The villa was so spacious, clean, peaceful, well equipped and comfortable. We enjoyed all the en-suite bathrooms, balconies, pool and large kitchen. It was great having access to all the kitchen and laundry utilities whilst we stayed there. Claudia was a gracious hostess and recommended us to the best local tourist activities.

Villa is amazing and has everything you need (except maybe a larger jug for sangria 😉). Great location only a short walk to two local mini markets and about 2-3 miles to the next town (which we walked a couple of times) and has some great restaurants. We were a party of 5 so required a larger Uber which cost just under 10 euro to the old town and 6 euro to the supermarket (Aldi). We had an amazing time and our two year old absolutely loved her holiday home and wanted to stay there forever. The only thing I would say is as the pool isn’t heated it was a bit cold for our 2 year old because of the time of year but apart from that couldn’t fault the Villa, Claudia or her family.

Amazing villa for our family holiday. Very private, no noise round about. Easy to walk to small supermarket/coffee shop approx 10 mins or slightly longer walk to Aldi (25 mins) and Uber back. We enjoyed the space the Villa gave us all with the large kitchen and BBQ area. Large pool and garden area to enjoy the sunshine. Spotlessly clean and towels and bedlinen changed during our stay.

Just returned from a 10 day holiday at this superb Villa in Albuferia. We were a party of 7 with plenty of room in this spacious Villa with excellent facilities. 4 bedrooms with 3 en-suite and a shower room for the 4th bedroom. Kitchen is large and stocked with everything you need. New large fridge/freezer and washing machine in the utility room. Villa is in a quiet safe neighbourhood and the only occasional sound is the Cockerel next door. Large dishwasher in the kitchen which was well used. Travelling around is easy with Uber only 3-4 euros to The strip, Santa Eulalia beach and the new Aldi II. Old town 5-6 euros. Claudia and her family were excellent hosts with the pool cleaned regularly and linen and towels changed. Nice garden with 5 different fruit trees as well. Lovely sized pool with plenty of comfortable sunloungers. We would highly recommend this Villa. Michael Sept 2023

This is an absolutely perfect villa. Like a lot of the other reviews have already mentioned, the photos really don’t do it justice. Spacious rooms with a massive amount of storage, all spotlessly clean. Local amenities a 10 minute walk away and an Aldi 5 minutes in an (insanely cheap) Uber! Claudia was absolutely brilliant right from the first inquiry. Any questions we had leading up to our stay were answered promptly, and a couple of requests we had were absolutely no issue. Just returned from a fantastic 10 nights at this villa. From booking to arrival the host Cláudia was fantastic making the whole process really easy - we even booked our transfers from the airport through her at a very reasonable price. The villa itself is absolutely brilliant - it has everything you need should you want to use it as just a base or wish to spend more time there and self cater. The kitchen is well equipped with all you need and the BBQ area is brilliant. The pool is lovely as are the gardens. Four spacious bedrooms (3 en-suite) can comfortably sleep up to 8 adults, we also had a travel cot. Though set back from the busy areas, which is lovely as in a quiet area you can take a short walk to a local Spar that you can use for the basics. We used Uber to get around to larger supermarkets and restaurants at a very reasonable price. On arrival the villa wasn’t quite ready but Cláudia was there to check us in and we were able to leave our bags there whilst the cleaners did the final preparations. When we returned it was absolutely spotless. The beds and towels were changed during our stay and the pool was checked regularly. We could not fault our stay here and would return in a heartbeat.

We had a lovely chilled holiday at the villa.supermarket out of the gates turn left bottom of the hill in the hotel or at the bottom of the hill turn right and there is a spar.Claudia was lovely letting us leave our cases while we went for a walk around the Villa was very Clean lots of room for everyone.We found Santa Eulailia had some nice restaurants within walking distance if mobility is not an issue .We used Uber at a very reasonable cost. Loved our stay very relaxing lots of room inside and out our first villa holiday dont think it will be our last.

Spent an amazing week at this fabulous villa. It was clean and spacious in a quiet area. A lovely pool, much bigger than expected. A few restaurants were in walking distance, around 15 minutes, with a bigger selection of restaurants and a larger supermarket a further 10 minutes. Would definatly recommend staying here.

Photos don’t do the villa justice , it’s beautiful and has a very large outdoor space . Great sunny pool . Perfect for the children . Would highly recommend , 10-15 minute walk to beach , which is marvellous with a great restaurant overlooking the beach .

We travelled to Albufeira for a family reunion in May. Our party of 8 adults were immediately impressed with the outside of the villa, on arrival. A huge gate shut the world out and so began our lovely relaxing holiday. On entering the villa with Claudia,the host, we were wowed in every room. Four couples were easily accommodated in the beautifully large bedrooms,all with their own bathrooms. The reception areas were equally impressive with a huge kitchen with large farmhouse style table and equipped with everything you could possibly need. We had a fantastic stay and Claudia was a perfect host. Would definitely recommend this villa for families and adults looking for peace away from busy Albufeira. If wanted the busiest parts of the resort are only a 5 euro Uber ride away. Perfect. Thank you Claudia.

We visit the Algarve every October and this year we booked this amazing villa. A fabulous family property with excellent owners who responded quickly to any requests we had. The villa is very spacious and well equipped including the table tennis table which added to the fun. The pool and garden is spacious and the outside barbecue area added to the living experience. We will definitely return to this property.

Having stayed in the area before we were looking for a nice private villa to enjoy the region again, and this villa did not disappoint. Everything is as the pictures show in the listing. We have stayed in other villas before and when we arrive you find the pictures are years old and it’s not as you thought it would be. This place is fantastic and exactly what we were looking for. It was spotlessly clean and had everything you need. Claudia was a great host and the communication from booking to arrival was faultless. We had an early flight and were allowed to drop our cases off before the villa was ready, which was a big help. It’s a short walk to some local restaurants, we also used Uber to go into Albufeira which was easy and cheap €6-8. We were a family of 4 but if there is 8 of you there’s still plenary of room. We will definitely be looking to book again in future.

We were 7 people who stayed at Villa Segunda for 2 weeks. The villa is fantastic and Claudia is a super host. She is so helpful and always responding quickly both before and during our stay. As it was very warm we very much appreciated the air conditioning in the bedrooms and the lovely pool. The garden is beautiful with trees and plants with colourful flowers. There are a couple of shops in walking distance where you can get all the daily shopping and there are several good restaurants also in walking distance. I can highly recommend a stay at Villa Segunda and would love to come back.

A wonderful villa just as described. Good communication from Claudia made the whole holiday that much easier and the arranged pickup and drop off a bonus. We had a week in this absolutely stunning villa. Super clean, great location, nice and quiet. Claudia who we delt with before via email and meeting us on arrival was fantastic. Cannot recommend enough. Would definitely like to stay again in the future

The villa was spotlessly cleaned top to bottom for our arrival and was a joy and a pleasure to stay in. We had some very minor issues at the start which were dealt with almost immediately after a brief phone call to Claudia who was just an amazing host. The villa inside looked like everything was brand new and the kitchen was fully equipped to a high standard. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would have no hesitation on returning. Thank you Claudia and your family for making our holiday exceptional.

This really is a fabulous villa. Attractive to look at, extremely spacious, quality furnishings, top class air conditioning, amazing pool, secure location, great grass area. We stayed here for 14 nights - 6 adults and 2 children, including a 20 month toddler - and from start to finish had a cracking time. There is a small supermarket just down the slight hill the villa is located on - don’t be concerned about the slight hill 2 it’s easily manageable both by grandparents and when using the buggy. The beach is about a 15 minute stroll- even quicker if you go over some dunes, but we found this route too hard work with the buggy. There are a couple of restaurants within a 10 minute walk, we went to Portobello twice is was so nice. All 8 of us went to Vilamoura and Albufeira by private hire taxi a couple of times during the day and various couples went out in the same private hire taxi in the evening. We thought the cost of the taxis was very reasonable for both larger and smaller numbers. There are a couple of Intermarches just over a mile away so 2 of us would walk there and catch a taxi back with our supplies for 5 euros. The icing on the cake is Claudia the owner, she is so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Claudia allowed us to drop off our luggage when we first arrived - the villa was still being cleaned when we arrived early and she kindly printed off all our COVID documents for our homeward journey. All in all we thoroughly recommend this villa , we would return in a heartbeat.

This villa is top class. Beautifully furnished with lots of room. All large bedrooms with really good aircon. Fitted wardrobes and king sized beds. Outside space is huge with lovely large pool. Everything you could possibly need is here in this villa. Would definitely return. Claudia was waiting when we arrived at the villa, gave us a tour and left us too it. You will need a car for shopping. We got taxi to old town 10euro new town 5 euro (4 ppl). Don't forget to give olhos de agua beach a visit, lovely cove with some good eateries and cafe bars day and night. Nearest supermarket for big shop 4 mins car otherwise go down road opposite villa for local shop well priced. There is also another villa right next door by the same owner, same size for bigger groups. I promise you won't be disappointed

Beautiful property on a large plot a short drive from the beach. The property location is very quiet with a lovely pool and only a short journey to Albufeira

We had a lovely week staying in this villa with friends. It’s spacious with a good size pool and kitchen and BBQ area. It is well represented in the photos. The management staff were very helpful and friendly and we were well looked after.Would highly recommend this villa

The Villa was all we had hoped for and more. the photo's do not do it justice. Spotlessly clean and bedding and towels of a good quality. Shops restaurant and beach within walking distance, although a bit a treak with a 3 year old and a buggy for the baby. Local beach is amazing. A car is needed to travel further afield, it would be better to book you car from home. All in all a lovely holiday, we would not hesitate to return. Lorraine and Isabel were wonderful, they could not have been more helpful.
