A large apartment over two floors with nobody above or below. Very clean and comfortable with great communication from the host. Fantastic location 2 minutes from rhre shambles

Great location, only a very short walk into the heart of the city. Lots of bars and restaurants within 5 mins walk. The apartment was immaculate and very nicely furnished, beds super comfy. A parking space was an absolute bonus in such a city centre location. Good communication from the owners.

We stayed Thursday to Saturday. On a Friday morning all the glass bins are collected from about 5am. this goes on for what seems like ages. Friday night the noise on the street goes on until 2am. Saturday morning at 6am noise starts again. If you are staying - take the room at the back and you will be happy.

Great location in center of York. Very easy to walk to pick up groceries, see key tourist sites, lots of restaurants & shops around. Parking on site was added bonus.

It didn't bother us, but was a surprise that people on the top level of the double decker buses were eye level to us sitting in the living room. We had a laugh everytime one went by, but maybe some curtains or shade that cover the lower portion of the windows there would be nice.

Perfect location. In the heart of York. We parked our car and didn't use it again until our departure. Everything is within walking distance. Property is well equipped and stylish

Located in a great part of the city to make walking to attractions easy!

The street tended to be noisy at night if you’re in the front bedroom. The bedrooms needed fans.

The location is great, the flat itself is spotless. car parking is available on site which is really handy. I would definitely recommend this flat.

the only thing that lets it down is the noise of a night time. there are some bars nearby so you do hear groups of people being quite loud all hours of the morning.

Foot traffic was a little noisy in the front bedrooms but didnt ruin our stay. As there was only 4 of us staying the spare room was perfect if you have a snorer and forgotten your ear plugs. 🤣

This apartment has an excellent location with all the main attractions and restaurants within easy walking distance. it also has its own private parking, behind gates in a dedicated parking bay. The apartment was clean, spacious with good Wi-Fi, Netflix, and has everything you could need. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for and I would certainly use this apartment again when visiting York. Highly Recommended.

The two front bedrooms were very noisy. The location was great and central but secondary glazing would definitely help as earplugs only helped with the noise a little.

Excellent location. Lots of cool bars, cafes, restaurants, boutique shops and supermarket on your doorstep. The apartment was bigger than we expected, handy having 2 toilets, heating worked immediately, comfy beds, good quality furniture, Alexas, good hairdryers in all bedrooms, usb charging points, lots of comfy seating in the living room, outdoor seating on terrace at back....be ideal in summer and a bonus having parking included.

Little bit noisy since it's in the city as you'd expect but we quite enjoyed the atmosphere and the back bedroom is nice and quiet if that bothers you. Some of the kitchen crockery/cutlery/pans were not washed properly but everything else was very clean. An extra set of keys would have been really useful.

Location is really good and apartment is very comfortable for a family, 4 in our case. Plenty of sofa space. A little noisy if you can't shut the windows properly (see comment below) but overall a pretty good place to stay. Needs to be priced a bit more competatively as well.

The general maintenance though leaves much to be desired. For exampe we could not shut/lock one of the lounge windows but fixed this ourselves after 30 mins of difficult fiddling. Blind broke but again we managed to fix. Bathroom and kitchen taps are not screwed down tight enough and rotate as you turn them on or off. I coudl go onm, but overall we did enjoy our stay here, but maintenance is poor. Looking at the guest book many others have experienced similar and other issues, but little effort has been taken to resolve them it seems.

Although the apartment said it could sleep up to 6 people the crockery in the cupboards only catered for 4 people and some of that was chipped.

The location was perfectly situated, close to shops, restaurants and easy to get to all attractions. A beautiful property couldn’t of asked for better.
