Perfect place for a family. Everything that you would need is there for you. The decor, the beds, the towels, etc are wonderful. The kids loved the pool and the hot tub. There is a park, shopping and many restaurants all within walking distance. Cleanliness*****

The condo was very clean and well stocked with any supplies you will need for your stay. It was very comfortable and a convenient location. Easy parking with extra amenities like a club house and heated pool.

Very clean and spacious unit right off the park. Also, they were very responsive to a maintenance issue late on Saturday night.. The smoke detector batteries were chirping and they sent an employee to fix the issue very quickly. I was impressed.

Our family enjoyed the property and proximity to Lift shuttle and Winter Park businesses! The unit is well appointed and spacious.

Our group truly enjoyed our stay at Trailhead Lodge 22. The facility was clean, we had one problem with the sliding glass door and that was fixed immediately. We needed linen for the rollout queen size blowup mattress and that was delivered immediately. We were close to the park we had so much fun and we would like to come again next year

Our group truly enjoyed our stay at Trailhead Lodge 22. The facility was clean, we had one problem with the sliding glass door and that was fixed immediately. Great apartment, wonderful stay
We visited Winter Park from Australia on a ski holiday and stayed at Trailhead 822 for the first four days of our vacation. The apartment is excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is spacious and well equipped and in a great location to explore the Winter Park township. Our kids loved the pool and the hot tub was great after a day's skiing. We also loved going ten pin bowling, tubing and playing at Hideaway Park just over the road and also exploring the restaurants in town.
The only negatives were the oven not working, the lack of a supermarket in town and the bus service to the resort and to Fraser which we found fairly unreliable and often just didn't turn up. We didn't have a car and so relied on the bus to get around. In ski season it can be brutally cold waiting at the bus stops with the kids. If you had a car none of this would be an issue though. On balance, the apartment was brilliant, the location excellent and the communication from Winter Park Lodging Company was also first class. Thoroughly recommend both the apartment and the Lodging Company.

Fantastic Location - Very Comfortable
Great location in the town of Winter Park, we didn't need a car...easy to walk everywhere and the shuttle was super convenient. The condo was very spacious for a 2 bedroom and a comfortable place to hang out when not on the slopes.

This property was in an ideal location for hiking, biking, and walking to restaurants in town. The location is across from a park ideal for families with young kiddos. The condo was very clean and well stocked. Cleanliness is always at the top of my list in reading reviews and this home was spotless. I recommend this property and will plan on staying again.

We chose the property because it was close to a park and had a pool for our 5 yr. Olds to play. The unit itself was very nice, clean and comfortable. The amenities were great. We used the pool, weight room and club house. It was very nice being able to walk to so many shops and restaurants. The lodging company was extremely helpful in helping us find a babysitter so we could do a long hike one day also. Everyone had a great time, we will stay here again.

Great stay
Condo was great. The people that we worked with leading up to our visit were on top of evertyhing. We told them our number one, two and three concern was cleanliness - not just the kind where you wipe crumbs off of a counter - we wanted the kind of clean where you felt like you could walk around without shoes and could tell that everything was was wiped cleaned. Everything exceeded our expectations. No negatives. All good.. Would definitely stay there again if we weren't going to stay ski in/ ski out.

Great Location & Great Management Company
My family has always liked staying at the Trailhead Lodge. The condos are well laid out and comfortable for our family of 5. The pool and hot tub are great to have as well. This particular combo was very comfortable. In addition, Winter Park Lodging Company is a great, attentive management company. I appreciate their text messages to check in and to ensure everything is up to par. They were able to accomodate a later check out for my family when I asked and, overall, were very professional and intent on great customer service and making sure I had a fantastic experience. Thanks!

Perfect Spot
The condo was just perfect for our family! It was spotless and cozy. We cooked a couple nights and went out a couple nights. We absolutely took advantage of the hot tub after a day of skiing. Our only complaint would be that the elevator was out and made bringing up our gear a little cumbersome.
MANAGER COMMENTS: So sorry for elevator malfunction. The buildiging owners have assured us they are on top of keeping on top of those elevators going forward this season and are currently checking in on each of them for resets/updates. Please do always let us know when those thing happen and we can let them know ASAP.

Nice place, great stay
We spent several weeks in Trailhead 822. The furnishings were tasteful, beds were comfortable, and kitchen was well-equipped. We return to Winter Park every summer, and we would be happy to rent this unit again. Also, Winter Park Lodging did an excellent job of overseeing the reservation and helping out with information and questions.
Manager Comment: For sure late summer is the best time to be in Winter Park, but come back any time. We would love to host you again.

Beautiful Unit and excellent customer service
Guests had a great stay. After many flight delays and a hairy trip over the pass in June snow, the unit was warm and inviting! The check in was smooth and everyone slept well.

Very Enjoyable Stay
We couldn't have been more pleased with our accommodations at the Trailhead Lodges. Our unit was very pleasant, clean and the staff was super responsive to our questions and requests. The location was great too! Thank you for making our "home away from home" for our ski trip comfortable and enjoyable.
