A fantastic spacious well appointed apartment with a private terrace overlooking gardens & beyond to the sea. San Agustin is a quieter resort with easy bus service to other areas of the island.

Happy to report that there was nothing we didn't like.

The view and the silence. Helpful, kind staff.

No easy beach access.

Our staying here was very comfortable. Apartment is very spacious and we had place for anything we wanted. Also we had everything we even didn’t think about, like beach towels, pool towels, all dishes, glasses, coffee filters and so on. everything is new. The terrace is extremely nice! And the ocean view also. Much time spent on the green lawn watching ocean ) the terrace has sunblind, so we could regulate tanning. Surely we will rent again and recommend it.

Small Privately Owned Complex. Exceptionally clean and spacious apartment. Although not strictly Adults only as some owners take their families it was very peaceful. The apartment known as the “Jungle Suite” has a lot of bushes surrounding the patio, at first I thought they were slightly too high and hid the view but they were excellent for privacy as people liked to meet opposite the apartment to watch the sunset from the old bar and the patio was superb for dining outside with its furniture. Although we did not meet the owner, Eduardo was very much on hand via his mobile and very helpful and accommodating.

Very MINOR points. 1. there was no safe, but actually with secure gate entrance and meeting the other residents my concerns soon faded. 2. The apartment had super cleanliness standards including the mattress protector, unfortunately as there was also a very comfortable topper on the bed the cover was slightly too small and therefore slipped off the corners during the night. But a super clean and comfortable bed. 3. Swimming pool was gorgeous to look at but freezing in Dec/Jan as not heated. most people were braver than me!

This is a wonderful apartment with a great outdoor area, pool and views down the coast. The furnishings are very modern and there is plenty of space. Though on the ground floor some bushes provide a private area like a balcony and good outdoor scenary.

Proactive comunication from the host. Recieved a lot of support when sorting out the car that was draged out by the police due to bad parking. Appartement is really beautiful with very nice view of the ocean. It is clean. and very well equiped. Nice quiet location with only 5 minutes walk to supermarket, restaurants and the beach

The view and the garden is gorgeous and very calming. The kitchen is very well equipped and the space was very comfortable. The location is good as it is easy to access the beach and there is a grocery store nearby. The internet was very fast and stable. The pool was very clean and refreshing.

The apartment could have been cleaner when we moved in as there were stains on the kitchen and bathroom counters. The first night we were visited by a couple of cockroaches that found their way from the garden door into the apartment. The following days we made sure to keep the balcony door closed and we got no new visits.

Very calm, the swimming pool was super nice and daily cleaned. The terrace was excellent for lunch and afternoon nap in not too hot days.

When we arrived the apartment was not properly cleaned but after letting the staff know they came immediately the day after and also gave us a complementary cleaning a week later. Much appreciated. Parking was not always easy to find, but we understood that it is quite common in the area to have difficulty with parking. Easier to get taxi..
