I just had to extend my stay as I fell in love with the home. This is my home and I usually stay when I come to las terrences. This is ideal for me and also for your family. I have stayed here alone and just the comfort of this place makes comes back again and again. The property is well maintained and it is just a home.

We spent 1 month in this semi-detached house part of a closed and secured community of approx. 20 other houses. The house is located near the principal entrance of the community but still private, My feedback is really positive. The house is similar to what shown on the pictures; comfortable furnitures and beds. Plenty of storage for clothes in the bedrooms. Hot water in the bathrooms. Large kitchen very well equipped with all quality appliances needed and a lot of dishes. The terrace also looks similar to the pictures with his big patio set, outdoor dining table and gaz bbq. The well-maintained shared pool is not as close as shown on picture but 1 minute walk from the house. Communications with the maintenance Team were fluid, all our questions/requests have been answered in a short delay and in an efficient way. I've worked during this month using my computer and having video-conferences every day without experiencing any power outage and/or internet disruption, speed was adequate to perform my daily work without any issue.

We needed a broom and dustpan, had to buy our own. The first day there they had no towels for kitchen or bathroom, just beach towels, which they sent over some and there was no bath soap or shampoo like they said they would have. The next day they sent just shampoo over. Later in the week we ran out of propane again so no hot water. We had to hook up the propane from grill so we could cook. Dishwasher isn't working real well at all and the dryer isn't either. We dealt with it but the appliances need fixing, etc. Overall, nice cute place. Close to beach, restaurants. We walked a lot.

Nous avons eu un service extraordinaire, particulièrement avec Genesis de l'agence Home gestion. La villa est très bien équipé, ne manque vraiment de rien, endroit très calme. La piscine est peu fréquenté, la mer est pas très loin. Pas besoin de véhicule pour se déplacer. Je le recommande vraiment à tout ceux qui cherchent un endroit à prix raisonnable, un merci spécial à Mr Tanda le propriétaire qui à répondu à nos demandes particulières

Très belle propriété , parfaitement équipée et dans un environnement très calme et agréable. Les gérants sont très sympathiques et disponibles. Tout est fait pour faciliter votre séjour. Je recommande.

Mon épouse et moi revenons d’un séjour de plus de trois mois à la villa Maracuja. Nous en rapportons de merveilleux souvenirs. La villa, entourée de verdure, est spacieuse, le jardin invitant, le décor intérieur super agréable et la cuisine très bien équipée. Le propriétaire Leonardo s’est assuré de notre confort et de notre tranquillité d’esprit en communiquant régulièrement et, avant même notre arrivée, nous a mis en contact avec l’agence Home Gestion. Vanessa et Samuel ont toujours répondu de façon efficace et ponctuelle à toute situation ou question. La villa, à cinq minutes de marche de la route principale près de la plage, est à l’écart du bruit de la circulation. Rien de mieux qu’une marche matinale de deux km à l’une ou l’autre des deux principales épiceries, le Super Pola ou le Lindo. En plus, il est agréable d’aller à pied aux boutiques, restaurants, marchés de fruits et légumes et de poisson environnants. À moins de vouloir voyager dans la région, la voiture est nullement nécessaire. Le transport par taxi est pratique et économique. Somme toute, notre séjour à la villa Maracuja a été formidable. La Maracuja, décidément une villa charmante et élégante pour long ou court séjour à Las Terrenas!

C'est avec un certain retard mais nous tenons quand même á donner notre avis sur notre fabuleux séjour passé dans la villa Maracuja à Las Terrenas. Nous sommes restés 2 mois de novembre 2016 á janvier 2017 avec nos enfants. Leonardo et son staff ( Junior, Rosa et Olga) ont été d' une attention précieuse. 3 chambres spatieuses, 2 salles de bain. Une cuisine, un salon et un jardin énorme, un bbq et tout cela dans la plus grande des sécurités ( triples serrures, détecteurs de mouvement, un système d'alarme et un gardien). La maison est super bien tenue et á la moindre question, nous avons été pris en charge. Pour terminer nous remercions très chaleureusement Vanessa et Arnaud de l'agence immobilière HG home gestion. Ce sont simplement les meilleurs á Las Terrenas. Des gens vrais et acceuillant qui maitrisent leur sujet et toujours d'un bon conseil.

Pur se in ritardo vogliamo dare una recensione positiva visto che in questa villa ci siamo trovati molto bene,non mancava nulla arredata con gusto e raffinatezza.La sua posizione e interessante visto che si trova a 3 minuti dal mare e a 10 dal centro,completamente arredata specialmente la cucina non manca niente le stanze luminose e pulite con biancheria e teli mare di ogni genere,il giardino e immerso in un rigoglioso e lussureggiane ambiente tropicale pieno di odori e colori. Credetemi non vedo L"ora di tornarci ,

The house is well situated near to the beach and town center. We did not need a car and we enjoyed riding the bike. The villa is clean, well maintained and fully equiped. We enjoyd sitting on the veranda and were lucky to have a bbq available. The swimming pool on the property is a real treat. Las terranes is a friendly, easy going small town. The beaches are marvellous.

We had a family reunion at Villa Maracuja for two weeks. It worked really well, very nice, well equipped, comfortable villa. Very nice, big and private backyard so the kids could also play outside safely. The kids' bedroom was great, nice big beds, comfortable. The beach is a 5-7 min walk, which is fine. Las Terranes was a bit of a surprise to us, but then we never been to the Dominikan before. I also recommend flying into Santo Domingo or Samana, because we flew into Punta Cana and that was a 5-6 hr drive from Las Terrenas. Not fun with 3 kids in the back. Renting a car in the Dominican is also a bit expensive, there are tolls on the highways, gas a more expensive, and roads are slower than we are used to. But, as I said, the Villa was an excellent place to hang out even for two weeks. Thank you Leonardo!

Wonderful and relaxing in this beautiful villa, we enjoyed everything about the villa, it was light and airy and well maintained. Walking through the other properties to the communal pool, gave us an insight into the whole complex. The beaches were just minutes away and we walked for miles. The town was quaint and very friendly and lot's of good restaurants. Would love to return and would highly recommend this villa.

We spent a week at Villa Maracuja and I can't say enough wonderful things about it. The home was comfortable and well outfitted - there was nothing we needed that wasn't provided. The outdoor terrace was a great place to hang out with the family, enjoy a pina colada or read. I loved that we could easily walk to the beach or into town. The entire complex is beautifully maintained by a friendly hardworking local. The owner was very responsive to our requests for information. I would recommend this villa for anyone considering a trip to Las Terrenas.

La réservation avec Léonardo le propriétaire s'est très bien passée. A notre arrivée, Corinne et Philippe nous ont remis les clefs. Ils sont agréables, disponibles et toujours prèts à rendre service. La maison est telle que nous la voyons sur internet. Impeccable, propre, avec tout le confort souhaité. Je ne vois pas ce qu'il pourrait manquer. Il y a un emplacement de parking dans la résidence. La terrasse, très joliment meublée ( comme le reste de la maison ), a été l'endroit le plus utilisé. On sent que Léonardo fait tout pour que le séjour de ses locataires soit réussi. Un grand bravo au propriétaire qui mérite ses commentaires élogieux. Il est parfaitement secondé par le couple qui gère sa belle villa. MERCI

We were in Las Terrenas for a week this October and we enjoyed that very much.House is huge and comfortable and the suroundings were breathtaking :D...We can highly reccomend this villa to everyone that looks for white sand beach (just 5 min walking from house)and beautiful nature ...The housekeepers were very friendly and tried to help us with everything...We really hope to come back again :-)

Immediately after meeting with Mrs. Nathalie and seeing your villa, my girlfriend and I knew we had come across a great find. We had such a nice time at your Villa. To be honest with you, my girlfriend and I stayed in 5 different accommodations in our time traveling around the DR and we both loved your villa the most. From the beginning Mrs. Nathalie was extremely relaxed and showed us through the villa and all the facilities. It was more then enough space for a couple, can easily accommodate a full family. The rooms are all very nice sized and kept incredibly clean. The kitchen was great, we were able to cook just about every meal there which was nice, including a fantastic BBQ to be eaten on the front porch (one of the best spaces in the villa). The villa was extremely clean and the entire grounds were kept really well manicured. It is a quick walk to the beach and to the center of town where we rented a 4x4 and drove to some of the beaches- Playa Bonita was more then the name expresses, another day we went to the waterfall which was great fun, and we enjoyed relaxing in your villa and just walking around the area the other days. So, all in all we were more then impressed with Villa Maracuja and would recommend your villa to anyone that is going to Las Terrenas. Between the villa, price, location, your help, and Mrs. Nathalie, I really don't think there is a better place there! Thank you very much for everything and I wouldn't change a thing. Thanks again!

We stayed at Villa Maracuja again for 4 nights in Jan. This is now our 4th visit. We love the villa, it has everything you need. In a very quiet and peaceful spot, and yet only a 4 minute walk to the beach, and a 10 minute walk into the vibrant town centre of Las Terennas (highly recommend the French cafe bar for breakfast croissants and coffee, and watch the world go by). Leornado the owner continues to update the villa, the new i pod dock/player was very useful. Internet access is very good. Be prepared for the occasional power cut (affect the whole of Las Terrenas), it all adds to the charm, glass of wine of the patio with candles. We will be returning soon.
