La casa consta de 3 niveles. El nivel principal incluye una gran cocina abierta que es la delicia de un artista con una amplia barra de desayunos con capacidad para 2 lavavajillas, una gran sala grande de concepto abierto que se abre a un amplio balcón frente a la playa, una habitación muy grande que ofrece 2 camas tamaño queen, un baño completo , área de lavado con dos lavadoras y secadoras. Superando este nivel, hay otra área para dormir llamada "pecera" que ofrece vistas espectaculares y es perfecta para los niños. La sala de la pecera no es una habitación normal, pero la estamos considerando como una de las 4.
En el nivel superior, escaparás a una enorme suite principal con una cama king y una queen y vistas fascinantes por lo que el ojo puede ver. Relájese en la bañera de hidromasaje mientras lee un libro y disfruta de las vistas o disfrute de su café de la mañana en la terraza privada del Golfo. Everything was super easy and convenient. The house is fantastic location is perfect. There was just a few things wrong with the house nothing major there was only 4 beach chairs there and 3 were broke so we had to go buy some. The video game machine was broke didn’t get fixed till second to last day we were there. Some of the wall outlets and lights didn’t work, but overall was good.

This house has everything you could need or want on a vacation. My husband and I along with our four children and their significant others and granddaughter had more than enough room. The views are beautiful and literally just steps from the beach. Great location! I would recommend this property to anyone!

We loved the beautiful house and the beachfront location. The layout was perfect for three couples to have privacy while also having a lot of common areas. We also enjoyed the many indoor and outdoor games provided with the house.

We stayed here 2 years ago and very much enjoyed ourselves. There were several non-functioning items and we left a note about them. (Game unit doesn’t work, only 8 of 17 functioning light bulbs over the dining room table, etc,etc.). Two years later, the same exact problems, only multiplied. Very worn carpet and furniture, a few deck furniture items were broken, the back door code lock did not work (or needed batteries?), etc. Such a gorgeous home and it just needs some attention.
That being said, we still had a great time. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely use this company again. We would love to stay in the house again but may try something new next time.

this properties location and views were very good, the house is gorgeous and well equipped.especially convenient was caddy bar and grill a short walk down the beach.and publix grocery store close by.the only issues were poor water pressure in the kitchen, a leak in a bedroom, and issues closing both the front and rear doors. But would still recommend staying here, and would rent again.

We had a great time at the Kings Treasure location. The house was large with many activities and gave everyone room to hangout. We enjoyed the many amenities provided, especially the kayaks! The property location was perfect for access to the beach, shopping and even the emergency room!! The views to the ocean were amazing from both balconies and every window facing the beach. We enjoyed watching the dolphins and many beautiful sunsets! The property manager kept us informed of workers coming to the house and promptly responded to any needs or questions we had. Overall, this has been one of the best vacation rentals we have booked.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home, great location with covered pool and oceanfront views. Taylor was wonderful to communicate with, we had a few minor things in the beginning, but he was wonderful and offered to bring them out. Home definitely worked for our large family of 12 - (15 months to 63 yrs), wished the fish bowl room had doors. The kids and grandkids loved it and the time spent was amazing. Kids enjoyed the covered pool, was nice to get a break from the sun. Needs a little updating, sectional is a bit on the older side, but overall we still had a fantastic time and thank you to Taylor, he made everything very easy and was great at communicating!!!

We had a great family vacation at this house. The beach was almost private for us. The beach front is only about 50 yards from the "no alcohol" sign so we were lucky and had a lot of fun! Everything was beautiful and clean. Also the covered pool was a plus for the kids to get out of the sun.

Many positive things to say and the communication with Taylor was great. The projector movie screen was a hit for the kids. The place needs some work such as the shaggy carpet throughout upstairs and steps. The cleaning people didn’t do the greatest job but again Taylor fixed quickly. The game room is small and not as cool as displayed and damp down in basement. There is massive construction going on in the 2 buildings next to the house and there is loud beeping from the trucks for 8 hours everyday. Construction was in the listing but listening to it everyday nonstop, I would have expected a partial refund as it’s impossible to relax while listening to it everyday (which you can hear from the beach the entire time). If it weren’t for Taylor this listing would have received a lower rating. For the expense of this listing, owner needs to let the management company make some upgrades asap.

First off the pictures online can't show u how nice the property is located on the beach and what's around it. my wife and 3 4 boys loved every day of it.U know y found a great house to stay in when your teenage boys spend more time at your rental house then going walking around. We had such good family time and waking up to the veiw the house offered was a cherry on top! we will be coming back! Taylor our contact with the property also was very helpful and answered any concerns or questions immediately. thank you Taylor! see you guys again!

This was as perfect a vacation as we've had as a family. From the 4 month old granddaughter tothe 77 year oldgrandparents, allhad a great time due to the terrific setting, the beach front location, thefully equipped house and the senseof comfort felt by all

House is in a great location nothing better than being directly on the beach. However the pics are very deceiving. If I could attach pictures I would because I took a lot. Here are a few examples:
1.Carpeting in the top floor with the bedrooms is very worn and dirty-our socks were so dirty as we wore socks when in the bedrooms-I mean really dirty. My daughter tripped over the large rip in the carpet going into the primary bedroom.
2. First night there we ran 2 full loads of dishes to ensure they were clean. As we tried to eat our first meal that evening many of the plates and silverware had dried food on them! Gross!
3. Main floor bathroom shower door very dirty and pubic hair in the shower!
4. Drawers with utensils and silverware tray had food crumbs all over. I pull it out and wiped out the drawers and washed everything.
5. Items in the lower cupboards were a mess not organized
6. Left over OPEN items left in fridge-condiments, jelly, olives etc
7. Vertical Blinds in 2 nd bedroom on the top floor had missing slates in the blinds
8. Windows in the kitchen we’re so dirty on the outside
9. Bed Pillows were stained YELLOW - no pillow protectors on them
10. TVs did not operate properly
11. Air vent extremely dirty -so much dust.
I am not a high maintenance person but when you pay this kind of money I expect more!
I was charged a cleaning fee on our reservation. After all the cleaning I did when we arrived they should pay ME.
Again I wish I could attach photos.
I read so many of the reviews I thought I really found a treasure. I’m assuming you don’t post the bad reviews. Will be interesting if I see my review posted.

So friendly and customer driven. They just want you to have a great vacation! There are many great restaurants very near by that we really enjoyed like Shrimpies, Sea Dogs Brewing, Britts pizza, Sloppy Joes and Buba Gumps We went shopping at the pavilion at John’s Pass as well as Tyrone Mall. The home is in a very desirable location and the beach is one you will not forget. We enjoyed the pool as well as the gulf waters. We enjoyed using the many extras supplied by the property owners such as kayaks, beach games, chairs, umbrella, bikes and so much more. While swimming, we got to see dolphins almost every day and even a manatee came close and thrilled us with its presence. It was truly a great vacation for all 8 of us.

Beat by expectations!
The property views, beach, and location were unmatched! Communication from management was incredible. Easily available by text and checked in with us. The beach was so private. The water and sand was amazing. Our family (7 of us) enjoyed the large home. We were able to have movie night on the projector, swim in the pool, and of course beached it most of the time. Supplies for the beach were there. We purchased and left behind a beach tent for future families. We will be coming back!

Overall we had a wonderful stay. There were six adults and five children. The home had everything we needed especially all the games for the children to play. Everyone loved the Pac-Man Arcade. Corn hole and ladder ball was another big success. Hours of entertainment were provided with all the games and toys that were available. This was greatly appreciated. The location on the beach was wonderful and so convenient. Home was very clean and beds comfortable. Views were stunning especially the sunsets every night. Having 2 washers and dryers were very helpful and 2 refrigerators and grills were a big plus. Beach chairs and toys were more than enough. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything you needed.
Taylor responded quickly when called regarding no gas in propane tanks or clogged shower drain upon arrival in 2nd floor bathroom. Baby items were great to use. One suggestion would be to have a drying rack for clothes that do not go in dryer. Also house was in great condition but 1st level flooring needs attention. Also we would have loved a bathroom on first floor so you do not have to go to 2nd floor from the pool area to use it. But we quickly adapted to it. We would love to rent this house again next year! Family Gathering
We loved the VRBO so much that we found ourselves spending the majority of our time just here. We were able to get groceries. The beach was amazing and enjoyed dinners and breakfast on the back patio. We hope to stay again!

Celebrating wedding anniversaries and engagements
12 of us stayed at this property to celebrate anniversaries and engagements. This place is really awesome. Everything for the beach. The pool below the deck is really nice. It was really hot this week and that cooled us off nicely. The beds are very comfortable. The game room was a big hit. We had some minor issues that were resolved quickly. I would definitely recommend Seaside Property for any rentals. Sharon, Taylor and Jennifer were awesome to deal with. Hope to return soon!

Fabulous Beach House
We rented the home with our family. My wife and I, my daughter, son/girlfriend, and other son's family (wife and 2 children). It was perfect for this. Areas where you can be alone for awhile and a very nice common room where we could all enjoy each other's company. My wife and I would start each day with a coffee on the balcony outside the master bedroom and watch the beach. We would end each day on the same balcony watching the sunset.

Excellant vacation
We brought our family to celebrate our 50th Anniversary. The space looks just like the photos. The master bedroom view is breathtaking! Everything you need for a day at the beach is provided. Kids loved the heated pool. A few items were reported for repair but that didn't hinder our fun!!!

We stayed Feb 6th to Feb 12th, 2022. The house, the view was amazing and only a short walk to the beach. Only down fall was the construction that is right next door. Good thing is they only worked from 7 am to 3 pm. We got to enjoy our evenings, with peace and quiet. We loved the big screen for movies. The pool was cold, the property manager soon after I contacted them had someone come over to it turn up. Overall, we loved the house, the location and the room it had to accommodate 6 adults and 5 children.

Great Beach House
This is a great vacation house. It has large rooms and lots of big windows with great views of the beach. It also has a nice large kitchen. We enjoyed the pool table and games and I especially loved the Ms Pac Man game. It was a great location. We had no complaints and completely enjoyed our vacation. It just went by too quickly. The property manager was very responsive. We would definitely come back again.

I knew going into this beach house ( Kings Treasure) it would be picture perfect ...I can say this because last year we rented a beach house from Seaside property .the realtors are perfection and always a phone call away if needed.. the house was awesome.. comfortable , spacious , well equipped for all your needs. We celebrated a 70th birthday / anniversary .. a lot of restaurants / Publix close by ..life is short. Book it. Or view all of Seaside properties .. you can not go wrong. .. we will be renting a different one next year ..

Paradise at King's Treasure!
We were a little apprehensive about the price but, once we entered their lovely home, we were enchanted! They have everything...2 dishwashers, 2 washing machines and 2 driers, 2 kayak's plus everything you could possibly imagine! They even have a pack n play plus a high chair for the little ones! It was totally worth the money plus the location was fantastic! We never used our rental car except to get there from the airport and to go back to the airport!!! It's worth every cent!

It was absolutely beautiful inside and out! The views were spectacular, beautiful sunsets...we could have stayed a month and still not have found all there was to do there. The house was very clean and we would love to come back and stay. The pool was perfect but you could spend hours in the warm water which was mostly calm if you have little ones. You pretty much have the beach to yourself. Help was a text away if you needed anything. The kitchen was well stocked. Best restaurants were Middle Grounds and Snappers. This is the kind of home you dream of living in!! It was absolutely beautiful inside and out! The views were spectacular, beautiful sunsets...we could have stayed a month and still not have found all there was to do there. The house was very clean and we would love to come back and stay. The pool was perfect but you could spend hours in the warm water which was mostly calm if you have little ones. You pretty much have the beach to yourself. Help was a text away if you needed anything. The kitchen was well stocked. Best restaurants were Middle Grounds and Snappers. Best breakfast..head to the frog pond. But sitting on the balcony with your morning coffee watching the dolphins swim by was my favorite. You won’t go wrong if you choose this property!!!
