Everything was simply perfect. The villa is authentic, traditional and beautifully Greek! Immaculately clean and the gardens are a slice of heaven. Christina (the owner) is the most wonderful human you could ever meet, kind, generous and gave us many traditional food treats all week - making you feel like family not guests! We are extremely blessed to have met such a lovely couple! We didn't want to come home!!!! And most definitely will be returning!

Everything was extraordinary! After a 10-minute drive from the airport, we reached Varta Village. The host was waiting for us on the main road from where there were another 100 meters on a secondary road until this beautiful traditional villa that welcome us with a garden full of flowers! We were received as if we were part of their family! Christina and Babis are the best hosts we ever met! We were spoiled with home-cooked delicacies, fresh fruits from the garden, and a lot of love! The house's interior was just beautiful, everything inside was very clean and welcoming and we had at our disposition a fully equipped kitchen! Every morning we had some coffee on the generous terrace from where we could admire the sunrise. Everything we found here exceeded our expectations! We fell in love with Zakynthos and with its people! If we will come back we will definitely choose the same location!

It couldn't be any better!

Fabulous house and surroundings. The garden and orchard amazing. The house has a lot of space. The kitchen facilities are amazing. lovely big fridge and freezer. very comfortable lounge and spacious. Beds are super comfortable with good quality bed linen. Nothing is too much trouble and we were spoilt with home cooked Greek meals, and plenty of regional Greek gifts to take home. We will definatley book here again. The most fantastic hosts!

There wasn't anything we didn't like

I can't describe in words the hospitality and warmth with which the hosts welcomed us, the attention we enjoyed during the entire holiday. The house, the terrace, the garden ... are a dream. I found everything, but absolutely everything needed in a home. For the road to the beaches you need a car, in the rest .... as many days of vacation, because you do not want to go home.

Villa is cozy, Christina was great and really welcoming. Location is good, just 5 min drive to center. Definitely will be back here when in Zakynthos.
