Отзывчивый персонал, доброжелательные люди, очень благодарна им за гостеприимство!!! Чистый мини отель, 3 этажа, основной фонд номеров находится на 2-м этаже. Есть две кухни (на 2-и и на 3-м этажах). Холодильник в номере, кондиционер, вентилятор на потолке, при заселении мне выдали фумигатор от насекомых. Розетки подходят под российский формат, адаптер не потребовался. В ванной комнате - туалетная бумага, мыло, гель для душа в дозаторе. Полотенца для ванной и пляжные. Постельное белье - чистое. Для приготовления еды пользовалась общей кухней. Посуду для готовки, столовые приборы, тарелки и т.д. - все это мне предоставили. Дали даже соль и масло для приготовления еды )) Вид из окна на океан - шикарно!!! Можно было выйти и прогуляться по берегу в любое время дня и ночи. На той части пляжа, где стоял отель ночью светил фонарь, так что ночью было не страшно гулять)) Балкон со стульями, где можно посидеть, отдохнуть, полюбоваться видом на океан. Я сушила там полотенца )) Был бассейн и шезлонги, но я не пользовалась, рядом прекрасный океан, которым хочется любоваться бесконечно!!! Бассейн чистый, рядом есть душ для того, чтобы ополоснуться, помыть ноги от песка. Номер без завтрака. Брала номер с кухней, думала кухня будет только в моем распоряжении, в итоге кухня оказалась общей (на несколько комнат), на сайте бронирования из представленного описания я этой информации не поняла. Вода в душе была всегда комнатной температуры, на жаре для меня это не было сильно критично, но иногда хотелось постоять под струей теплой воды )) Не хватало штор на окне, была римская штора как москитная сетка, но с улицы вечером, при включенном в комнате свете, все что происходит в комнате видно, голышом не походишь ))))))). Расположение моей комнаты было таким, что в окно светил фонарь с улицы, на ночь я занавешивала окно полотенцами. На месте владельцев отеля я бы обновила фото, в жизни все выглядит лучше, чем на фото, к тому же они не передают всей информации.

Все понравилось. Какие-то мелкие недостатки есть во всем и всегда, но я стараюсь не обращать на них внимания, они абсолютно не критичны. В отпуске я наслаждалась отпуском и не циклилась на мелочах ))

When we turned up, they seemed unaware of our arrival. It was all locked up, luckily they had a room ready. It was basically a family home with some rooms attached. It smelled overpowering from air freshener- like they were trying to hide something. Some sort of pellets scattered everywhere ?for pests? The sheets were clean, but stained with blood. We couldn't get reliable WiFi. The shower was cold. There was a sun screen blind instead of curtains so couldn't sleep. The bed was hard. It was a noisy place. I wouldn't stay here again but it was very cheap.

it was calm and quiet, just opposite to the beach although we didn’t go because it was raining. they have a small swimming pool we didn’t use again because of the rain with thunder and lightning. Big bathroom. Overall a good location and nice property.

Room was very small A/C didn’t work properly so it was quite hot in the room. lot of mosquitoes were in the wardrobe, I don’t know why that was. Tiles in the bathroom were very slippery when wet and it was hazardous to walk after a shower. Rug near the bathroom entrance was not dusted properly and it had sand and every time when we walked to the room after wiping out feet on it we had sand on our soles and leave dirty foot prints on the floor. it’s nice property but they should pay little more attention to keeping the floors clean.

I really like this place. The ocean is very close! Everything's is great!!!

I went to Sri-Lanka with my girlfriend since 24.02.2022 till 12.03.2022.From airport we were transfered in 1 hour 30 minutes. We havn't recognized that we already came to place,because of the view,that takes all your mind for this little trip. As soon as we arrived,we were meeted by householder Sharon,she is very friendly and smily,all her advice was helpfull for us. As only I face problem,she instantly gives me a hand. It was a big pleasure to meet such a kind person. House is in a great condition. We had got one roommate in house for this time,she was very kind too. I think that this place get together fantasticly sincere people. We rent apartaments with own bathroom. And apartments is huge. Two rooms with three single beds and one bed for two person,we try only big one and it's very cottony. Bathroom is huge too,very big mirror,toilet,two sinks,shower room.Also you have your own kitchen with lots of plates and other cutlery,microvawe owen and little stove,very big table for 6 person.TV with a lot of channels standing in parlor with two chairs and comfortable couch.Free WI-FI with good connection. What about power socket you can find three kinds of adapter,so you wouldn't have problem with charging. Ocean is in a few steps and it is very warm. Beach is covered with soft sand,also you can find there funny little crabs. If you don't want ocean,you can find your own swimming pool,which you share only with house roommates is placed near,in 5 steps of your way. To be honest we didn't try breakfast,but lunch was great for such price.If you want to spend your money for food with wise,I recommend you to visit restaurant called ABBA placed on 174 De Abrew Rd it's in 10 minutes away from house.You will be meeted and fed tastiest seafood and curry by family which contains that beautifull place that they call their home. Thank you very much, Dear Sharon, for opportunity to spend our vacation under the roof of such amazing place.
