It was quiet, and the pool was nice.

I never got told the code for the door, I was lucky someone else was going into the resort at night. No restaurant or bar inside the resort, food whatsoever, that should be a must!

The view of the pool was lovely. The apartment was simply furnished and modern and comfortable. The terrace was pleasant and big enough. The whole development had a pleasant sense of space. The water feature in the pool which gives a gentle waterfall sound is very relaxing.

Part of the area in front of the apartment is bare soil and the terrace would be much improved if this was tiled to match the rest of the terrace. This has been done with some of the other units.

It wasn't clean when we arrived. The sofa bed didn't have sheets and the mattress was disgusting. We ended up using only the twin beds which weren't comfy at all. It's too expensive for what it is.

The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The hotel is close to the dunes with great pools and updated facilities. It was a great first day in the Grand Canaries!

- The person of the reception was very kind and helpful. - The check in is normally at 16 but I got my room at 12.30

- The price for the room looks quite interesting but you need to pay extra 7 euros per day for the WIFI (only available for free in the reception). The total price is then comparable to other hotels that propose the WIFI for free. - There was no chairs around the pool, I assume this restriction is due to Covid, but in many other hotels there are chairs around the pool and a disinfectant solution that is recommended to spray before using a chair. It was not enjoyable to be in the pool and sit on the floor

We didnt like to be asked to leave 100 euros as a deposit or leave all our card details including the security code. It is absurd and makes you feel unsafe. Once we went to the room all the furniture was broken and old. The terrace was dirty and full of cat hair. We couldnt sit there cuz all the chairs were broken. The bathroom was smelly. Internet is overprice. We will never return here

It was very nice to get the wine as a present. Large enough room for two people, comfortable bed. quiet neighbors, a sense of security

cold water in the pool, restaurant that does not work, problems with induction tiles. There were problems with cleaning (black hair was on the bad,at the floor, but I'm blond) perhaps the staff did not have enough time to better prepare the room
