The house was clean, with a good supply of towels which i think is important considering offering a pool and being close to the beach. The floors were hard floors so easy clean up.
Only two things i would fix. The grill doesnt light and no lighter was found. We bought one, then the propane ran out 5 mins into cooking. Get a regular broom that we can sweep up floors with. All we found were push brooms. Otherwise, fablous location and house. Would stay again. The covered pool is amazing for less bugs!!

Beds were extremely comfortable. House is very well stocked with dishes, towels, etc. Pool was nice and comfortable temperature wise. Kids enjoyed the pool alot. Beach stuff could use a few things, but I brought my own chairs and canopy, so I wasn't concerned with that. Communication with property management team was wonderful. Would stay here again

House was nice in a quiet neighborhood. Close to several beaches. House could use some minor improvements and maybe a couple area rugs. Did not feel very secure in the house. Nothing on the front door and garage door that would keep anyone with keys out during your stay. The glass sliding door had a dowl to keep anyone out if they weren't already inside. But if you know the electronic code for the front door or had keys to get in from the garage it would've been very easy to get into the house.

This was our first family vacation so I was a little skeptical about getting an air bnb in a neighborhood I knew nothing about and not a hotel room. We are SO happy we took this route! The kids loved the pool and I loved the hot tub! The beds were so comfortable! Everything is right in driving distance and not super far away! We spent 5 nights and 6 days there and I couldn’t have booked a better home to stay in! We will DEFINITELY be going back to this town and hopefully this home!

Wow, this was an amazing spot near Clearwater/Indian Rocks beaches! The property is very spacious; lots of beds and seating, a lovely kitchen, gorgeous pool and hot tub all to yourself. Plenty of space for a large family or two families. Very clean and well-designed. Everything you need is provided. Great stay!

We took a early family vacation this year. We just needed some relaxation because we work a lot . The only issue we had was with pool temperature the first day but it was taken care of right away. The owner went way above and beyond and refunded our money for the heating of the pool for the inconvenience . I was completely shocked by that because the gentlemen i talked to about it was super helpful and explained how it worked and everything was just fine. But we really appreciate this desire for amazing customer service. The house is in a great location ,quiet and right around the corner from the beach. We watched sunrises at the Indian rock reserve, sunsets on the Indian rock beaches. There were chairs, umbrella and cooler available in the garage . Public access free parking at the beach, lots of restaurants around. We sat in the hot tub every morning and night and watched our children play in the pool. We went to the Zoo! Were from Omaha and we are supposed to have the best zoo, which it is good but the elephants at tampa zoo have a watering pool with a waterfall. Watching them play in that was soo breathtaking and so many differnt animals we just dont have. We rode roller-coasters at Busch gardens. My boyfriend hit big at the casino. We had a really really good time and having a comfortable place to stay can make all the difference. Definitely will stay again!

Just a few things were unsatisfactory. The grill was filthy when we went to use it only half the burners work so that was a bust. The oven was dirty as well.. the ice maker was broken in the refrigerator so we had to buy ice. The pool was cloudy as well as the hot tub which had a funny smell to it maybe needed chlorine??? We could not find a working vacuum to sweep the area rug. And instructions focused on some thi gs tht were not very helpful for the everyday run of the home. Some lights worked some did not my husband had to change out a light bulb that was burnt out upon our arrival. The worst thing was not knowing how the pool worked if it need chlorine etc..
Home was beautiful and in a great location otherwise..

50/50 property experience
The pool and backyard were the highlights of the house. Tv had good stations but WiFi in house kept shutting down on and off daily. Unfortunately the beds were not comfortable and The kitchen -dishes were dirty dirty!!! Location was good.

Needs some TLC
3.5 star stay. We had a quick 3 day stay on a split trip with kids. While the house served our needs - it was a mixed bag.
The good:
The backyard area pool and hot tub. It’s fantastic. The kids were obsessed and spent a ton of time out there. The kitchen is stocked with pretty much anything you need including some cooking oil / spices though we didn’t cook while we were there. There is some provided beach stuff which is really handy. Avoid Clearwater Beach and go to Indian Rocks right down the road. Kitchen has been updated. There are extra towels to use if you need them and the washing machine allows you to wash them before you check out.
The not so good:
Needs TLC. Shower head in the master bath is almost unuseable it just spits out enough water to take forever to rinse. Broken lightbulb in the fan in the little sleeping area is a hazard. Unfolded the couch bed to find the bottom sheet still on it with a brown stain and long and short black hairs. Back door lock is broken and the lock they rigged to use instead was also broken. Big thumbs up to Tim the maintenance guy for coming over and cutting us a piece of wood to wedge in which worked perfect. House has a old smell to it. The house needs TLC and updating. The floor left our feet dirty. Trash can had old trash in the bottom and some kind of food splattered in it.
The saving grace is truly the pool area. I leave the comments not to be rude but to give honest feedback in hopes the homeowner takes them to heart for future guests.

Quiet neighborhood lovely pool
House might be on the old side but it was clean and we loved the pool area! A bit on the hot side but we did go when there was a heat wave. The beach near by is perfect just down the road pretty much. Can’t beat the location and so much better then being stuck in a hotel room. Room to move around and enjoy your stay.
Thank you for quick fix on the shower knob why we stayed worked perfect after that!
Couldn’t ask for a better visit to Florida !

Weekend getaway
Beautiful little house! Just enough for 7 of us. Nice and clean. very quiet neighborhood that what we like. It’s just a little distance to the beach but we enjoy the ride. The only problem we had was the shower in both bathrooms. I think the owner really need to up date them. But overall, we did enjoy our stay!

Great for what we needed it for
Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the hot tub. We used the grill a couple nights and it all worked well. The location was great for us to have piece and quiet as well as being close to everything. The house was fine although there were a few things that could easily make it better. Updated showerheads, fix leaky faucets, mostly maintenance things that could easily go unnoticed if no one actually lives in the home.

Almost a week
We have stayed at many places both nationally and internationally. This place, although dated, is perfectly located and is situated in a very quiet location. The pool and spa are obvious attractions and we enjoyed them very much. I'm sure families will enjoy even more so. I understand the owner will soon be replacing some appliances which is a good move. I enjoy a good shower and recommend both shower heads be replaced - particularly in the main bedroom because it as unusable. Note, the hot water in the second bathroom takes a long time to kick in but when it does it is fine.

Nice place we had good time.
Hello All my wife and I had a good time. The house was nice and the hot tub and pool was nice.We had problems with what I call piss ants in the hall bathroom. The night we got in I was going to watch TV but the HDMI cable wasn't hooked to the TV but no big deal I hooked it up. I used one of my own HDMI cables to use the DVD player. Thanks

Great house for a family get away! The kiddos enjoyed the pool everyday and the adults loved the hot tub. It was a rainy week so it was perfect for them to still have a place to swim!

Nice place, liked the pool and hot tub
The house was nice for our vacation. The pool and hot tub were the best features of the house. We had a great time spending our days in the pool area. We tried to grill but the propane ran out about 10 minutes in. That was unfortunate. The 2nd king bed is actually 2 twins on a king frame. Overall, there was some minor wear and tear on the house that could use some TLC. Thank you for having us!

Perfect, Accommodating, as advertised!
This was a great rental! Located close to the beaches, shopping and parks and quiet, safe neighborhood. Spacious and well equipped. Had everything needed in the kitchen, beach accessories, linens, great pool, hot tub and grill. Outside patio was great to hang out with the family. I would definitely rent this again!

Ok place for impromptu 3 day vacation. I only picked this one over the large number of other locations because I desperately needed a hot tub for my back so was very let down with its condition, cleanliness & not working jets

A place to revisit
We did a quick getaway and decided to give this place a try due to good reviews. When we arrived, it is just as expected. The place is very clean and nice. The neighborhood is quiet so you can definitely have a good sleep at night. We enjoy the private pool and the hot tub. This home is located near many attractions so it’s very convenient to get around. This will be my choice of stay whenever I come to visit.

Property was perfect for our family. We used all bedrooms plus 2 pull out sofas. We did put an air mattress on top of pull outs as they were a bit uncomfortable for our teens. The pool and hot tub were amazing. Everything you need for cooking baking etc.. Location is great short trip to the beach and even shorter trip to grocery store and many other shopping places.

Just Perfect
3 friends down for a week to do some motorcycle riding some kayaking and Para gliding. The house fit us perfectly. We qere able to store all of our stuff in the garage, the pool and hot tub were absolutely spotless and the amenities were all functional and Up to date. We would definitely stay here again

Lovely Getway
Perfect well appointed, residential location, safe and near lots of stores etc. Patio is wonderful! Spent a few nights in great conversations and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Few minor issues upon checking in were handled very well and fast by property manager. Kitchen is great with up to date appliances and plenty of counter space. Dinning room is lovely place to top enjoy an evening. Dissapointed in abilty to grill as it was rusted out and should be replaced. Major issue with guest bed. Two adults cannot sleep in the guest bedroom w/o having to climb down to the foot to avoid the side rails. Mattresses may be new but they do not provide normal support for sleeping; mattresses too thin. Suggest a regular bed w/ proper mattresses for this room. Would come back to this lovely place.

Everything was clean and well maintained. The internet was spotty and the lights in the pool area(if there were any) i don't think worked but didn't get a chance to really check.

A beautiful home in a great location!
This is a lovely home with a beautiful pool! The location is awesome. You can be on the beach in just minutes! There is a great dog-friendly beach only 15-20 min away as well! The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Walgreens, Publix and lots of restaurants are literally less than a mile down the street. I will definitely stay here again and shared this home’s info with my friends and family (who were all jealous) so they can enjoy this place too! Thank you for opening up your home!
