Pros - location is great, walking distance to the pier and Splash Cafe, Brads, the beach, etc. etc. 2 bikes were on site but not used. Unit was very clean and well stocked with utensils, plates, etc. Beach towels and chairs were available but not used as we brought our own. Views from 3rd and 4th floor balconies were good. Cons - low water pressure in master bath and kitchen. Door handle to 3rd floor balcony was broke but deadbolt worked fine. 3 sets of stairs! It would have been nice if the elevator had been available although we understand the reasons why...

The property was fantastic. We enjoyed the location, the views and the comforts of the home.

Stayed here for the Pismo Beach Classic Car Show weekend. The location was perfect. Off the main street, but close enough to walk everywhere. We were very happy with how clean and well-maintained everything was. The roof top deck was great. It was perfect for watching the car cruise along Price St. A big bonus was being able to use the garage for my husband's classic car. The only negative thing was we wished we had decided to stay longer!

This property was perfectly located for walkability to everything you need in Pismo...we only needed our car when we went to Avila beach for the afternoon. We walked to breakfast both mornings we were there and walked to the pier with our 3-year-old and 1-yr-old (in stroller) the day we arrived. If you do have younger kids, be aware that there are a lot of stairs, but baby gates are available and you get better about leaving what you need on the floors you need them. The garage was huge and a great add, and we loved having the doors open to the balcony.

The house was perfect for our group of friends. Plenty of room and lots of amenities. Checking in was so easy and the location was perfect

Spacious, luxurious, and very comfortable. A large kitchen and living room, plus two large bedrooms with private baths worked well for the weekend with friends. Great location!!

We were blown away by the space! Large kitchen, a bathroom in each room & awesome patio on the roof. The location was great, just a block from the beach & easy walking to restaurants & shops. The condo was adequately stocked with everything needed to prepare meals, beach chairs & bikes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there & would definitely stay there again, we just loved it!

This house was perfect. It was walking distance from everything. The house was super clean and comfortable. The views were great in a quiet neighborhood 👌. I highly recommend it and will definitely be staying here again the next time we come to Pismo. The amenities were great and exceeded our expectations. We were able to do so much more and it was very comfortable.

Location is unbeatable, big 2 car garage with a couple bikes, great as a 1 car garage. The house was a solid 2 bedroom with an amazing location near everything you really need, all restaurants and the pier. A little pricy but all nice places in pismo seem to be. We traveled with our baby so we need a kitchen so that helped. Would stay again

This place makes you feel like your at home. Spacious bedrooms living area highly recommended. The location is perfect, everything is walking distance. The sunset from the top of the roof is beautiful.

The place is very spacious and close to restaurants and the beach. It has a nice kitchen but being close to restaurants and cafes we hardly used it. We will definitely stay there again.

Had a rough time getting into the unit due to a key box issue. Once we finally got in all the frustrations went away. It’s a fantastic place to stay and the roof top was definitely our favorite feature!! Would definitely stay again and definitely would recommend.

It is not recommended that this property be rented until the owner updates the entry to include a keyless touch pad lock. Upon arrival we were the first of two couples to stay at the property. We were able to gain access to the garage, which does have a touch pad lock. To gain access to the rental we tried two different lock boxes at the front door with the code that was provided by the owner, both lock boxes were non-functioning. Being locked out is an unfortunate and frustrating situation for both the owner and the renter, and after a call and text to the owner she was able to assist us by stating, "We are having lockbox issues...Gotta go all the way to the far left and walk behind the units to get it.. Take your phone it will be dark". Dark, bushes, mud and formal wear do not mix well. We were also told by the owner that the same"We are having lockbox issues" information had been emailed to us before our arrival. Unfortunately I never received this message nor did the others who stayed there through an email. Also, unfortunately, the emergency key was lost on our second night by one of the four guests, as a result access to the property was impossible and we slept in our car until a locksmith could arrive at our expense the following morning. Three lockboxes, two of which had known problems, one key and a locksmith all could have been avoided with having a similar keypad on the front door as is on the garage.

Very roomy, lots of light in the living area, view of the ocean from the roof-top deck (bring binoculars, we got to see whales spouting). Pismo is very walk-able from here, so used car only for more distant adventures.

The property was great. I would definitely stay there again. We did have an issue with the look box and it took a while to get a hold of the property manager. The only other suggestions would be to have the propane on the roof top and not in the garage. I had to carry it up three flights of stairs.

We loved staying here! This location was perfect. The rooftop fire pit overlooking the water was even better than expected! The rooms we’re a good size, clean and comfortable. We would definitely return! Unfortunately we had some issues with the lockbox, but if that’s updated this place would be a 10/10!

Everything about this place is correct, great location, perfect for 2 couples, each has their own bathrooms in their bedrooms. Place was clean and no issues. Would rent again if in this location.

This is a wonderful location for anyone wanting to experience the town by walking. The listing was 100% accurate. The property is very clean. We would only caution anyone who might have issues with stairs. But having bedrooms on separate floor permitted quiet use of kitchen and living room. Easy garage parking is another big plus!

Location is great. Very comfortable. Easy walk to the beach. Good beach gear provided. Kitchen was a little sparse. Could use some more cups, bowls, measuring cups. Otherwise everything was great!

This property was exactly as shown and was delightful for our trip. Especially nice was the very large garage that would accommodate two vehicles and the property location. The location is a quiet location and very easy walking to the downtown area. There were a couple of minor things I could have used but I will know to bring my own next time (wash cloths & pot holders) no big deal at all. When we return to Pismo Beach we will definitely check into renting this property again. Melinda did not respond to my two emails which is the reason for the low communication rating.

This beach rental exceeded our expectations! Spacious kitchen, living room area, and even a rooftop with ocean views. Extremely clean and quiet as well (I read some reviews about freeway noise but it didn't bother us at all). The two car garage was also clutch. We would definitely stay again!

nice, two level (+patio with a fireplace-table on the roof) townhouse in a quiet part of Pismo Beach, a 5 minute walk from the center and two block from the ocean. Easy check in, parking for two cars. Some noise from a highway (about two blocks away), otherwise quiet. Very pleasant stay, hard to imagine anything better.
