The Deluxe room is spacious and has a beautiful view, the bed is comfortable, the housekeeping ladies are very attentive and cheerful, the receptionist is enthusiastic to support customers.

Les chambres sont grandes et propres ! Il y a de l'eau chaude et une super wifi ! L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal : pas très loin du lac et du night market ! Restaurant sympa à 5 min ! Pas bruyant du tout (un luxe pour le Vietnam 😂) ! Super rapport qualité prix je recommande vivement

When we walked in the smell was horrible. And our rooms were worse the smell. We asked for our money back but was told no. It’s filthy Hotel and at 8am a Congo hammer was drilling over our apartment.. I went to reception and brought staff up to hear the noise. All guests on our floor were complaining about the noise. Staff asked the Plummer to stop drilling .. about 5 min later it started again and didn’t stop. We packed up and left.

The bed was really uncomfortable with a few small stains in the room.

Hotel muito bem localizado, quarto limpo e confortável. Equipe da recepção nos ajudou com as passagens de ônibus.

Frigobar não estava funcionando, avisamos a equipe, porém não arrumaram. Ficamos por 5 dias e não tivemos limpeza de quarto nesse período, não sei se precisaríamos solicitar na recepção.

Good views from the rooms in higher floors, clean and pretty rooms, motorbikes can be parked inside for night and in front of the hotel for days. All in all good value for money.
