Nice and comfort 3/2 house 10 minutes to Disneyland or Knotts

Although we were allowed to check in early, which we were grateful for, the house was dirty and the AC didn’t function properly and then the property owner tried to charge us extra saying one of the comforters was torn up, which was FALSE!!!

The proximity to Disneyland and my relatives was perfect. The house was spacious in a quiet neighborhood. It could use some updates to its ventilation system. Vents and fans were very dusty. The house could use a deep clean. Backyard was full of dead leaves on the ground. I thought it lacked some kitchen and cleaning necessities.m. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Home was as advertised. Our family of 7 enjoyed staying here and the proximity to Disneyland. Home could have used a nice deep clean but was not a dealbreaker. We initially had an issue with the AC not cooling but messaged the property manager and the issue was resolved by the time our family got home from dinner. Would highly recommend and would book again

Liked the location, the neighborhood, and the business end of things. Host answered my question quickly, and the structure of the house is nice. However, this house is in great need of a deep cleaning. Floor was sticky, walls were dirty, baseboards were visibly grimey. The bathrooms were not comfortable, because the tile, floor, grout, and toilet were dirty. The back porch needs some tlc and didn't feel welcoming due to the yard debris and dust. The coffee pot is tiny, slow, and built up with calcium. I look foward to good coffee when traveling and was disappointed. I feel like the home could be made more homey and welcoming with the addition of hooks to hang things in the entryway, and more tables, nightstands, and shelves. We had to put our belongings on the floor. Overall, this property has great potential but needs a DEEP cleaning, an updated coffeepot, and more furniture to increase the comfort of it's guests.

The property needs good cleaning! The house smells of mildew, bathrooms are filthy, mattress need to be replaced, furniture need upgrade, the back yard needs to be swept and dishes are mismatched. We had to purchase air freshener, cleaning supplies and hand soap.

This want my favorite VRBO we've stayed in. Needs a good deep cleaning and new mattresses. Living room situations weren't great for our group of 7. Also would have liked dishwasher detergent or towels and washcloths to do the dishes.

Close to Disneyland and shops are around the corner. Lin was very good with communication when we needed a couple of things attended to and he had them sorted straight away. great neighbourhood. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this property as it was close to Disneyland. It was about 15 minutes with traffic and all sometimes 22 minutes. A very nice home with a nice front and backyard. You can tell it is a home that belongs to our family and they left it for others to be able to enjoy all the while to be able to have some income. They had enough amenities; they even had extras (spices and foods). They had a very nice washer and dryer. This home was a home, so to speak not just an investment property as I had recently in a Fresno area stay. Thanks for letting us stay at your home.

Thank you for letting us stay in your property! Overall we were mostly pleased, we loved the lemon tree in the back yard. That was awesome! The sofa cushions need to be replaced. The bedding seemed old and the mattress should also be replaced. The front yard's flower beds seem to be trampled and should be updated. One huge disappointment was the fact that you had 3 bedrooms but NONE are attached to a bathroom. While there are 2 bathrooms, the one with the bathtub would not allow us to stopper the bathtub so as to take a bath. This should also be addressed.

Lin was very responsive to my questions upon arrival. Home was clean and stocked. Only 10 min drive to Disneykand and has beds for infants and toddlers. We will definitely be returning.

This was my first experience in a VRBO house. I wanted something that would fit myself, husband, two kids, and my mother. And a hotel is just rough with so many people for a week.
This house has three bedrooms, many options for beds, two living areas, two bathrooms, a dining area, a kitchen, a laundry area in the back, and a gorgeous backyard.
There was plenty of space for my family, we weren't on top of each other. There are TVs in the living areas (none in bedrooms) and plenty of accommodations to make your stay easy and comfortable. (Including Wifi)

The communication with the host was fantastic.
Fantastic property, wonderful location (about 15 minutes from Disneyland - 5 from Porto's Bakery), great management, no issues.

On first impression the property was beautiful inside and out. The only issue was that it just felt dirty. The towels were old and crusty, the sink and shower looked and felt dirty. And there was a bunch of lint and hair under the bed that caught onto the blanket and landed on my sons face as he was sleeping on the bed that slides under. Overall it was an ok stay but I wouldn’t stay here again.

It took me 2 hours to clean the home with my daughter to feel okay enough to stay ! There was a smell once we opened the door ! Found they have mold in the back bathroom ! Super dirty floors with a sticky residue on them ! The sheets were dirty and the towels stiff ! The vents in all rooms black dirty ! The kitchen nasty and not child proof at all, has a knife set in a lower cabinet where a child could get too ! The cleansers left all there dirty mops and cleaning supplies outside In back yard right in the patio where kids can get into and shows the nasty dirty mops ! In kitchen had a old dirty sponge that I wouldn’t even use in the bathroom ! The bathrooms both dirty and had old dirty plungers with well you know stuck on them ! Most horrible experience!!! I would never stay here again that’s for sure ! The couches old and horrible so broken down not comfortable at all !! Go somewhere else don’t stay here !!’

Good location with easy access to property and nearby attractions. Property was not quite what is advertised, however. Was lacking in cleanliness, availability of bath towels, kitchen linens were non-existent, and paper goods missing. Would not stay here again.

Good enough for our needs
The house was large enough for our family of 4, decor was pretty, beds comfy, and neighborhood quiet. The kitchen was adequate but a few improvements like new silverware, new measuring spoons, and clean out the hot water kettle would make it much nicer. The first shower was unusable - needs attention. And lightbulbs need changing in kids room. Thank you.

The house was spacious in a great location and neighborhood. The beds and furnishings were comfortable, and the towels were very luxurious. But a deep cleaning is needed. The grout on all the tile in the bathrooms had dirt and mold, and my new white socks were very dirty after a bit of walking around in the house.

The house was very well taken care of, clean and in a nice neighborhood. It was very spacious, well organized and adorably decorated. The owner was very nice and responded to all my inquirys incredibly quickly. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice place for a group of people.
Very clean and spacious place with lots of seating. We had plenty of room for the 4 of us.
The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because there was a slight ant problem in the back bathroom. Other than that it was a great house and I would rent it again!
