Location was great

Rooms was old had some type mold ,the bed was hard ,the refrigerator was dirty,balcony was very small

no heat....temp dip into 40s

check in took nearly an hour

The only thing I liked about the stay was the location of the resort.

When we arrived we checked in with security. They advised us where to park and where everything was. The next day security approached us as we were going back to the room and said that someone complained about yelling and a door slamming and that they couldn't have that. He wasn't too pleasant about it either. The next day we were taking showers getting ready to go out for the day and noticed that the bathroom sink was draining very slow and and there was water coming for the back side of the wall while taking a shower. The lady at the front desk advised that there was no place else for us to stay so even tho maintenance had advised that there was nothing he could do that day she said she had no other choice,made some calls and got it done. That same day the heat had stopped working and they also had to come and fix that. The kids wanted to play on the pool but it was a bit cold so they utilized the one next door with adult supervision. The staff there were not too welcoming and complained about the kids playing and splashing water at a pool makes no sense at all. Thean said that too much water was being splashed and going out into the lobby area which was a safety hazard for guests so why put it there? The next day that pool didn't open at all as to say we were not welcomed. The overall room needs to be updated for the price that they are charging. We stayed Thurs to Sun and paid almost $700. Not to mention there was no propane for their grills and the pool next door was only opened for one day of our stay the rest of the time the kids would freeze trynna play in the pool outside. I feel as though this was a act of racism. While at the store my oldest stayed back with the youngest and a strange man walked into our room had a key and everything so the next time housekeeping or maintenance I asked if it was either of them and they said no. It was too much going on at this place and too many issues.

There was no coffee. When checking out the lady was not friendly. I didn’t like that nobody went to check the rooms with you before you left because you had to pay for that deposit ($100) per room. But I have pictures how I left each room.

security was super over bearing of anytime outside late they are always on you about everything. was in the pool and everything was concidered a federal offense. this is literally the reason i would never stay here again. we was on vacation and couldn’t really just cut loose just over dearing like he needed to assert his power..

On the strip right by everything

No balcony, couldn’t even enjoy the ocean, for the restaurant or whatever it was in the view, out pool was out the other tower pool was up but it was already pack that Saturday parking way off from hotel, bunk beds was literally for a 5 yr old a actual adult could not fit on it comfortably, shower ceiling was leaking and was falling in shower as we bathe and toilet ran all night long ,

Location was on the boardwalk and beachfront

Paint is peeling off the walls. No shampoo or conditioner provided Only 2 towels for a 4 person room. Hot tub doesn't work Pool was dirty

Close to beach. Close to everything.

The employee who checked me in acted like he was on drugs as he was really slow. The two hotel setup and parking was a bit confusing. The main reason for the bad review was that there were young kids hanging out by the elevator smoking weed and rough housing. We did not feel comfortable so we left. We found another hotel and did not spend one night in the Yachtsman hotel. Talked to clerk about this and because the cancellation period was over he said nothing he could do.

Dirty floors, found needle on floor. Old facility that is in need of serious renovation. Staff was dismissive when asking questions. Pool was too dirty to swim in.

Staff could be more friendly Dirty underwear left in closet from previous customer Asked for towels 3X and never got them I know it outdated but please fix the broken things. The closet door in the bedroom almost fell on me when i opened it because it was not properly secured

The location. Staff was friendly

The moldy smell when entering the room. No balcony to sit on. The air conditioner never went below 72 degrees. Usually stayed at 75. The one pool was closed last day. Other pool was cloudy. Had a flood above that came through our bathroom.

Dirty and outdated but the outside and the inside.

The place is old!!! The sofa bed was dirty and nasty! Removed the cushions and found a stash of cheese-it’s. As if that wasn’t enough when we pulled the mattress out we were greeted by a roach! Needless to say this put a damper on staying in the room. I was glad to leave!!! Sent an email to Customer Service but got no response. Even told desk clerk on check out still nothing. I guess GUESTS aren’t important.

Oceanfront and close to alot of attractions

Sofa was filthy. When cushions were taken off spots were on the bottom. I had to wipe down the floors because of them being dirty

Location to the Pavillion

Room was not clean; felt / looked dirty. Room had a smell that was not pleasant and added to the dirtiness.
