Luxurious Winter Retreat
Esta espaciosa casa de 5 dormitorios con una gran piscina a poca distancia de Indian Wells Tennis Gardens (evento de tenis BNP Paribas). Ubicación perfecta para Coachella y diligencia. Se puede ir andando al parque Indian Wells Tennis Garden y al servicio de traslado / autobús.
Gran 2 pisos 5 dormitorios, 3 baños hogar con dos salas de estar y comedor. El patio trasero es ideal para entretenerte o descansar junto a la piscina de más de 50 pies o para disfrutar de una cena al aire libre.

The house is lovely, clean, and David goes above and beyond in providing a beautiful atmosphere, comfortable surroundings, and thoughtful necessities, like garbage bags and soaps, and detergents. We were pleasantly surprised, having shown up to other rentals with nothing but a roll of toilet paper. We did not heat the pool (end of March) and our 5 kids had a ball swimming and then occasionally warming in the hot tub. We so loved our stay!

Our family visiting from the East Coast had a wonderful stay in David's turnkey home in La Quinta. Wonderfully stocked with home use supplies, linens, and pool paraphernalia. Excellent communication from David from start to finish. Definitely would like to rent property again in the future.

This place is perfect for a group of families or friends. Large kitchen/living space was amazing for socializing and sharing meals. Backyard with spa/pool and outdoor kitchen was well utilized as well.
Place was very clean and well appointed. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms with very comfy beds.
David was one of the best hosts we’ve ever experienced. Incredibly responsive and patient with instructions. Thank you David - we will be coming back soon!

We had a great time staying at this property. David was great to work with and everything went smoothly for check in, the stay, and check out. The house was well stocked with everything (and more) to have a comfortable stay. We used the kitchen quite a bit for our stay and the grill outside was great to have for meals. We opted to heat the pool which was a good idea as the weather was cool. The kids loved the pool and hot tub and the heater that was on the patio was perfect for our families to sit under to spend evenings. The location was really great-we went to the zoo which was a highlight and hiked in Joshua Tree National Park. We would recommend this property and if we returned to the area would rent it again

Our family travels often, and this is by far one of the best rentals we've had. It was very clean and the all the bedrooms had comfortable beds and nice linens. The owner did not skimp on anything...there were plush towels, high-quality bath products, a stocked kitchen, and a lovely pool. Plenty of restaurants and retail close to the house too. The pool is huge, long enough to even swim laps in it. The owner was responsive, welcoming, and helpful. I would highly recommend this property!

The house and this property were stunning. It contained everything you could possibly need to enjoy your vacation. The pool and Jacuzzi were awesome the kitchen is fully stocked with everything that you would need in the bedrooms are immaculate. It is close to everything there is to do in the Palm Desert Valley. I would highly recommend this property to anybody who’s looking to go to the Palm Desert Valley.

Great stay here!
We came to the area to watch pro tennis. This home was perfect for us. We could walk right over to the courts in about 10 minutes. David, the owner, was professional, thorough and communicated well. The pool was also nice as it was hot! And the home is spotless!!

Glass house
The place itself is beautiful the scenery outside is beautiful but you literally can’t do anything. absolute quiet is required. Library voices the sign read. No music outside and the owner will text you because there is noise detectors outside.. I felt like I was Being watched. Neighbors aren’t happy to have renters either. Uncomfortable situation I just wanted to relax with music and drinks by the pool with my family and we couldn’t do that

Lovely Weekend in the Sun
Davids home was well stocked and laid out for our family vacation. We had young kids and babies who enjoyed the pool around the clock. Everything we needed was provided and thoughtful. Plenty of space to spread out and relax. Would rent this home again. Thank you!

Wonderful place to stay on vacation
We had an amazing stay at this property. The property is in a great location, very clean, and exceptional service from the owner. The house had everything to make your stay comfortable with a beautiful view from the master suite over the golf course. The backyard area and pool was perfect to relax and unwind. Amazing home with beautiful pool overlooking golf course!
This is a wonderful, spacious home overlooking a quiet golf course with great view of the surrounding mountains. Very quiet neighborhood close to great places to get food, coffee and hike. The pool is great and not too deep for little ones, includes a large hot tub, baja shelf and great backyard, well-let patio. David seamlessly managed our stay all the way through, extremely responsive and organized. Plenty of amenities, kitchen supplies and great linens! Our two daughters loved the home, we didn't even use half of the space, but fun to explore while indoors. Extremely clean and easy to use wifi, TV, etc. Can't wait to return in the Spring!

Great Desert Retreat
Working with David, the owner, was so easy. He was very fast to respond to questions and also VERY helpful! Although we only stayed for a short time, the house was lovely and I wished we could have stayed longer. The beds were super comfortable and the AC worked great (especially since it was 108 outside)! The house is great for large groups as it is very big and everyone can still feel like they have their own space. The pool was beautiful. This was a great property! Thank you David!

Birthday getaway
We had two families (4 adults and 5 kids) who stayed here for a birthday weekend. Honestly we never left the house except for 1 grocery run. There was plenty of space. Everyone had fun in the pool and we grilled both nights on a very nice grill. It was relaxing! David was helpful when we needed it. We will definitely come back!

Family Getaway at amazing home
Two families of 4 stayed for three nights. The house was very spacious and had everything we needed. Fully stocked kitchen, cleaning supplies, extra towels, blankets, pillows, etc. The house and yard was clean and the pool was one of the biggest we have ever rented. Neighborhood was quiet and close to nearby shopping and restaurants.
Each room also had tv and Netflix.
Owner was very responsive and provided timely procedures of check in and check out.
Will definitely stay again!!!

Amazing owner, awesome experience!
David was so responsive and his property exquisite. We had a corporate event in the surrounding area and his home was the perfect fit for our team of executives given that surrounding accommodations were mostly sold out. Everything was well maintained, close to what we needed, and David's interaction with me and my team were better than could have been expected. I would not hesitate to stay here again, and work with this owner again.

This place was exactly what we were hoping for and a little more in just about every way. Very clean, very comfortable, great location and great parking, the owner communicates well and left great instructions on how to use the house, lots of little touches and thoughtful extras for us when we arrived, AMAZING pool, and just a really lovely place to spend time in La Quinta/Indian Wells. our whole group loved it and we would absolutely stay here again.

Great house in a centralized location.
The house was great! David made sure we had all the information we needed to be comfortable. We make an annual golfing trip, and usually stay at one if the resorts. This year we decided to try something different and we’re glad we did. We had plenty of room to socialize, and our own rooms when privacy was need. The house was nicely decorated, the kitchen was fully equipped, and towels were provided. The location of the house was close to popular golf courses and our favorite restaurants. We we return to the area , we will likely try to stay here again.
