Nicola est un hôte formidable et prévenant qui nous attendait à notre arrivée. L'appartement bien équipé et très propre n'est qu'à 10 minutes du port avec la ligne de bus n°12 et la gare à 15 minutes à pied. Je recommande cet hébergement sans hésitation

Welcoming, helpful host (who was able to meet me at the train station and who showed me where everything was in the apartment). Apartment comfortable, clean, well appointed, everything worked as it should - everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The pasta/sauce/cheese in the fridge for the first night (I stayed 4 nights) was very welcome. Train station is only about 15 mins walk away, and there is a cafe/bar/gelateria about halfway for a stop on the way back. Supermarket 7 or 8 minutes away. Nights quiet and peaceful (and I'm a light sleeper). Football not a problem, with a finish at about 10pm. I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony with a glass of wine watching the play.

The host was extremely helpful, we had a late check in with no problems. Apartment is amazing, really nicely decorated, with everything you need. The train station is easy to reach by foot. The host met us in front of the building, saving us a place for the car. There is a washing machine you can use, the host left food for dinner. Thank you so much!

The location was nice and safe. The host was really kind and picked us up at the train station. He showed us directions where to go, restaurants, pharmacy and grocery store. He had bought pasta and breakfast for us so it was really worth the price. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed.

The apartment has everything you could need. Very clean, beautiful vintage decoration, good neighborhood, Nicola, the host gave us an exceptional welcoming, leave us food, water, cookies, bread, mermelade, that was perfect four our stay.

The owner is lovely. He only speaks Italian, but somehow we understood. Very nice apartment where we could have everything we need. Easy and safe car parking.

Definitely recommend this lovely apartment if you are planning to visit Chinque tere.
Apartment is very clean, comfortable, very well equipped.
Breakfast awaited us in the fridge, parking spot in front of the building, and station for the Chinque tere only 10 minutes from the apartment. The host Nicola is very kind person, who explained to us everything how to get to the city center, to the station for Chinque tere, restaurants, a very helpful person.

The location of the apartment is ideal for visiting the Cinque Terre and also other towns in the area. The main train station can be reach on foot in 15-20 minutes. Parking is available near the location on an dead-end street with few traffic. The apartment is well suited with everything one needs and the host is very friendly and hospitable. We had a good time there and I would recommend this location to anyone.

Nikola was a wonderful host and the apartment was very clean and spacious. The bathroom also had a washing machine and the kitchen had everything you needed for cooking and making breakfast. The kitchen cabinet was stocked with coffee, tea, biscuits and crackers. We had a pleasant stay and we highly recommend it. We must say it was one of the best Airbnb we had ever stayed in.

The owner was super nice, very nice home with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The kitchen is stocked with a few thing for breakfast and some pasta with pesto sauce that is a local taste.
Just a bit away from the centre but still very good. The owner doesn't speak any English and that's a little difficult but we managed.

Highly recommended! The owner was great, willing to explain us the whole area and recommended specific locations around not to be missed. The apartment was very clean and spatious, equipped with everything needed for cooking etc. The couch can be easily turned into comfortable double-bed. We were left with the typical food for the dinner and breakfast which felt very special from the owner. It is located in a quiet location and around 10 min walking distance to the train station leading to Cinque Terre. There was plenty of parking spots in front of the building. A perfect base for trips around La Spezia and Cinque Terre!

Good location, within 15 minutes walking distance to La Spezia Central.
Wonderful apartment, clean, spacious, with a washing machine, fast wifi and with a balcony that looks towards a local football pitch (which I enjoyed). There is also a parking spot available. We stayed here with 4 people (2 adults and 2 children). We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for the service Nicola!

The appartament was fully equiped, clean with everything you need to be 100% satisfied. The welcome was perfect. The owner accepted us in front of the building and gave us all the INFO needed for our short stay. I fully recommend it!

Good location for visiting Cinque terre and Palmaria. Not far from train station and bus stops. Apartment is very good equipped and also some food for free is included. The owner is the cutest grandpa ever, my girlfriend immediately liked him.
Next to the building are football fields with the daily games till midnight. But after the end is it very calm.

The host was extremely nice and helpful! They gave us many recommendations for the city and visiting Cinque Terre. The flat is very cozy and has everything you need. Also, the free parking is right in front of the building.

Everything was just PERFECT. The apartment is very CLEAN and is equipped with EVERYTHING you might need. 15 minutes walk to La Spezia Centrale.
The host Nicola is very friendly, he picked us up at the station and provided us with a lot of food (pasta, olive oil, coffee, milk, bread, biscuits etc.)
