Loved the location, minutes from harbour and seafront for a lively evening stroll, the house was quirky but so cumfy and welcoming, the owners were so friendly and like being welcome by family, the room had everything yoyd need and was so so quiet and had a lovely night's sleep with no rush to get up. The help yourself yo belreakfast and snacks was so refreshing and such a lovely idea that we won't hesitate to stay again. We parked the car just over the road and could see it from our room. Best value for money we kniw, lively place, didn't hear a peep from anyone else throughout our stay, couldn't recommend it highly enough.
Absolutely nothing. We had a lovely night and felt so welcome.

Good location, the lady who greeted us was lovely and it was a comfortable room. Free wifi wlwas a bonus.
The TV was on its way out so didn't sound very good and an alarm went off several times during our stay one of which was very early in the morning.

Location was excellent for our one night stay, and visit to the Spa to see a show and a very short walk to town. Lounge is bright and nicely decorated and the snacks and cereals are thoughtful and appreciated. our room was very clean, well equipped good towels and very comfortable bed. Manager answered messages very quickly and was there at check in also messaged to check all was OK.
The room decor is a little tiered but the en suite looked new.

Pleasant lady met us on arrival. Room very clean, small shower and toilet but adequate. No noise slept well.
A nice touch of freebies biscuits drinks etc in the lounge. Also cereals if you wished to have them in the morning, cafes nearby where you could go for breakfast.
For one night stay the room was good , but the shower room and toilet was very small.
Maybe the other rooms were different for longer stays.

Emma, the host, was so friendly and welcoming. She did everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We enjoyed the 'freebies' .... lovely biscuits, crisps, cereals and fresh fruit kept hunger at bay till lunch time. Our ground floor room was just the right size for us and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. We wouldn't hesitate to book again. Thank you Emma.
A little awkward to get my mobility scooter in and out, but we managed!

Shower poor, partner wasn't comfortable on the mattress, but that's perhaps personal preference.
Not allowed own food/takeaway in the room you've paid for, really weird rule.

Lovely fluffy towels & clean comfortable beds. Great snack bar & Emma was so helpful & kindly let us store our bikes inside. Basic but good value, location & perfect for a quick overnight stop.

I actually stayed here around 4 years ago when it was under different ownership. And I got to say it has improved ten fold.
Nice and clean from top to bottom.
Snack room full of drinks crisps chocolates and cereal which you can help yourself to anytime of day.

The price for a tired, cramped room. No cleaning, replenishing, bed-making during stay. Fittings quite poor, including a shower on the slant.

Granddaughter really enjoyed the room.and snacks she's looking forward to visiting again soon 😀 😊
Found the room cold on our last night other than that everything was fine 🙂
