The location. The toilets and showers were okay. The staff did their best but seemed unable to sort out our leaky yurt.

Our yurt leaked. We got back on our first evening and the bedding was damp/wet in parts. We received fresh bedding. By the next morning, this was damp too. Water was clearly coming in somewhere. I reported this to the desk. They said someone would have a look at the yurt during the day, while we were out. The woman on the desk in the evening didn't know anything about this or whether the yurt had been looked at. I asked if it was possible to move to another yurt but the site was fully booked. The bedding seemed dry when I checked it (it had been a much drier day). I woke up in the middle of the night and could feel that parts of my pillow and the top of the duvet were wet (it had rained in the night). I told the desk again, as we were leaving, that the yurt leaked.

staff super friendly and helpful - even during late arrival and helped with luggage back to the car. Yurt was comfy and spacious. Bed comfy. and all super clean. toilets/showers all good and hot. with hair dryers etc if that's your thing.

wish id stayed in one with a fire!

Extra daily parking charges - something like £8 a day. Even though the car park was near empty. Listing made it look like a standalone campsite, it was actually temporary festival camping

The staff were lovely. They cheerily accommodated our need to charge various electronic devices. Showers and toilets were top-notch.

The listing was ambiguous about location. it said “Two fields from festival,” but did not state that it was there were two festivals, one of which was on the other side of town. It also was not easy to find the accommodations from town. But once we got there, it was smashing.

The location and the beds were so comfortable

The ground sheet wasn’t attached properly so there were bugs in the yurt.
