A Truly Delightful Stay at [Number 22 Castle street] From the moment I walked into my appartment, I was captivated by the elegance and comfort it offered. The design struck a perfect balance between modern sophistication and cozy charm. The room was impeccably clean, with high-quality furnishings that made it feel more like a luxurious retreat than just an appartment room. The bed was an absolute dream—plush, supportive, and adorned with soft, premium linens. I had some of the best sleep in recent memory. The attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the subtle lighting that created a relaxing ambiance to the thoughtfully placed outlets for convenience. The bathroom was another highlight. It was spacious, featuring a rainfall shower and a soaking tub that felt like a mini spa experience. The complimentary toiletries were high-end and smelled divine, adding a touch of indulgence to my stay. I particularly appreciated the little extras: a welcome basket with snacks and beverages, a coffee and tea with quality pods. The view from the window was spectacular, offering a serene glimpse of the town street

Everything. It was spotless and well laid out. The bed was so comfortable. There is literally nothing to fault. Every detail was thought of and communication was excellent.

Loved it all

The location was perfect. The car park was a lot closer than I expected. The cottage is absolutely beautiful and the bed is huge and extremely comfortable. The host went above and beyond, to accommodate my request for a little extra detail.

Een sfeervolle cottage in het centrum van Hay on Wye. Super schoon, fijne keuken en comfortabele bedden. De tuin is gezellig en ruim. Dicht bij de winkels. Het was als thuiskomen. We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Dank je wel Ali. Een absolute aanrader. Perfect!

Alles was prima. Geen negatieve ervaringen.

Breakfast was good. Fresh local bread from the bakers just down the street which made lovely toast and small pots of jam more than enough for two people. Their was plenty of kitchen appliances to do some cooking. Everything was in a good place so I did not have to look to hard to find the equipment. The fridge was a good size and had milk already in the fridge ready for making a hot drink. I slept well the furniture complimented the character of the house loved the hand printed lampshades. Everything was clean. Thank you.

When my sister slept on the sofa bed the mattress was uncomfortable and did not sleep well when she sleep on the sofa it was very comfortable. Otherwise I myself had a good nights sleep upstairs. The kitchen was a bit small but I managed to find everything I needed.

Location was great, super central. Food left for us was much appreciated - bread, eggs, milk etc. And late checkout was superb as well :)

Everything was perfect.

Beautiful apartment , cosy feel with lots of character. Very well equipped , well furnished and clean.. So convenient for all amenities. Our second visit and would happily return.

The bedroom stairs seem more challenging a few years on from our last visit ! They are a bit slippery so take care.
