Oceanfront penthouse in Calahonda near Cabopino. 4/6 people
El atico es muy espacioso y dispone de dos dormitorios , baño,cocina equipada, salón y además de una magnifica terraza acristalada de 25 m2 con vistas al mar(playa de la luna) y en dias claros a las montañas de marruecos. Además dispone de una terraza mas en la parte superior de 75 m2 con barbacoa y todo lo necesario para realizar una gran comida, podrás acceder a ella desde el salón en unas escaleras de madera con unas vistas increibles.
En el apartamento pueden estar cómodas seis personas(1 dormitorio con cama doble de 180*200, 1 con dos camas y salon con sofa cama ). La habitación principal tiene una magnífica cama de una de las mejores marcas del mundo(carpe diem), es una cama exclusiva utilizada en suite de hoteles de lujo.
En el conjunto residencial hay disponible parking privado y además una zona de jardines con una gran piscina, todo ello rodeado de un magnifico pinar. Podrás llegar al ático, sin necesidad de subir ningún escalón, . Pese a estar en plena naturaleza, está situado a tan solo dos minutos caminado de la playa , del centro comercial los cipreses(restaurantes, bancos, supermercados etc.) y de la parada del autobus y taxi(Marbella,Fuengirola etc...). Además el magnífico puerto de cabopino y el campo de golf están a tan solo 3 minutos en coche o bien a 10 minutos caminado por la playa o entre el pinar.

We (a retired couple from GB) rented this apartment for 5½ weeks from early January 2017. Communication with the owner, Juan, was easy, but there are inaccuracies in the flat’s description. The stated size of 150m2 presumably includes the roof terrace as the flat itself can only be about half that size. Though 6 people could sleep here, they would find it rather crowded. The location was not “oceanfront”, but a 5-minute walk from the beach. Between the apartment complex and the beach runs the busy N-340 dual carriageway with a half-hourly bus service. There were enough shops nearby to cater for our daily needs.
The apartment itself can only be described as basic; “luxury” would imply superior quality and finish, but we found cheap furniture, 2 dirty sofas (one worn out) and poor hygiene. There was only one working air-con/heater and a dusty electric fire. NB: In January tiled floors can feel very cold, even in Spain. When contacted, Juan arranged for 2 additional heaters and a vacuum cleaner. His response to problems was generally good, but his talk of planned improvements in the future did nothing to make our stay more comfortable.
The brightest and warmest place in the flat was the large conservatory (whereas the lounge felt dark on dull days). It doubles up as dining room/utility, housing a washing machine and dishwasher, both in good working order. On rainy days there was a slow drip from the ceiling, fortunately confined to one end of the room. Unfortunately, noise from the road below was quite troublesome here.
The kitchen is small with only one work surface. The worktop edging has been left open in the corners/at the ends, so crumbs and dust collect there. There were damp, dirty cleaning cloths in some cupboards. The sink had no plug and no washing-up bowl.
The shower room was grubby, cold and damp; there was mould along the edges of the shower pan. I found long black hairs in the drawer that contained the hairdryer. There wasn’t enough hot water for two people to shower in succession.
The bedrooms are adequate in size, but there isn’t much space around the beds. The large double mattress was good, but the two single beds were quite hard.
The roof terrace is accessed externally via two heavy locked doors. We found it uninviting and did not use it. Wi-fi was good, but the TV only offered Spanish channels.
In summary, this apartment was of a rather basic standard and poorly maintained. We would not return.

We stayed 3 weeks in this apartment with our 9 months old baby in october. The apartment is well located, 2 min walk from the beach and a great wooden boardwalk. Luna Beach is a nice little beach with a great chiringuito. Nice food, friendly staff. The compound has a pool that is clean, there is an elevator (appreciated with a trolley) and a gated parking. The flat has a nice view partly on the sea. The only down side is the road that passes close by the apartment and creates some noise. Not a problem at night though, it was very calm. Close to supermarket.
Juan was easy to communicate with as well

We rented this condo from a nice guy Juan who was helpful and very accommodating. The location is on the top floor (4th) of the complex giving a great view of the Mediterranean sea and beach. The location provided me the ability to walk along the boardwalk every day at the beach or walk to restaurants and shops. It is a great location for jumping into your car and going to Malaga, Fuengirola or Marbella.

Lovely modern flat,well equipped with 2 balconies,including enormous top floor area with great views and facilities for BBQ's.
Well located with shops and beach within a few minutes walk.
Well kept grounds and communal swimming pool with plenty of shade and trees.
Easy access to Marbella and Puerto Banus,Cabo Pino is a 20 min walk along the beach.A great place for family holidays,we are booking next year already!

Very nice apartment with modern furnitures and near the beach and the lovely boardwalk (5,6 km) to La Cala. I highly recommend this place. Near Marbella and near Fuengirola.

A lovely, clean and comfortable apartment in an ideal location, We love this apartment so much we book it again as soon as we get home,it is excellent for families, everything you need is only three minutes walking(beach,supermarket, banks) and perfect for walking along the beach in direction Cabopino harbour(only ten minutes walking on the beach) and it nice and quiet in the evenings,so it is very relaxing once the little ones are in bed. . And just 10 minutes from our favourite restaurants in Marbella and Puerto Banus. The central site near the motorway ,shops and bus-stop was also a great advantage when we wanted to go out.The beach is excellent,and the pool is fantastic. The appartment is near the beach, which is great. If you don't want to go to the beach, just stay on the two 'huge' terraces with super views. Ideal for family and if you want to enjoy the sun (in Febrary about 20 degrees). We will be back
