This is my 3rd time at this home and every stay was the same Awesome,I travel to this area in New Orleans a lot,and I plan on using this location every time.i love that the owner have such a consistency of integrity in making your visit a pmeasure

Overall, okay. The property could use a deep cleaning and small repairs needed through out the house. I would recommend any visitor bring their own pillows.

In a nutshell! I loved the home and was truly satisfied with everything.the owner was excellent with hospitality and very patient .I love the location and the price was very reasonable. I'm planing on renting only this location when visiting Louisiana.

Very comfortable accomodations for my team working in the Metarie Area. Would certainly come back. Host was super responsive. We locked ourselves out of the home 1 day. The host made it very easy to get back in. Thank you!

Spacious, welcoming home! Communication with owner was fast. House was perfect for day trips to New Orleans (only 20 min drive), and then a quiet evening with no parking stress. Close to grocery, restaurants, etc. Plenty of towels, and the owner provides Netflix! Be sure to bring detergent for the laundromat, disposable plates & bowls (there is only one set of service for 4), and a noise app for the roosters across the street. :-)

Very affordable, nice home in a quiet neighborhood. Excellent communication and hospitality by the owner. Easy access to the airport, minutes away from Metairie and 15-20 minutes to the French Quarter or Uptown. We ate almost all meals out which is one of the reasons why we visit New Orleans!! But if you plan on cooking and eating in, the kitchen only has the bare minimum. We will definitely stay here again on a future visit!

The process for reservations and check in was easy. There was plenty of room for our group. Two nice sitting areas outside, two roomy areas for sitting or playing games inside. A bedroom for each of the couples. Plenty of bath towels. On the surface the home looked clean, however walking around in socks or bare feet resulted in black feet and socks. The master bath needed some deap cleaning in the surround of the shower, corners and caulk near the floor. They were black with dirt/mold. A grill was advertised but it was rusty, with pieces of the heat elements laying inside and had very little propane so we were unable to use. They could use more cooking utensils: larger skillet, mixing bowels, cookie sheets, sharp knives and dish clothes and dish towels. Not having items made our cooking a challenge. Something out of control of Host, a rooster nearby liked to crow at all hours. Getting to the Quarter had its moments dealing with traffic. Nothing mentioned would keep us from staying here again however we would throw in a few more staples for cooking etc.

This was a nice place to stay. I was in the area for work so the proximity to the airport as well as the freeway was great. Nice quiet neighborhood. Had a great stay!

Property exceeded expectations. Host very receptive to all and any questions. Hostess replied always in a timely manner!

Property is easy to get to and a great living area. We were able to set up tables and use the breakfast area for extra seating. A great day for the family both local and from Texas.

We stayed here after Hurricane Ida passed through for work. The place was clean, nicely decorated, and the communication with Patrice was very smooth. The house is large with three bedrooms and plenty of room for three adjusters to set up work stations and have somewhere to relax. It worked well for us because it was located near interstate and airport.

I arrived early and the property was all ready to go and Patrice let us check in, any problems that I had Patrice was very attentive too. I enjoyed our stay and we would stay again!

I highly recommend this place was very clean , has lots of room and in a quiet neighborhood. Patrice was an awesome host. Always replied quickly to any of my questions. Was very relaxing stay for us. Short trip to get to New Orleans and all the great places to see. We definitely will be back. Thank you Patrice! This was one of our best stays using VRBO.

Had bugs in the place. One was about a 3 inch long cockroach. Wife thought it was dead so went to flush it and it jumped up and ran up her arm. After further investigation there were also ants all in the master bedroom. The other bedroom that had the queen bed. It has a piece of paper towel to balance out the ceiling fan. Spare bathroom bathtub looks like it hasn't been cleaned in about 2 years. Other than having no TV AT ALL this place is decent. Pictures can be provided if need be just send me your email.

House was beyond expectations. Located in a quiet neighborhood perfect for families with children. Yard was great! Every room had a television in it, there was a Bluetooth radio too. House was close to Everything, only 15 minute drive from everywhere. Will definitely be returning for future visit!
