Villa Ardilla 'es bien amueblada y está muy bien equipada con todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones de autoservicio. Los 3 dormitorios están en la planta baja. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size, amplio armario y un cuarto de baño. Hay 2 dormitorios más, ambas con dos camas individuales. El baño principal está en este nivel. El salón está en el piso superior. Está amueblado con sofás de cuero y tiene puertas que dan a un balcón grande con comedor. La cocina bien equipada está separada del salón por una barra de desayuno. Para mayor comodidad hay un tercer baño en esta planta. Villa es el acceso a través de una 'puerta 6 desde una vía peatonal, hace ideal para familias con niños pequeños.
Piscina: La piscina mide aproximadamente 7 x 3. 5 metros y tiene una profundidad de 1 a 1. 1. 9 metros y es calentada por energía solar para su comodidad. Tenga en cuenta que los niños deben ser atendidos en todo momento mientras se hace uso de la piscina. We have just returned from a wonderful stay in the villa. The decor was immaculate and the location, near to our favourite restaurants and bars, was perfect. The fridge/freezer in the utility room was ideal as we spent most days in the pool. We have already discussed staying again in the future!
Dean at Sovereign provided plenty of information and was available if we had any questions before and during our stay

My Husband and I stayed here in 2016 and the villa was beautiful then. This time I returned with my Grandson and 3 friends. Wow, what a transformation. This villa is stunning. The new kitchen has everything you need it. A new utility room outside, where you can locate the washing machine, brooms for indoors and outdoors, ironing board and pegs. And even better a fridge freezer ideal for when you have a bbq, your wine and beers can be accessed easily from here. The pool is warm and inviting and was used often.
The location of the villa is perfect for starting a walk along the strip or seafront and will take you all the way to the old harbour an area worth a visit. Texas Rancho also has a free bus service which can be picked up all along the stripe. A great family day out, (I recommend taking your swimwear and towels). The dolphin show is astonishing and
beautifully displayed. It was my favourite part of our visit to Texas Rancho. A wander around the Conservation Zoo is informative and a delight, and just when you think there couldn't possibly be anything more there is a park with a zipline for the children, wonderful. Villa Ardilla is really in the ideal location for the local buses, which you can get to playa blanca for the day, or teguise for the Sunday market, so many places and things to do. We can't wait to return as soon as possible. It's a ten out of ten from all 5 of us.

Villa Ardilla was perfect for our family holiday celebrating my 60th birthday- great accommodation, lovely good sized pool and the location is excellent too.
We have been staying in Puerto del Carmen for 30years and this is certainly one of the best places we have stayed if not the best!
We certainly hope to visit again in the future.

Check In was amazingly easy with the information we had been sent prior to arrival.
Location fantastic quiet but only a 5 minute walk from beach/bars/restaurants aplenty.
Villa clean and all facilities to hand, utility room, cooking facilities and utensils lots of indoor and outdoor space to sit and eat as a famy of 5. The pool big enough for us to enjoy ourselfs ...Sun loungers could do with a bit of a clean and pads changed due to previous guest over the summer period possibly not putting towels down and leaving stains of fabric.
Response to quieres quick from Dean the management team and able to check out late at a small cost which was well worth it due to late flight with a 4 year old. Allowed us another full day by the pool.
All in all we had a fantastic holiday and would definitely recommend.

We had a very good stay at this villa. Very clean and everything that we needed was there. When we needed to speak to the host, he answered quickly and sorted out the problem, which was of our making and not the property owners fault. Would thoroughly recommend this property to anyone looking for a very nice place to stay.

Great villa clean and tidy
Villa Ardilla was lovely, we enjoyed our stay here. Great location only few minutes from the beach. Inside was clean tidy and very neat. The pool was slightly dirty on our arrival, but was cleaned during our stay, can’t complain about that these things happen. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Great villa, great location
I honestly can't fault the villa at all - it was just as described and photographed. The bedrooms were good sizes, the bathrooms (all 3 of them) were immaculate and the living room and kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Like a real home from home! The location was great - just off the 'high street', but not too far to walk, and just a 10 minute taxi ride from the airport.
From start to finish, Dean (the guy that looks after the villa) couldn't have been more helpful. He answered any queries we had promptly and went above and beyond to help.
All in all, we loved the villa, the area and the service received. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending..!

Family holiday
The kids loved it which means it was good for parents
For the grandparents and parents the beds and bedding was awful. Communication with the property manager was abrupt and unhelpful.
We were particularly impressed with the television channels setup and the documentation and explanations were very clear.
Overall we were reasonably happy

Everything was spot on. Couldn't fault anything. Villa excellently equipped and of a very high standard. Local to shops, an array of bars and restaurants and the beach.
Would definitely recommend and we would have no hesitation in re-booking

Deans villa was absolutely outstanding me and my boyfriend and kids stayed here for 6 night july 2020 and I can not recommend this villa enough it was spotless clean with everything you need and more beautiful area outside with pool sitting area with a beautiful table and really comfy sun loungers fab bbq witch we really enjoyed and beautiful cattus garden at back villa witch I thought was really beautiful inside villa is outstanding absolutely fabulous and spotless clean it was so up to date we loved it felt like home from home and the balcony up stairs with sitting room and kitchen was absolutely beautiful to chill on as looked out onto beautiful views of villas trees and the beach was 5 min walk witch you could see from the balcony it was brilliant with plenty of shops bars restaurants on the strip 5 mins from the villa I will definitely stay in deans again he was brilliant to deal with and can't wait to stay again thanks Dean

The villa was spotless spar shop on corner fab location lovely indian takeaway chutney mary on corner . Dean the property manager was great to deal with nothing was a problem would not hesitate in staying again just sorry we didn't stay longer Therese from dublin

We loved this villa
We loved this villa. Location was so handy for everything but was also tucked away along a quiet path which allowed for a very restful and peaceful stay.
The villa was immaculate and very well equipped, the outside area, pool and barbecue were a bonus .
We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning next year.

Great holiday
Villa Ardilla is a beautiful two storey villa in flat are at beginning of strip. A proper Heated pool, three new bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, great TV channels. Absolutely spotless for us arriving. Would definitely book again. Thank you Dean and team.

We visited this villa just after Christmas and it was fantastic the villa is in a perfect location to the main Avenue and is maintained to a very high standard spotlessly clean on arrival and very easy communication to book would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a villa holiday in puerto del Carmen

Only negative was the lack of electricity on our first night, reported and fixed following day but a bit dissapointing, and no working TV for the week, not that you need it in a beautiful area but would have been good to have news etc. WiFi sporadic. Unfortunately the new security pad on the access gate failed too but didn't cause too much of an issue as villa is in a quiet area.!
Very spacious and well laid out. Bedrooms downstairs and lovely dining area upstairs with balcony overlooking the pool. Small, clean plunge pool and great outdoor eating area with BBQ.

Great villa in lovely location loved it
Fab villa ideal for 4 ladies who have been friends for 40 years to have a break in the sun . Well furnished and equipped lovely heated pool great weather fun and friends what more do you need oh yes wine!!!
Can really recommend it exceptionally clean too. Excellent service from owners and Dean . My friend left a wallet in the safe and Dean kindly arranged to get it back to her Thanks Dean .
Lots of nice places to eat can specially recommend Little Elms next to Music Hall Tavern (also recommend Music Hall Tavern) If you want a really special meal in a superb setting then go to Lanis expensive but worth everypenny!!! Thanks again Mr and Mrs Milne and Dean hope to be back next year !!!

Villa Ardilla is a nice, peaceful en comfortable place, well equiped and in particular very, very clean ! I especially like to thank the manager for his personal approach en in particular for his solution for our luggage the last day of our stay.
The area is calm but nearby the strip with many restaurants, the beach, shops, etc. We hope to come back as soon as possible.

Arrived home on 24th January after a fab week at Villa Ardilla . The villa is in a great position near to the beach and excellent restaurants shops and bars . it is also very quiet and peaceful. First impression of the villa was how clean and well maintained it was . Fabulous clean and heated pool and villa is a sun trap!!! Left Leeds in the snow and by afternoon we were having a refreshing drink outside a lovely bar !! The villa is extremely well equipped with more crockery,glasses and cutlery than I have at home!!! All 3 bedrooms and bathrooms immaculate and a lovely lounge with an eating area on the balcony. Another great addition is the utility room with new washer and fridge freezer downstairs ideal for getting a drink while lazing by the pool (I did a lot of lazing by the pool!!!) I also has a barbeque area and large table with chairs downstairs . Perfect Villa in ideal location.I will be back !! Booking was simple and efficient thanks Mrs Milne for an ideal holiday loved it

Could'nt Ask For Anything Better
We were well impressed with this lovely villa situated in a great location a short walk away from the sea and only 10 minutes away from the airport.Reassuring to see the management team take a pride in the cleanliness of the villa. Felt really spoiled having our own pool.The owners answered all our questions in advance of our visit and have thoughtfully provided everything for their guests when being away from home.They even told us of a certain budget supermarket called L*** which cost us only a few Euros to get to by taxi!.Cant wait to return.

Great villa and holiday
First time ever booked a villa and we loved it so close to shops/bars/beach the villa bedrooms all on lower floor with living room and kitchen on upper floor has everything you need and a lovely balcony. Has a room outside with washer iron fridge in so save running up for drinks and things. Villa at the end of walk way so private also has sun all day which is great plenty of seating and sunbeds couldn't fault at all the villa is perfect will go back again thank you

There were 6 adults and a 7 month baby on our 3rd time to Lanzarote and this villa was very impressive. It had everything we needed and was in a really great location for the large Spar shop and the sea front. Would definately recomend it and hope to visit again in the future.

Great location, great owner
My husband and I rented this 3rd floor condo overlooking swaying palms, the golf course and great views of the volcanoes. This is an excellent location within walking distance to both the Queens and Kings shops as well as "A" Bay beaches for great walking options, swimming and snorkeling. A short drive will get you to fabulous beaches going either north or south on the highway. The condo is very clean and well supplied with a more than adequately equipped kitchen, quality towels and bedding, kids beach toys, snorkeling equipment, boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrella. We were extremely pleased with our two week stay here. The owner was very responsive to our needs that arose before and during our stay and was wonderful to work with. We would definitely book with this owner again.

Brillant, I fell in love with this Villa
Myself, husband and 2 grandkids have just arrived home from an 11 night stay at Villa Ardilla. From the moment I went inside I felt totally at home, the kids had a bedroom each which was a godsend and they loved the private pool, often wanting to forego breakfast to get into it and I was still trying to get them out at night. The pool was cleaned twice while we were there n a bed change n bathroom clean as well. Having a washing machine, ironing board n iron was a dream. Everything was there for our convenience and comfort, no details were missed, even a beautiful box of biscuits n a welcome pack, the entire villa was immaculate. The privacy of the Villa but close to the centre of Puerto del Carmen was great, best of both worlds. I really can't convey in words how much I loved it all. We all didn't want to leave. Beautiful condo, great location
My family and I just returned from our two weeks vacation. The condo was in excellent condition
The unit is big with two large rooms and the added bonus for us was the loft. The view was fantastic looking out to the golf course, lava field and palm trees. The kitchen was well equipped. We had a fantastic time really enjoyed this beautiful condo.
