Great location, nice restaurants and spas nearby, close BTS. Little bit far from city center, but we liked it. We check in really early to hotel and they were so nice and give our room at 11 am so we could rest. Friendly staff. Nice view from rooftop bar/pool.

This hotel is all about the pool area and gym and view and amenities at ground floor, breakfast was also exceptional. Hotel was fairly clean and comfortable.

Room quite small, hotel needs maintaining in certain areas like mould in shower and pool spa needed a clean etc and the rooftop bar was shut for renovation (not their fault but disappointing as it was the main reason we booked) and it had run out of both Cab Sav and Blanc at the bar and room service. That shouldn't happen at a quality hotel. The pool Bar also played the same Xmas music on repeat all day and wouldn't change it despite our request.

The internet service is very bad - very slow and constantly interrupted. This is what bothers me the most, so on the second day I had to go to another hotel.

1. The view from the high floor is very good 2. The surrounding facilities are complete, including Starbucks, Seven-Eleven and some restaurants.

1.Sometimes strange noises are made at night 2. Cleanliness needs to be improved

Ankunft nach Mitternacht- Zimmer bekommen. dieses war nicht gemacht und die Toilette verdreckt. Nach Beschwerde erhielten wir ein neues Zimmer! erst jetzt bemerkten wir, dass dies auch unserer Zimmer Kategorie entsprochen hat. Die Zimmer sind sehr, und ich meine sehr hellhörig! Freundlichkeit Empfangspersonales naja! schriftliche Beschwerde wurde auch erst nach über 20 Stunden beantwortet.

It’s central to the ARI BTS skytrain. The view from the rooftop is amazing. The staff are super lovely and helpful. They can organise transport for you when needed. (A huge Thankyou to Lay). The staff are the best thing about this hotel! 💙🙏🏼

Other travellers have no manners when it comes to the buffet breakfast and would push you out of the way. reception mentioned the pool closing at 10:30 as did the Quater TV slide however the pool closes at 9:30. The rooms did not have any casting option to cast Netflix to the tv for something to watch and the only English speaking channel is the English news channel (which for us on holiday was not what we want to watch and relax to - would much prefer movies). Although the staff went above and beyond to try to help us watch movies from our phones via YouTube because Netflix and Amazon didn’t like being used via HDMI.

Big room, nice View, perfect for a short stay in Bangkok

Location was great, it was near a lot of convenience stores, restaurants, shops, bus stop and train station. The room was good as it was clean. The breakfast was also good, there was a lot of options. The facilities had no problems. The staff was friendly. The restaurant on the rooftop had good food but had a small serving. The staff was friendly, one of the guys at the reception was very helpful when we were having trouble with something.

Checking in was a hassle because we were early by about two hours and there were a lot of people then checking out so it was busy and we had to wait till 2 pm to check-in. The busiest part of the day in the hotel was at 12:00 pm because it was check out time. But when checking out at our date it wasn't busy so that was good.

Great view over Bangkok and the room was so beautiful. Nice swimming pool. The hotel offers to store the luggage before check in, that is a plus when check in is late.

Great location, within 10 mins walk from Ari train station. Rooms were beautiful and clean with stunning views of Bangkok. Breakfast was great as well and the rooftop pool offered brilliant views!

The rooms were so spacious and the view was amazing! I loved the look of the rooftop bar, pool and gym. Location is perfect too. Close to the train, 7/11 downstairs that’s open 24/7 and many other food places nearby.
