We absolutely enjoyed our stay in this clean, spacious home. It was just a short walk to the Village of Sag Harbor and all of its shops and restaurants. The beach was also a short walk from the house and the pool was perfect for a relaxing afternoon. The hosts were very responsive, answering all of our questions in a timely manner. Check-in and check-out were seamless. Highly recommend.

We love this house so much! Perfect location to walk to bay beaches and Sag Harbor, very convenient to all the other towns in the Hamptons. We had a fabulous time. We walked to the beach, downtown, or just through the lovely neighborhood. We floated in the pool and made delicious meals and drinks with all the items, glasses, cookware in the kitchen. From the pool mats to the beach chairs, there was nothing we needed that wasn’t there. Our third time staying at this gorgeous house (and our fourth summer in Sag Harbor). This house has everything a family needs: proximity to beach, pool, hot tub and room for toddlers to have a lot of fun in! We used the grill almost everyday and enjoyed eating outside by the pool. We walked into town frequently and took advantage of the proximity. The house itself is spacious and great for families and groups of friends. I say this every year, but every year I find a little more magic in this wonderful house in this amazing community: we will be back (again and again) and our children absolutely love ending the summer in this beautiful place.

Our third summer in Sag Harbor and our second stay at this amazingly gorgeous house. Taran is an amazing house. Very responsive and gracious. My family and I absolutely love this house. We will keep coming back (hopefully next year too!) as long as Taran lets us. My toddlers love the house (playroom is great) and the pool and hot tub. The proximity to the beach is amazing (especially with small kids). We had both sets of grandparents and we all felt we had a lot of space. This house is perfect for big families and for kids of all ages. Thank you!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this house! The photos did not do it justice. The house as bigger and nicer than we anticipated. It was very clean and had everything you could possibly need. The homeowner was also super communicative anytime we had a question, and our stay went very smoothly. Would definitely rent this house again.

Loved our week at this home in Sag Harbor! House is lovely in a beautiful setting. Pool is fabulous and hot tub delightful! Kitchen is stocked! Plenty of towels (bath and beach). Very short walk to private bay beach made our week. Short enough walk even for the little kids. Thank you Taran!

The house is perfect for a family vacation. The kitchen is large with a large island to gather around. Off the kitchen is the den with seating for about 10-12 people to go after dinner. Since we had young kids, the highlight was the basement with the ping pong and foosball table, plus a large coach and TV. The outside is great for entertainment with a large pool with many floats. The neighborhood is very nice, with the beach a 5 minute walk and the town of Sag Harbor a 15 minute walk. Highly recommend the this home for a great vacation.

Incredible experience, thanks to Taran and Roy
Let me first say I have never met more organized hosts in my life. Taran and Roy were so diligent- their handy visitor book was such an awesome guide, not only for use around their home but also in Sag Harbor and the Hamptons generally. They put a lot of care into their home, and it shows. My group of friends was so blown away by the property overall, with its gorgeous pool and huge outdoor grilling area, in addition to the amount of sleeping and lounging space. The location is unbeatable- the adorable town of Sag Harbor is a short walk or drive away, and there are 2 beaches just down the street from the house. Taran and Roy were also so helpful and responsive if we needed anything. This house is a true gem and it gets a 10/10 score from my crew. Hope to be back in future summers!!

Incredible vacation
We were a large group, mixed with adults, a newborn and two toddlers. The house was perfect for us! There’s a playroom in the basement (carpeted!) and lots of toys throughout the house. The kitchen is welcoming and big, perfect for a large group. So many amenities. The hot tub was a big hit! The pool was beautiful and there are so many floats (and floaters for children). We felt we could do things collectively as a group and separately in smaller clusters throughout the house (watch a movie in the basement or in the main living room upstairs). Very short and easy walk to town. We love the private bay beach which was so accessible. The neighborhood is so welcoming. It felt private and familial at the same time. We hope to have the privilege of staying here again next summer! Owners are very responsive over text. Perfect stay.

We Absolutely loved our stay. It was the perfect girls weekend. The house is even more gorgeous than the photos. Very clean and VERY spacious. I came with 9 girls but you could definitely fit many more. Pool and hot tub were great. Loved everything about it

Perfect Weekend
This house is possibly better than the pictures! It’s a spacious and gorgeous home just minutes from the heart of town and an incredibly short walk to a precious, private beach. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The pool and hot tub are amazing. The host was incredibly helpful and accommodating and even let us check in early. There is ample space for everyone to sleep comfortably. Only a couple, very small things (like no full length mirrors that we could find, and could use some new pillows/mattress toppers) to mention, otherwise it exceeded expectations. One thing to note, which you can see in the pictures but might not realize, is that the driveway is VERY steep. Overall we had an amazing weekend and enjoyed working with Taran!

Location was great within walking distance to Sag Harbor and a short drive into East Hampton. Backyard pool area was amazing! Located 2 minutes from beach and 10 minutes from town by walking made this rental house a pleasure with young children. The pool and hot tub was a delight to both parents and children. We may return next year.

We had the most wonderful time. The house is beautiful and has an incredible backyard with a gorgeous pool and hot tub. We were able to walk to to the charming town of Sag Harbor which had excellent restaurants and shopping. The kitchen is a dream chef’s kitchen with Viking and Sub Zero appliances. I highly recommend this property -you will not be disappointed. Thank you for a wonderful week!

An amazing and comfortable stay in Sag Harbor!
We stayed at Taran's house with one other family for a week and had such a lovely time! We had 5 kids with us: ages 2, 5, 5, 12 and 15. The pool of course was the main entertainment but the playroom in the basement was great for the littles and the foosball table, etc were great for the 12 and 15 year old boys. But most of all we loved that we all got to spend so much time together in this house. The accommodations were clean and so comfortable and the kitchen was the perfect size for a group our size. The house was stocked with so many beach/pool towels, pool rafts/tubes/toys and around 5 (maybe 6?) beach chairs too! Plenty of basic household items too like garbage bags, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, etc. I've stayed at so many places where you are given just one of each thing and then you spend a fortune buying supplemental to last the week. This was really appreciated by me! We absolutely loved our stay and would stay here again if we come back to Sag Harbor. Enjoy!

The pool and deck are spectacular, and we loved lounging in the hammock and listening to the breeze rustle the tall trees around the yard. Perfect summer stays!
We just spent the month at 18 Cuffee Drive and I can’t say enough positive about this home! It was on the ideal village location, was clean and well-stocked with absolutely everything we needed and the owners were so easy to reach if needed. The absolute best part for us was the outdoor/pool area which is huge and gorgeous! My two young kids spent all day playing in the pool and spa (lots of toys/floats available!) and we grilled at night - summer doesn’t get any better and this home has it all !

Fantastic vacation spot
This house has it all. A fantastic house with all the amenities you could wish for, enough space for larger families but also perfect just for us four. We didn’t use half the bedrooms but we didn’t feel lost in such a big house either. A really amazing pool with jacuzzi! We also enjoyed the games room and the gym in the basement! And the sofas in the TVroom are the most comfortable in the world!
Quiet surroundings but walking distance to the beautiful town of Sag Harbor where there are such great restaurants , little shops,and cafes.
5 minutes walk to the bay.
For us this is the perfect vacation spot and on top of that a wonderful house owner. Taran answers every question within the shortest time and prepares everything in a perfect and outstanding way for her guests. One cannot help feeling right away at home and welcome here. What else could you wish for a holiday? It wasn’t our first stay and it will definitely not be our last! We just love this vacation rental.

Best birthday celebration!
My family celebrated my milestone birthday week along with birthdays of 2 grandsons in this most wonderful home! Three families with children from 2 - 5 years gathered together and spent a glorious week at this home on Cuffee Dr. The furnishings were top notch, the amenities as well - we did not want for anything! The heated pool and jacuzzi were so comfortable that the kids and adults spent so much of their time playing and bonding together. The house was so close to town and beaches that we often opted to walk rather than drive. Toys galore for the kids and such comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. Kitchen is magnificent! It was our favorite gathering place, sitting and standing around the huge island as we ate and cooked. This was a truly perfect place for us! Our host Taran always responded quickly to my questions which I appreciated so very much! We will rent this place again for future family vacations in Sag Harbor!

Long weekend in Sag Harbor
This was the perfect home for my family's stay in Sag Harbor. Great location. Spacious accommodations. Having bedrooms on 3 different levels was really nice, especially since we were traveling with multiple families with young children. Taran was a helpful, accommodating, and responsive host, and her home was the best stocked vacation home I have ever stayed in.

Great space and a great location
This house has so much room! Each bedroom has a bathroom, the kitchen and living area are large and well appointed and the garden with the pool and hot tub were fabulous. The kitchen has everything you need and more. The location is perfect, a short walk to the nearby beach and a longer stroll to town but still very walkable, the street the house is on is very quiet with minimal through traffic. A great place to stay.

Excellent Owner managed Sag Harbor house!
We've rented houses out east before, mainly Montauk, but this one stood out and I would attribute that to Taran, who is the Owner and Manager of the stay while we were there for a week. Other rentals were always Property Managers we dealt with. It was just professional and pleasant at the same time to work with her. The house was very clean too, which we always appreciate. Very nice back yard and pool/hot tub to enjoy, which we did. And the house is big enough to accommodate a large group, we had our immediate family of 5 for the full week, plus another 8 on/off visitors/family members. A total of 13 of us were actually at the house the same time for two of the nights and the house was big enough to accommodate and keep a large group like that comfortable and happy. I would definitely recommend this house and owner if you are considering a house rental in Sag Harbor. Thank you Taran.

Second home now!
We have spent three weeks for the second time in this great house! A perfect summer at a perfect location! Taran was again an excellent house owner to work with.
And we really enjoyed Sag Harbor again and some new places we discovered this year such as Cedar Point and Elizabeth Morton State Park. The restaurants in town are great and our new favorite place is so close by: Sag Harbor Market and Kitchen. We really recommend the house and the area! Will definitely be back next summer!

Perfect family vacation!
So close to town and beaches, but all you need is already right here on the property. We had such a wonderful time. This was one of the best-stocked vacation rentals we have rented. Coming from the West coast it was nice having access to so many beach supplies/toys/bikes/cooking utensils, etc and not needing to buy a bunch of stuff for our vacation - we felt instantly comfortable and at home here. My family and in-laws loved staying here. The pool/hot tub setup is incredible, it was hard pulling the kids away from it. Everyone had plenty of space and the kitchen provides a great place for gathering. This was the fourth year we’ve rented in the area and this place is by far the best one we’ve stayed at.

Wonderful Girl's Weekend
I spent the weekend of May 17th here with 5 of my girlfriends, and we had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful and clean, and incredibly well appointed. It was comfortable, and the location was conveniently close to town. The owners were wonderful, and incredibly responsive. We had a small issue with the jacuzzi, and they were extremely helpful in helping us resolve it. All in all, it was a wonderful stay, and we would definitely stay again if and when we decide to return to Sag Harbor.
