The location is a bit remote. The nearest supermarket is 20min away. They also have their own restaurant where the food is very good but pricey.

Rooms and facilities are spread across 2 large detached houses in a v low density village setting. No long corridors or hotel compromises. Just a big sense of space. And lovely management

Beds really hard. Advice on Park walk didn't take into account that boats didn't ruin until 8am so we had to quickly figure out a cane of route to beat the crowds.. Which in the main we did.

Everything. It is very nice familiy run B&B with very nice staff and all comfort you can imagine. Very close to the entrance to the National Park, very clean and comfortable room. The staff is absolutely amazing and they made our stay wonderful. We appracited also the nature and delicius breakfast. I fully recommend this place.

Don’t let the remote location deter you. This is a lovely get away. The staff was very friendly spoke great English and quality accommodations were squeaky clean and comfy. It is located within walking distance (mile or less, or you can drive) of spectacular views of the Falls. We didn’t have time to do the formal tour so didn’t buy tickets but we did have excellent views from a trail we discovered than runs above the River.

The meals had a fixed price and were a bit pricey given that the menu/cuisine was average, ie french fries for dinner with no options for substitutes and you had to purchase a bottled beverage separately. You may want to bring your own beverages and snacks.

Everything about this property was fantastic. The host and her family looked after us with great meals and information about the area. Our room was spotless, the bed was comfortable and the shower was very good.

it was near entrance 3 so we explored that entrance after hours. we were able to walk there from our room.

very nice clean rooms, welcoming hosts. The gate “C” entrance to the park which you must already have purchased passes to enter is about a 15-20 minute walk from the Villa. if you have a rental car you can also park closer to the entrance on the shoulder of the road etc. this is a nice location for this entrance and we enjoyed our time at the park. one day is more than enough to do the longest walking loop and see 90% of the lakes etc. we had breakfast there which was very nice and good coffee. comfortable beds, nice shower, would recommend

Room was wonderful and quite big. We had dinner and breakfast there and both very good value for the money. I had the trout, which was really good. Location close to the small gate 3 is perfect.

it is a very clean and comfortable place to sleep after a long walking in the park. The property is at the mountain and makes you feel connected with the park. The air is very fresh by the fact of location. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We arrived around 6pm and without making dinner reservation in advance. The host showed us dinner menu and made great dinner in one hour. The breakfast has great variety and high quality. We would highly recommend people to stay there.

The location was good. Easy to find once you put the address on Google maps. When booked the hosts messaged me with all the details and information needed for the Plitvice national park tickets. If anything, this place is a shortcut to the park and usually isn't that busy from this end. The room was good but no AC unfortunately (it was still chilly enough though).

The food was expensive. 25 Euros for a dinner plate and 13 Euros for breakfast. Very limited options/poor selection so I would recommend you bring your food or look elsewhere.

Lots of mosquitos in the room. When we arrived all the windows were open so they could reach the room. They don't have any repellent or product to kill them in the room so we suffered a lot of bits. The dinner was 25 euros per person but it was not worth the cost at all. We did not find any entrance to the park nearby, we had to drive 20 minutes.

Clean and comfortable, and a short walk to the entrance for the lakes. The food was great and very friendly service.

The location to visit Plitvice lakes was superb. 10 minutes walk to entry P3. The host was amazing. You don't expect at Plitvice Selo to have such a great welcome. The room was really nice and clean, bed very good quality, nice bathroom, but the best was the breakfast and the dinner. You don't need to go anywhere as the best home made food is in the house.

I like everything. The shop was very far, but the host has options.
