. The port is 5 min away.
The hosts were really kind and sweet to us!

Place was very clean, exceptionally clean. Right on the ocean front. There's a shared balcony on the rooftop that is spectacular. Staff was very friendly
One reason I booked this location was because on booking.com it said it had parking. I rented a golf cart and there is only two places to park at this location and they were taken. I parked in locations North of the room and south of the room both times people came and told me I could not Park there. So if you've got a golf cart very limited parking.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Quick responses if help was needed. Views oceanside incredible. Suite 6 shower view is gorgeous. Great location, everything in walking distance.

Great stay, really clean room and bathroom. Elena let us into the room slightly early to drop our bags off and change before it was ready. Very friendly woman. The location is ideal, 10 minutes from the beach, bars, restaurants. Really comfy bed. Great roof terrace. Whale shark tour is a must

Oceanfront and directly on the Malecon (path along the ocean).
It doesn’t have a dresser of drawers and that would really help.

Nice apartment at a nice spot. The staff is incredibly nice and welcoming! lts not that central but therefore nice and quiet. the walk to the city center is also not that far! the view from the rooftop is great. wifi is good. very clean. definitely recommend 😊
noises of cars passing are a bit loud. its not really budget although all accommodations on the island seem to be more expensive than yucatan mainland

The rooms got cleaned every day, the size of the rooms were very decent, the beds were really big (but a bit too soft for my liking), location was fine and the host (Wilbert) was super nice and helpful. He made our arrival and stay extra comfortable.
There was a very nice terrace, but there was no lightning so you could not really sit there in the evening. That was a real shame. The shower looked nice but had little water coming out of it.

Views that cannot be beat from Suite 4 or 5. Seriously. Million dollar views and great patios to appreciate them. Super comfortable beds. Fantastic air conditioning. Roku TV with Netflix. Absolutely amazing staff. I had recent back surgery and they not only arranged a cab for me—THEY PAID FOR IT! Small coffee makers, fridges, electric cooktops, dishware available in the rooms. Plenty of hot water and great water pressure. A garrafon of filtered water available to guests in the common hallway. Convenient location to both the ferry and Centro. Easy access to the Caribbean Malecón.

Friendly staff.
Walking distance to shops & beach but quieter because not right in the middle of it all. So had great sleep!
Super close to ferry so great if you arrive late at night or need to get to the ferry early in the morning.
A bit far to walk when tired, or in the sun, so not so easy to go back & forth several times per day from here to shops & playa. This may not be an issue to others.
Would be nice to get assistance to get to the ferry. It's not far but not walkable with luggage unless you travel very light.
Offering a ride for a discounted price (from taxis) would be awesome! Taxis enter playa Norte on this one way street so it seemed impossible to flag one down- all occupied.
Had to drag heavy luggage down to another major intersection to catch a taxi.

The place is lovely, clean and modern. The AC works well and the little kitchen is fab. There's garrafon water available in the hallway which is super useful. The rooftop views are beautiful!!
The location is great too, we loved that it's in centro, but still away from the noise.
There's a staff reception, but the lady is usually busy cleaning and not there, so best to communicate with them via the Booking.com messenger option.
The bed is very comfortable. We'd definitely stay again!
We had an issue as the safe lock broke locking our passports and valuables inside. The reception lady mentioned this isn't the first time it's happened, so best to advise guests not to use it in the future. We communicated via messages and someone came to remove the lock within 1.5 hrs.
The internet is not great, there are two and they're both unstable. This is pretty normal for Isla though!

Great location - 5 minute walk into the main town. Terrace on the roof has brilliant views of the sea and if you get up early enough you can see the sunrise.

Street noise very loud. Ad said garden view. No garden at all. Bed 10 ft. from very busy street. Misrepresented. Small bugs in kitchen.
