Fantastic 2 bedroom 2 bath condo!!!
Tengo un condominio de dos dormitorios y dos baños. Está en Aransas Pass a 2 millas del puente del ferry y minutos de Rockport. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size y el dormitorio de invitados tiene una cama queen size. El sofá hace a una cama de matrimonio. Este condominio se encuentra en una comunidad cerrada. Pase noches cálidas relajándose en la planta baja mientras asa en la parrilla de barbacoa. En la planta baja encontrará un refrigerador / congelador adicional, juegos y juego de mesa y silla. Disfruta de buena compañía y conversación arriba en el patio delantero. Una cuadra más es un parque acuático y un gran parque de la ciudad. (210) 723-7101

Everything was good. Bathrooms, Bedrooms, living room and kitchen had pretty much everything we needed. My parents loved it and so did my girls. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable, quiet, well maintained home for our stay in Aransas Pass. The location worked perfectly for us as it was near our favorite fishing spots. Also near some delicious restaurants and grocery store.

Over all the place where we stayed was quite and loved the gated entrance to the property. Only concern was the place Had a smell that we could not figure where it came from came from. Loved the sentsey pot this helped. We loved the stay and would stay again.

Properly location was great! Loved it was gated but the gates are finicky. Properly management needs to look at a new cleaning company. They left a 1/2 eaten pizza & drinks in the fridge & wet solo cups on the counter. Other than that everything was great! We would stay here if they could guarantee the kitchen was clean. Also the recliner was broke, needs to be replaced.

Properly location was great! Loved it was gated but the gates are finicky. Properly management needs to look at a new cleaning company. This cute home was clean, spacious and very peaceful, and quiet! We were there only for a couple of days, a quick getaway. The beach is not far, maybe 15-minute drive via the Ferry (which is free). You also have the option to go to the beach via Corpus Christi (which is about 20 mn away) if you want to avoid the ferry trip. All in all, Aransas Pass is a lovely quiet town, with relatively close beach access from the property. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Great Home Great Location
Great house, great location, quiet neighborhood, clean and family friendly. Ample boat parking. Minimal thru traffic, felt comfortable leaving the boat while spending a day at the beach. Will definitely book this home again in the future.

Our stay was comfortable and convenient to every place we wanted to visit: Corpus, Rockport, and Port Aransas.The owners were very responsive to all of our questions. Looking forward to staying here in our future trips to the coast.
