Wonderful just wonderful even had bob chef come round and cook us BBQ one evening which was delightful owners on end of phone always making sure we didn’t need anything and very helpful in recommending local restaurants

We have just returned from this villa and all had a great time. The villa was very clean, comfortable and really well equipped, particularly if you are a large group as we were. The pool was very welcome as it was so hot, as were the pool table, table football and darts which were in shaded areas. The outdoor fridges were such a bonus & thoroughly used throughout the week. Communication with the owner Marco could not be faulted as he responded immediately to any questions we had & recommended many restaurants for us to try locally. The location was spot on also with lovely views & beach/ shops/ restaurants easily reached on foot. Highly recommend this villa & hope to return in the future.

Brilliant for families. Bbq nights, pool competitions, darts. It was so hot the pool was inviting at all hours. So much space giving everyone the opportunity to be quiet if they wanted to be. Supermarket delivery great idea. The villa was so well equipped with everything you needed. Albir loads of great eating places and bars. Would def go back again loved it.

I stayed in the villa with my family and two other families who are lifelong friends. We had a great experience, the hosts Marco and Monique made us feel really welcome and were always on hand if we needed anything. The villa has a great view from the pool area and is well placed for a short walk into Albir although the return walk is uphill. There are plenty of sun beds and outside dining areas and we used the BBQ a couple of times which was really good. Marco made us aware of a supermarket we could use online which we did a couple of times and delivery was on time. There are lots of really good restaurants in Albir and Altea old town is good in the evening.

Easy from start to finish.

I have to say it was a wow moment as soon as we walked up the stairs the view of the pool and villa were exciting, Monique showed us round explaining everything and was so friendly. The rooms were all as stated in the description. We are a family of 9 and there was so much space for us all. Outside there are three seating areas as well as an abundance of sun loungers all very comfortable. Inside a comfortable corner sofa and huge dining table, the kitchen was so well stocked with everything you could need plus lots of extras. The Pool area perfect for us, we had our 4-year-old Granddaughter with us and she was told on arrival she wasn’t allowed on the rim of the pool without one of us there so fears of her falling in were soon dispelled. The walk into town or the beach (two different directions) was very easy and not unpleasant with lovely views along the way. The main street (Town) has an array of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés. The beach has lots of sun beds if you want one 6 euro’s each and if you want a parasol that is also 6 euros. Along the beach front are bars cafés and restaurants. Taxi’s back to the villa (from the taxi rank) are at various prices we never paid the same price twice, so from 3.75 euros to 14.50 although the last one was waiting time to unload the car of groceries. Summing up the villa is perfect for a family holiday, Monique and Marcos so very helpful and friendly, it’s a short walking distance to both the beach and the town, we couldn’t fault anything and will definitely be returning.

Fantastic location, outside space is brilliant with amazing reviews. The owner is very responsive and helpful.

We stayed at the villa for 1 week in May and couldn't fault it, it had everything we needed for a family of 10 which included a toddler, 10 month old baby, 2x children and 4 adults. Marco was very helpful with all the questions I had and sorted any issues we had quickly and helped with recommendations of where to eat nearby. I would recommended to anyone looking for a large villa.

Perfect property for all the family in a good location

Vi kan varmt rekommendera Marco och Monique,s fantastiska villa. Fullutrustad, fräscht, rymligt och en fantastisk pool med gott om uteplats. Läget tyckte vi vara perfekt, ett lugnt område och kort promenad ner till byn och stranden. Albir är en charmig by med massor av högklassiga restauranger och bara en promenad bort ligger Altea som är minst lika charmig. Monique och Marco…..tack för ert fantastiska bemötande och service, ni är fantastiska! Yvonne Mike

La finca ha sido de total satisfacción. Nos hemos trasladado siete personas y tal como se indicaba es una finca espaciosa. Tanto el exterior como el interior de la casa, está totalmente equipada, que hace que puedas disfrutar de ella al completo. El propietario de la finca, Marco, muy amable y atento con nosotros. Es una finca muy recomendable.

La casa y sus dueños tienen cielo. Todo lo que se necesita para soñar y despertar en el mismo...y el entorno extiende el cielo.☺️

What a lovely stay we had here. Lovely villa, with all the amenities you could need..walk down the road to the beach in 5 minutes, shops, bars, restaurants, supermarket on your doorstep. Such a lovely area to visit... the villa is clean, bedrooms are spacious with plenty of space for storing clothes. Showers are very good with continuous hot water..the outdoor area is very well equipped with swimming pool, table tennis, table football and plenty of chill out areas...Marco and Monique are fantastic hosts, communication from day one has been fantastic and have plenty of recommendations once there. will definitely look to book again...

This gave us the comfort we needed to commit to the booking. A decision we didn’t regret.The villa is in a great location, is peaceful and has great views of the bay. The true strong points of this villa is of course the outdoor space, entertaining area and the pool, which is very large for a villa. This made for a great family holiday, particularly as we had young children, meaning we predominantly stayed in during the evening and utilised the outdoor dining spaces and bbq. The pool is truly excellent and well looked after with regular, discrete checks throughout the stay.The accommodation itself is highly flexible, with each room having space for at least one king bed. The air conditioning in each bedroom is of good quality and the rooms are well presented. I don’t think we needed anything else for our stay.If you were a large group of 10+, I would suggest the indoor living spaces might be on the small side, but I would imagine very few groups would go to a villa like this and spend their time inside. From our perspective the villa was great and I could not ask for more and consider the villa great value for money. Marco provided some excellent recommendations in terms of local restaurants and was very forthcoming with other advice about the local area and possible day trips. I should also say that we hired Bob for one evening. Bobs prices and menu options are really excellent and the standard of his cooking was truly exceptional. He was also a very friendly and likeable character with many amusing stories. I would definitely recommend hiring Bob, particularly if you are a large group. The town of Albir was excellent and had a refreshing unspoilt atmosphere, that neighbouring Benidorm and other towns don’t share. It was very multinational with a great range of shops, restaurants and bars, all of which had sensible covid-19 precautions in place with clients who do follow the rules. My overall summary is that I would highly recommend this villa, the owner and caretaker are fantastic and welcoming, the location and outdoor space exceeded expectations. If we were to come back to this region again, we will certainly be speaking to Marco again to seek availability of this villa.Thank you for having us, most appreciated.

15 of us stayed for 1 week. We all had a great time. The owners were fantastic, any issues we had were sorted I instantly . A very bad storm hit on day one and did some damage and caused a power cut. Owner was at the villa in under 5 mins to repair the problem, he even took us all out to dinner to apologise for the power problem. Can not say anything bad about the villa or the owner, great guy and great holiday.

We loved our stay in Marco's villa, it more than lived up to the description. Fantastic views over the bay and out into the ocean, a great location just a few minutes walk down to town, and a really comfortable and well equipped place to stay - we were sad to leave!

We went as a big family, 15 persons, and felt very pleased with the house. It has a nice pool and great acitivies, such as tabletennis and dart. The bedrooms are nice and comfortable and the bedrooms downstairs has really modern bathrooms. There are plenty of porcelain for a big family. We had a lot of contact with Marco before the trip and he was very helful with our wish of how extrabeds would be placed. He also gave a lot of information and tips by email. The house has really great location. You don´t need to hire a car, you can easily walk to the beach and to restaurants. Unfortunately our vacation ended with bad weather. There was a storm and terrible raining, but Marco and Monique where helpful and it all turned out well.

Fabulous, well equipped, villa in Albir. Marco and Monique couldn’t have been more helpful and we throughly enjoyed our stay.

I couldn’t rate this villa enough. My friends and I (including 4 families with children) have just got back from our stay here. The villa was ideal for what we were looking for. There was plenty of space in the villa which was also very well presented and clean on arrival. There were lots of extra bonuses such as a drinks cooler, life jackets, washing machine and dryer. It’s located a short walk from the beach and shops which is ideal if you wish to pop out. You wouldn’t need a car to get around as there are many things local however there are taxi services around. We were lucky enough to book a bbq chef for 4 nights of our stay which was amazing for us with little kids, put them in bed and the adults enjoying the evening with food being cooked and no fuss of the cleaning up afterwards I would highly recommend this Villa, the owner and also the location. The beach was beautiful!

We were a family of seven adults and two kids, staying for a week in february. It was a perfect place for a family. The villa had good standard with plenty of bathrooms. There was a great outdoor area with lots of space. Because it was february it was a bit to cold for using the pool. The location is perfect. It´s nearby all you need of shopping, restaurants, the beach and a nice area for hiking. It is a quiet area. About 15-20 minutes with cab you can go to Altea or Benidorm. Our contact with the owner were without any huzzle, and the caretaker answered all our questions in good time. We all enjoyed our stay in this lovely villa!!

Lovely villa with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and space. All very clean. Outside area is wonderful and Albir is great too. We will be back.

The villa is fab, it's in a superb location with amazing views. You have everything you need plus more. Only 5 minute's to the beach front. Marco was really good to deal with before and during the trip. Will definitely come back again.

We had an amazing 2 weeks at this beautiful Villa. We were a party of 12 (8 adults and 4 children). We were met on arrival by Marco who was extremely welcoming - communication prior to our arrival had been great. The villa was immaculately presented and Marco has developed this villa to a beautiful standard. The pictures on line, especially of the pool area do not show the villa at its full potential. The outside area was beautiful, lots of sun loungers - the pool area benefits from the sun all day, and the seating area was great. We used the white furniture to put together to make a bed for the 2year old in the party to sleep safely under the shade of the canopies, whist keeping a watchful eye. The BBq area and table was fabulous for dining out side. The downstairs rooms have been renovated to an extremely high standard, the bedrooms are spacious and the beds are really comfy. Upstairs is very large and spacious. The kitchen area is very well equipt with everything you need for self catering - you will never run out of glasses! We had a few minor issues with the electrics due to the heavy rain - a quick call to Marco and he had an electrician on site sorting the problem within the hour, Nothing was too much trouble. Albir is beautiful - the national park which is right behind the villa is beautiful and well worth a walk up to the lighthouse (take water its a 5k walk up and down!). Albir has a great choice of restaurants and bars - our favorite was Zero Zero the food, cocktails and atmosphere is lovely. I would highly recommend Marco's villa and Albir as a holiday choice

We enjoyed our stay at this villa very much. It was in a wonderful location, easy walking distance to the main beach and all the facilities there. The villa itself is beautifully and thoughtfully furnished and maintained with ample equipment for self catering. Also spotlessly clean. The owner certainly thinks of everything and is easily contacted for any questions you may have. The villa manager too is near by for any problems and arrives regularly to maintain the pool, which is always sparkling! We have been twice now and is on our list of favorite places to go. We would recommend this villa.
