Villa Vera Mlini es una villa bellamente presentada, espaciosa y totalmente equipada. Situado sobre el pueblo y la bahía de Mlini, a solo 10 minutos en coche de la ciudad medieval de Dubrovnik. Está a unos 5 minutos a pie del pueblo y la bahía de Mlini desde la villa con su pequeño y encantador puerto pesquero y hermosas playas, restaurantes, cafeterías y tiendas. Desde aquí puede tomar un taxi acuático al casco antiguo de Dubrovnik y regresar de mayo a octubre, y también puede tomar un taxi acuático a Cavtat.

We had a fantastic holiday at Villa Vera Mlini. The property was spotlessly clean, brilliantly furnished with everything provided that we could possibly have needed during our stay. We loved the area and the transport options to Dubrovnik and Cavtat.

We loved this property. It has fantastic views over the sea from the lounge and bedrooms - and the pool is excellent. It is close to good restaurants and midway between Dubrovnik and the airport, so it's easy to get to both. Travelling around is straightforward because of the close proximity of buses and ferries - and the local taxis fill in the gaps. The aircon is effective (much needed as we stayed during a heatwave). The owner of the house (Zeljana) was very welcoming and looked after us during our stay, without being intrusive. We even met her puppy during our holiday! This house is highly recommended.

A Five Star rating is not enough for this spectacular home and the most amazing host possible. Firstly, the home is stunning, clean, well appointed & comfortable. The views from the house are directly of the Adriatic Sea. The bedrooms are all comfortable as are the main areas of the home. The pool also has amazing views of the Sea. Our host, Zeljana, is very warm and accommodating. We felt very much at home. Zeljana gave us recommendations for local excursions as well as an in-home chef, Nicksa, who made such delicious food one of the nights we were there. All in, I give this home & host infinity stars out of 5 😊

We had such an amazing time staying in Zeljana's villa, which is truly incredible - the pictures don't do this place justice. There were 11 of us and we all felt we had more than enough space to relax and enjoy ourselves.
The villa was spotless and modern throughout, with every amenity you could wish for.
Zeljana as a host was so helpful and went above and beyond, giving recommendations of things to do whilst staying there and even helping us with shopping as we had a late arrival.
Overall an excellent stay and would definitely recommend it!

We’re had a super week in the villa. The pool was large enough for the 5 kids, the cinema room was excellent and the host always quick to help. The outdoor area is actually better than the photos show and we spent most evenings here. The two teenage boys loved their own apartment upstairs! Thanks for a wonderful holiday.

I can’t begin to tell you how perfect this Villa is, which made for a fantastic family vacation for 11 of us. The accommodation is high end with attention to every detail - pictures don’t do it justice. The location is ideal, close to airport, close to the old town but also Mlini is amazing in itself - great restaurants and some great hidden beach spots to seek out. The water is calm, warm and crystal clear and was perfect for the kids. The experience is topped off by a truly wonderful host who goes out of her way to ensure the best time is had by all. The only downside is that eventually you have to go home. Till next time!

We all had a fantastic stay in this lovely villa. It has everything you need for your stay, is spotless, has comfy beds and a fantastic host, we couldn't have asked for anything more. Kids loved the added bonus of feeding the turtles every day. Area is lovely, beach and shops nearby and easy to get to nearby cities for a day out. We hired a car although this is not needed -couple of restaurants and shops in walking distance and bus stop is at the bottom of the hill and easy to get taxis where needed. Would absolutely recommend this villa. Thank you Zeljana for a fabulous stay!

I have nothing but positive things to say about this amazing property near Dubrovnik. First, Zeljana is the best VRBO host we’ve ever had; she is easily reached and very prompt in her responses; she helped us with transfers and information on transportation and the city; she is very hands-on in her hosting and works very hard to make your stay the very best!
The home is very beautiful and very big: it easily accommodated the 8 of us with plenty of room to spare. The kitchen has everything you need, a great espresso machine and ice maker. There are huge couches everywhere, balconies, large screen televisions, movie room, and a great outdoor area with a pool; beautiful gardens as well.
Easy walking distance to the water/beach in Mlini; also can walk to multiple restaurants, pubs, supermarkets in the local area; we really enjoyed walking all over this area. Super easy to take Ubers into Dubrovnik or take the bus.

Villa Vera and Zeljana are an absolute dream.The reviews are all true and even more! We cannot praise our host or the property enough. The villa and grounds are immaculate, spacious, well appointed and brilliantly thought out. Zeljana greeted us with 2 parking spaces, open arms and refreshments and fruit at the Villa. She is an outstanding host always quick to respond and helped us out with a host of inquires from facilitating a driver for a family trip to a referral for a dental emergency. The property has beautiful fruit trees that delight the senses on multiple terraces and we took full advantage of cooking fireside meals enjoying them under the covered patio overlooking the illuminated pool as the rain poured. Everything is close by and convenient. Our only problem was the weather and if Zeljana could have fixed that she would have! We will be back for sure and highly recommend!

We loved this rental. It’s beautifully decorated. Comfortable for staying in and entertaining, relaxing and having fun. Short walk to town and to the beach. Easy access to bus or taxi to Dubrovnik. Villa is beautiful, clean and well appointed. The cinema room was a favourite for the kids as well as the pool. Having friends staying in the apartment above was ideal. Zeljanda’s communication was brilliant and she went out of her way to help us with transfers and shopping. Location is great - a short walk down to the beach and Mlini and the climb back up helps with the fitness! We had a brilliant time and will definitely be going back!

We had an amazing time from start to finish, with out host Zeljana ensuring our check-in and check-our was seamless. The villa was beautiful, spotlessly clean and with all amenities, and the area of Mlini spoiling us with its choice of beaches, cafes and restaurants. Our only regret was not staying another week!

Fantastic stay!
Zeljana was a brilliant host from the moment we enquired about booking the villa, and throughout our stay. She went above and beyond to help us get settled in. Her villa was a delight. It was immaculate, with super comfy beds, AC and some great lounging areas for groups of friends or family. There's a beautiful sea view and the beach is walking distance, although the villa pool is such a treat that you might just want to spend your day/s relaxing there. Taxis to and from Dubrovnik were quick and easy and we even arranged for a boat trip departing just 5 mins walk from the villa. We'd love to go back !

This home was amazing! 5 stars! It had every amenity we could ever want, including a fantastic coffee maker. Everything about this home was quality, from the doors, couches, TVs, air conditioners, pool, to the kitchen supplies. We would absolutely stay here again. It was well worth every penny!

I booked Zeljana’s beautiful house for a family and friends girls’ getaway. Throughout, communication with Zeljana was great, very friendly, helpful & quick. Villa Vera ticked every box and I was told, it was even better in real life. I say, ‘I was told’ as unfortunately I tested positive for Covid the day of travel and was gutted that I couldn’t go! However, the rest of the ladies told me that they had just the best time and would definitely love to stay here again. Hopefully next time, I can go too!

Best Homestay ever
Everything about the listing is 100% correct. The view is outstanding. There is so much room in the house. The outdoor dining was fun and the kitchen is well equipped to make gourmet dinners. 2 Large showers and a big bathtub in the bathrooms should keep everyone happy. The host is handy for questions and usually gets back to you within a few minutes if you have questions. Overall, the best rental we have ever had. With a million dollar view.

We had a wonderful 10 days at Villa Vera Mlini. Our
stay was a family vacation and included my husband and I,our 2 daughters and their husbands, and our 3 grandchildren. The villa met our needs perfectly, and was lovely and clean.
The family enjoyed the pool and outside dining, as well as the theater room after long days of sightseeing. Zelijana was amazing! She welcomed us upon our arrival and even drove us to the supermarket for groceries when we arrived. This was so helpful, as we were exhausted after our long trip. Our brains were not quite functioning as we attempted to navigate our way thru the supermarket, Zelijana noticed our struggle and stepped right in to help us find what we needed.
The views from the villa were absolutely stunning! We had a family vacation that we will never forget!

Lovely Place to Stay
We spent a week in the villa following a visit to Rome and a 7 day cruise. The villa was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the local area. The host couldn’t do enough for us, was very nice and always available if we needed anything without being intrusive. The villa was amazing, plenty of room for our party of 8 with some lovely views of the bay. A short journey to Dubrovnik Old Town, which is a must to visit. Would highly recommend this to anyone considering it as an option.

A fantastic villa in a beautiful location with the most amazing sea views. The villa is so spacious with lots of different areas to sit and chill. Very clean and well equipped with everything you need. Fantastic pool and surrounding patio area. Wonderful villa in a beautiful area.
Our hostess always responded quickly & was really helpful. We were able to leave cases at the villa as we had an early flight. She gave us a really warm welcome.
The photos on the website do not do this property justice. It is fitted to a high standard with plenty of crockery, glasses etc. Everything is a high spec eg washing machine, showers etc. All bathrooms have a water heater do even with 7 adults we were not racing fir hot water as we have in other properties!
There is a wonderful TV /cinema room with comfortable sofas & Netflix. Perfect for a family night in or to escape the heat!
Excellent location & views. Perfect for exploring wonderful Dubrovnik, Cavtat & Lokrum . We also had some excellent meals on the front at Mlini.

Beautiful Villa and super helpful host
This property really does live up to its reviews. Upon arrival in the rain and with heavy suitcases it was a relief to be greeted by Zeiljana who was the perfect host. The property is great for entertaining and relaxing alike and is located midway between Dubrvonik and Mlini - ideal if you want to stay somewhere a little quieter. My mum stayed for some of the holiday and as her mobility was somewhat restricted, we therefore used Uber to get around (always available within 2-3 mins). It is hilly and lots of steps to restaurants and bars of local Mlini. however on the last night after she had gone home we ventured out in Mlini itself and it did not disappoint. Smaller and quieter than Cavtat but with just as much charm and restaurants with great food, it was the perfect end to the holiday. We loved the villa which was super clean and very spacious. We especially loved the cinema room for those nights where we just wanted to relax after busy days sightseeing. I would 100% recommend to anyone visiting the area.

A TRULY AMAZING VILLA!!
Zeljana, the property owner, is the perfect hostess - extremely friendly, kind, helpful and considerate to your individual needs. She responds immediately to any questions or queries you may have regarding your booking and also offers information on activities you may wish to pursue during your stay. Zeljana will arrange your airport transfers so you needn't worry about getting from and back to the airport, which is only 15 minutes away.
Her villa is truly amazing. We were blown away by the facilities and quality of accommodation which comprises; rooms for up to 10 guests, TV lounge, dining room, open plan lounge, extremely well-equipped kitchen, (covered) outdoor eating area, wonderful outdoor pool with loungers and sun canopy at the rear and, at the front, a balcony with wonderful sea views.
The villa is perfectly situated within the village of Mlini, just 10 minutes from Dubrovnik by road or 30 minutes by water taxi which is, by far, the better option.
We will certainly return to Croatia in the future and if that was to be with friends and/or family, we will not look any further than Villa Vera for our accommodation.
I could not recommend more highly this accommodation.

Where to start?????
This villa is amazing; beautifully furnished and equipped - the photos on the site really do not do it justice.
Zeljana was incredibly helpful; she was there when we needed anything .... anything at all.
There is quite a walk downstairs to get to the seafront but plenty of taxis that you can call upon if you don't fancy it.
To be fair, I think we could have stayed in the villa for all of our 4 night stay and been more than happy.
I would not hesitate to book this villa again.

Perfect Villa
We have left beautiful Villa Vera today after a fabulous Easter break. The villa is much better & bigger than in the pictures and perfect for our family of 10! Just a 10 minute ride from the airport and 15 minutes from Dubrovnik old town in an Uber or the bus stop outside! We loved the pool area although a little too cold to swim. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and spotless as was the whole villa and the beds very comfy! We visited Bistro G in Mlini where the food was amazing! We travelled to Cavtat on the bus and walked around the peninsula which was so picture perfect!! Zeljana was perfect host with anything we needed and the extra touches in the villa kitchen meant that we had all the condiments and tea & coffee etc we needed for the weekend!! Highly recommended - thank you!

Absolutely lovely!
What a wonderful place to enjoy with family. The home is much more beautiful than the pictures convey - with large eating areas inside and out, plus two separate spacious living rooms inside - so people can enjoy different activities simultaneously without interrupting one another. The bedrooms are all nice - and the bathrooms too. The way the home is integrated into the natural stone is amazing. The garden area is wonderful - especially if you visit while the clementines, mandarines, oranges, grapefruit and kiwis are in season. We loved the fresh fruit! The location is very convenient. Travelling to and from the airport and Dubrovnik takes only 15 minutes. You can walk to bakeries, a small grocery store, restaurants and even an IT shop in less than 5 minutes. A mall with a large grocery store is just one km away. On top of all of this, Zeljana is delightful: competent, friendly and professional - close enough to solve any problem quickly, but never intrusive. I cannot recommend this property highly enough. Lovely, spacious villa with private swimming pool.
We have recently returned from spending a lovely relaxing week at Villa Vera, Mlini. Zeljana arranged our transfer to and from Dubrovnik airport, and met us on our arrival at the villa and came to say "Good bye" at the end of our stay. She was very welcoming and friendly - happy to answer any questions and help in any way.
The villa was very clean and comfortable - providing us with everything we needed in terms of space and facilities to make our stay there very pleasant. The outdoor dining area and swimmmg pool were very well used!
From Mlini, Dubrovnik and Cavtat are easily accessible by bus ( the bus stop is less than 5 mins walk from the villa) or water taxi (.10 min walk).
We would return to Villa Vera!

Amazing everything!
We had such a wonderful time at Villa Vera Mlini. The house is amazing, the view, the location, the viliages, the country - everything. The house was perfect for our family of 7. Great common areas inside and out for dinners, watching world cup football, or hanging by the pool. Also plenty of space to be away from it all as well. We did not have a car, and so used Uber as our main way to get around. Walking down to Mlini is easy, but the main road you have to cross is quite busy.
What can I say about Ziljana our host! She did so much to help us! From arranging several transfers to/from the airport and to town, giving us a ride to the market to pick up groceries, checking on us during our stay to make sure we were ok. She always had a big smile on her face and was so friendly.
We highly recommend this property!

Beautiful Villa on the Adriatic!
This house is unbelievably beautiful! It is even more beautiful than the pictures! There are fantastic views from every window and the amazing terrace and pool! We had 4 people, but you could easily fit many more. The location is great! Just across the street and down to the beach, water taxi, and restaurants. Quick uber or water taxi into Old Town Dubrovnik. A lovely sanctuary. Would stay here again any time! Also, the host, Zeljana, was wonderful! She is extremely hospitable and was available for any questions and even took us to get groceries when we arrived! This is the place to place to stay if you want to see Dubrovnik!
