Gina was welcoming, yet non-intrusive. The private space had many thoughtful touches that made it attractive and functional. We loved the location...a nice neighborhood, convenient shopping, and close to Old Town ABQ and petroglyphs. It had a gorgeous city view with the Rio Grande below and the Sandia Mountains in the distance. We feel fortunate to have been able to stay in such a delightful space. We'd be happy to return to it one day!

Gina’s place was a perfect base for visiting Pueblos Jemez, Acoma and Laguna. Nestled right above the Rio Grande in a modern, quiet neighborhood, but close to all the amenities you’d need. Casita was clean and well-appointed. Although we never saw her, Gina was quick to respond to any text. Would definitely stay here again.

Picture perfect! We loved our time at this wonderful casita. It was exactly as described and pictured in the listing. A comfortable space for a singe person or a couple. The casita was spotless, well appointed with all we could have needed. Having access to the single garage space for our stay was so very nice, convenient for entering the casita and increased my sense of security. The location was perfect for our trip-we were in town to attend the hot air balloon festival, but the location is close to so many things! My favorite thing is the patio and view of the valley below and mountains across. Such a peaceful place to sit and relax. If we return to Albuquerque, we’ll be staying here again!

Unfortunately for us, we didn't find the laundry room until the day of our departure haha so we were unable to use it. But the rest of our stay was wonderful. We loved the view from our little private backyard patio overlooking a canyon of sorts. The bed was comfortable enough. Shower was nice. And the street was private and quiet - in other words perfect.

Cozy and roomy, beautifully appointed casita. Lovely views-would be a great spot to watch for the hot air balloons that are so prevalent here. The bed was a touch too hard for me-but that is a personal preference. We very much enjoyed the open space indoors and out. The garage space is nice to have, even though our large pickup truck was too big for it-it made entering and exiting very easy. Stores and food are close by. The hosts left a sweet welcome note for us and some amenities in case we had forgotten something. We will come back here again.

I had the pleasure of an extended stay at the Casita with a View. The space feels brand new, clean and well appointed. Great location near transportation routes, and shopping, and close to town. Gina and Chris were wonderful hosts. I wouldn't have known they were even there if they hadn't reached out to ask if I needed anything on occasion. I had privacy, quiet, plus extra space in the garage to store my belongings. And of course - that million dollar view of the valley. It was absolutely heaven.

This was the perfect little unit for our Balloon Fiesta weekend! Easy access by car to everything ABQ has to offer, and quick drive to the Fiesta shuttle stop at the mall. The unit is located on the bottom level of the main house but it's completely isolated so there was plenty of privacy. Well equipped and very clean. The best part of all was the view of the valley - don't miss out on the incredible sunrises!!!

The property is a great location for our preferences; winery, restaurants, old town, zoo and botanical gardens, etc… and the views are beautiful and relaxing, along the west side of the river, overlooking the city, and the Sandia Mountains to the East.
The inside and outside of the property are very clean, and tidy. We enjoy the access and security of the private garage, and the prompt communication of the host is much appreciated.
The only thing we would prefer is to have a King size bed as the bedroom has plenty of space for it, and a TV in the bedroom would make us feel right at home:)

We enjoyed our stay here. It was very quiet and peaceful with a beautiful view. It was very clean, which is important to me. Only downside is no stove, but plenty of restaurants nearby. We would absolutely stay here again!

I found this a very clean, tidy place to stay. I couldn't figure out how to get shower water quite warm enough for my not-young bones. The garage was a particular plus; the trip UP the gravel driveway offered some drama. I would have loved to have a book-reading lamp somewhere in the living room. . . .

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We were in town for the Balloon Festival - this was very close to the festival grounds. The apartment is very clean, well maintained, and comfortable.

This property is everything it says it is and the view is stunning. We could sit on the patio all day. We were here for the Balloon Fiesta and sat on the patio and watched the balloons all morning. Owners could not have been more accommodating!! Highly recommend

Wonderful Stay
We had a wonderful stay at this property. We were in town for the Balloon Festival - this was very close to the festival grounds. The apartment is very clean, well maintained, and comfortable.

Quiet, convenient, and beautiful views
The Casita was better than expected. Instantly the views took our breath away and became a staple of each morning and evening to wind up and wind down with views and serenity. The finishes inside are quite new and in great shape. The access and division from the main home was as if we were alone on the property. Wildlife was present and a nice touch. The garage was an added bonus for security and ease of access. Very convenient to and from activities in and around the area which included the volcanoes and petroglyphs on the west side, Sandia Crest on the East side, the Bosque river trail, downtown, old town, Route 66, the Botanical Gardens and more. Felt like home away from home. Thank you Gina!

Loved this place
This place was perfect for my time in Albuquerque attending a class for 12 days. Beautiful location and fabulous views. Hot air balloon on most mornings. Owner very responsive to requests and needs. Would definitely choose to stay here again.
