This is my third stay at this house and once again it was a perfect vacation. The host, Michael, is as accessible as every review states. You rarely have to contact him because he’s a pro and has planned for just about everything in the house. It’s clean and well-stocked. The pool and grounds are maintained well. And on the rare occasion you do need him, his response time will be minutes-every time. I coincidentally checked in on a very special day for his family and he was still attentive and making sure I was comfortably checked in.
The house is great for families or adults. The open floorplan is great for cooking and staying in. The pool is a great size. There is a wonderful porch to spending early or late evenings outside. We used the grill as well as the fireplace for S'mores. There’s a yard to play. And the location is great. Minutes from town, and perfectly located to get to Southampton, Bridgehampton, East Hampton, etc.

Pack your clothes, grab some food and EVERYTHING else is at the Cove! Mike is a superb host. Our dog loved the yard, we loved the location and pool.

This property was the perfect vacation spot! The house has all amenities we needed to feel at home. Pool, fire pit, BBQ and close to Sag harbor town. Truly a gem and Mike the homeowner is a gentleman, and willing to accommodate any request. Book this quick!

This home and experience is highly rated and it lives up to its reputation. The house is immaculate and very well thought out. Its location is great---one mile from town and just a bit longer to the beaches. The pool is clean and kept at a great temperature. Mike is extremely responsive to any and all questions and requests.

This is our second year renting this property and everything was just as good as last year. The owner is very responsive and helpful. He updated some of the furnishings this year and maintains the property very well. Location close to the beach and town cannot be beat. Hope to return again next summer.

I just finished a great vacation at this house with my wife and kids. The house is nice, the pool and yard are fantastic and it's short drive, bike ride or walk into town. It comes well equipped with pool floats, bikes, towels, paper goods, etc. and Michael is a friendly and accommodating host. I 00% recommend this house and would book it again on my next visit to the area.

Long Weekend in Sag Harbor
We all enjoyed our stay at the house. The house is extremely well kept and Mike is a pleasure to deal with. The house is actually nicer than the pictures! It's very close to town and the beach but the pool is so nice and warm you don't even need the beach. This is our 7th year renting in the Hamptons and everyone agreed this was our best house. Look forward to coming back!

My entire family enjoyed this home and it's proximity to Main St, beaches while also feeling remote.

I spent some time looking for other houses only because I wanted to spend a longer time in the Hamptons this summer and this house was already booked for some of the weeks I wanted in August. I couldn't find any houses that I trusted would be as good and I'm happy I didn't because I know, in the end, they wouldn't have the same hospitality as Mike, the owner of this wonderful Sag house. He really goes above and beyond and I can't imagine ever renting another house. The pool is wonderful (nice and warm like I like it) and the upkeep is great. The wrap around deck upstairs is wonderful if you need quiet time to read or to look out at the water. The open kitchen/living area makes indoor time easy. We spent most of our time outside: S'mores by the outdoor fireplace, a lawn big enough for the kids to play and we hung out on the deck downstairs. The kids even saw a family of deer walking by a couple of times which was a treat for them. All around, this was a wonder time. The only thing I would have changed was being able to book for a longer period of time. :)

Great stay
It was our second time staying in this lovely home and it was once again a great stay! The owners have really thought of everything. The house was clean, comfortable, and well equipped for a long weekend with four kids. We made a lot of use of the amazing pool and made s’mores in the fire pit. The house is close to town and the beach. The perfect spot for a little getaway.

Michael is an amazing host! The house has everything a family needs to enjoy and relax in the Hamptons. The location is so close to Sag Harbor and central to all of the other villages. We can’t wait to come back next year! Thanks Michael!

Wonderful Vacation !!
We throughly enjoyed our stay! A beautiful home with all the amenities anyone might wish for. The pool was our focus and we all enjoyed it everyday. With twin 2 year olds included in the fun we appreciated the security of a fenced in pool! Hoping to return next year.

Sag Harbor oasis
We had a wonderful time staying at this property which is one of the few in the Hamptons with a fence around the pool area (extra safety for little kids). Location is also very convenient and only a few minutes drive to town and to the beach as well as a nearby playground. Kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed using the saltwater heated pool and though we ended up not bringing our dog, the property is pet friendly and the pet fee is very reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

The layout of the home was perfect for our family of two adults and two teens. The outdoor fireplace was great and the pool was fantastic. We enjoyed sunsets at the nearby beach and put our kayaks in at the launch around the corner. Look forward to staying again in the future. 5 star stay!
